Worst car buying experience ever. They tell you over the phone everything is good with a car. Online listing tells same. After driving 2H I did find out that car has a salvage title and promised factory warranty does not exist.

Recently had my Ram in for Service and Tires. Worked with Tom who discussed tire options in depth with me. When i picked up the truck the tires looked great, car was detailed and ready to go. Such a great experience. I also want to thank the service technicians who worked on it. Tires were installed well without any damage/scratches to wheels, it was aligned and balanced perfectly. I can fully recommend Crown Chrysler RAM Dodge Jeep's service department to anyone.

Next appointment. Had our Lexus in gor service. These guys are so good we take all our cars to them. Alignment and balance done perfectly.

Terrible customer service from the service departm...

Terrible customer service from the service department. Service associate Jason got very loud when we called for the 3rd week in a row to ask why our work vehicle was still not ready and received more excuses instead of solutions. He obviously has problems speaking in a respectful professional manner to women as he does not speak to my boss in this way. Was told last week it would be another day or two at the most. That turned into another week. He ordered the incorrect part and it did not fit our vehicle and when I asked what he was planning to do to rectify this situation such as adjust our bill, provide us with a comparable vehicle in the meantime, or do ANYTHING to try to make this right and was told "that's your problem that's your vehicle" a one week rental has turned into a 3 week rental and we have still not been given a definite time for completion. When asked for his supervisors name and phone number more harassing language and tone that was highly unprofessional. we will no longer be taking our fleet vehicles to this location when repairs and service are needed and a formal complaint has been made to their corporate office with a paper one forthcoming.

The last time I brought it in I had the same questions for my service technician and he was clueless as well as didn t have any initiative to find out. I was told to refer to my manual. Don t let Curtis slip through your fingers.

This is the first review I have ever done on any company, so yes, it was that bad.. Not exactly surely what satisfaction Im suppose to receive from this but, I have the time so here goes.. I arrived at 9:20 Am(appt for 9:30). On yesterday I made this appt and the gentlemen named Norman told me the job could take up to 3hrs and the price would range from $67.00 up to $89.95! Cool! So I go to pick up my vehicle around 1:45pm on Today and Norman tells me it should only be another 20mins and that they were still working on it( I see my car parked and no one working on it) so I waited... I see Norman again after the 20 minutes( they are going to hammer off the lug but that is stuck) I waited had elapsed and I asked Norman would it be another 20 mins.. So he walks off and towards the mechanics and then a mechanic walks over to me and asked what did I want to have done or was trying to change a tire... I thought the questions were irrelevant because I just need it to be removed. The car has been here for 4 almost 5 hours and your tellling me you need to try some other methods. I m upset at the fact that Norman told me it would only be another 20 mins because they were going to try and hammer the lugnut off which I found strange but I m not a mechanic and for also trying to sell me another lugnut knowing the damaged lugnut was still there. I just wanted the lugnut removed so I can carry on.. I m also getting text messages that I didn t ask for telling me about additional services that needed to be comepleted and the thing I came for had not even been completed. Norman assured me on yesterday that they would be able to drill it off because it is was seized on. As far as the service department is concerned I was just not impressed...

Made a purchase for a 17 Jeep Cherokee that didn't...

Made a purchase for a 17 Jeep Cherokee that didn't have everything listed on the bill of sale (Mud Flaps and Cargo Compartment Tray). An agreement was made to have the items shipped the following Monday. I was assured twice by my sales consultant I would get my items shipped and that she would personally make it happen. A week later still no shipment, was told I'd have to wait till bank transaction was completed. Turns out it happened two days prior. Contacted Sales Consultant again, was informed that she would personally go to parts department to ensure shipment and she would let me know the following morning. Two days later I can't get in contact with Sales Consultant, can't get a Manager on the phone after 4 calls (today), spent a total of 30 mins on-hold. Left message with manager. I'm getting the Heisman.... post sales support is horrible! I think they just want me to give-up & give- in..
not going to happen.

6/6/2017 - Follow-Up. Don't be fooled by the fact a Manager left his phone number. I tried calling multiple times and left 2 messages yesterday (a total of 4 over last 3 weeks) and I also tried asking for ANY manager, unable to get one on the phone & unable to get a call back. Frustration is setting in quickly, can't even get the sales consultant I purchased the vehicle to return calls. This is totally opposite experience I had when I purchase my other vehicle. I will get resolution on this one way or another.

What a change since the last visit. I had a problem with my Jeep and I took it to Crown Chrysler Jeep. I was greeted by Aaron Faas, one of the service professional and he did everything possible to get my jeep fixed. Got me in the very next day and fixed it within few hours. Couldn't be happier with the service. I am revising my rating to 5 star.

Got my jeep for an oil change today. I was greeted by Aaron Faas again. Quick check in and I wandered off to the waiting area. My jeep was ready within an hour with oil change, Tire rotation done.

Great experience once again. 5.13.2020

Not only did they do us the pleasure of getting out of our problem child vehicle, but they also paid off a vehicle we had at home and allow us to keep it; killing 2 birds with one stone. Even though the paper work was a hassle, these guys saw it til the end. Last August I took my 2002 Chrysler in for a diagnosis on a vibration that I continued to have after I had hit a pot hole. I had already put new tires on it, wheel bearings and subframe bushings. Service manager said I needed new struts, misc front suspension control arm parts etc. $1500... what? Well I've tried to keep my car serviced and repaired as needed and with 95000 miles on it I thought might as well. Though I thought the it was a bit pricey at the time it was being done by "the dealer" and it would be a top quality fix. The day I picked it up I noticed the front of the car was a good 2-3 inches higher in the front than normal, took it back and was told that "aftermarket" parts were used, the OEMs were no longer available, that it would probably "settle down" after a few weeks driving. Well it didnt. PLUS something wasnt tightened down correctly and came loose within a week that I had one of my regular mechanics tighten up (it was making a noise when I backed out of driveways). Now I wasnt called at all from service about using parts that werent OEM. Sooo here we are 14 months later and I'm getting a bad noise when turning the wheel. Take it to my regular mech and he's saying the strut mounts on the "new" struts are wearing out - that they're Napa's cheapest strut replacements. Call service at Crown and they're saying since they're not Mopar parts they're only guaranteed a year. I got it repaired there because I only use and want top quality parts on my car. So now I'm wondering about the other parts. PLUS I'm out 2 struts and installation on crappy work (at LEAST $800). There you go. Make your own judgement.

Dropped my Jeep off for a simple oil change. 3 hours later my Jeep was ready. Luckily I did not stay onsite to wait for it's completion. I've been here before and know better. With my prior experience of getting work done here it's at least a 1 hour wait for a simple oil change. Basic Customer Service and friendliness has gone down hill here the past few years. I'll be looking elsewhere for oil changes in the future. Do better.

We were looking at a special edition jeep on Saturday July 22. We were not able to purchase do to a difference in price....thats ok. Except for this.... on Sunday July 23rd.the dealer contacted me to tell me they had revised their offer. I told them we would be in at 1:30. We drove 35 miles to the dealer and someone was test driving the jeep! They already ran my credit and knew we were coming. It gets better....they then tell my wife and I that one of the 2 tops included in the original price was not included now...they never indicated that when they said they had "lowered their price. Extremely unethical behavior. Needless to say we left and will avoid the Crown dealership group. Buyer beware folks. They took what should have been a nice experience and ruined it.

I can't even give this place one star. They lie about timelines, communication is terrible, don't do the job correctly, and when the "manager" sends you the text stating; "If your visit was less than perfect please contact me."
When you call the managers number you're prompted to leave a message. I did. I left three messages. NO RETURN PHONE CALL TO DATE. I would never refer this place to anyone. We wound up dealing with another dealership and have been receiving superb service. If you choose this dealership I wish good luck on receiving your vehicle in a timely manner and it being fixed.

Gus was amazing. I live two hours away and was trying to find a very specific vehicle that hasn t been known to sit at dealerships for very long. Gus was obviously having a busy day and I was impressed with his sense of urgency with all my calls and e-mails throughout the day. When I finally arrived at 6pm Wednesday, Gus took care of everything he promised. In addition, Marty, who I assume is the sales manager, talked to me on the phone when Gus was busy as well as coming over and introducing himself when I was waiting at Gus desk. I had a friend with me that will probably come there to purchase a vehicle when he needs a new one. I would recommend your dealership to anyone and everyone!!

The Service Department personnel looked it over and

Garri Austin was my salesperson. When I simply requested that he honor the quote he had provided me, he became very aggressive, loud, and frightening. Garri essentially attempted to strong-arm me into accepting a very different deal than he had promised. As a very petite woman I was extremely intimidated by this large, loud, and angry man. I would suggest that this dealership re-evaluate their choice of salespersons. Were I a more litigious person I would be following up with an action that speaks much louder than Garri did when he screamed at me.

The worst experience I had for a oil change, I was scheduled for an appointment and they said "I don't see you on my system". They were okay with it and agreed to do the oil change. They did not provide any information what kind of oil will be used and what other things that needs to be addressed. They used conventional oil for a premium car which is dumbest thing for a dodge dealer. In the bill they added extra cost for replaced part which was not replaced.

My only recommendation is to remove the plastic from the seat once the repair work has been completed. Curtis bravely communicated the timeframe that the repair work would take to get done and asked me if I had any other mechanical issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. Curtis walked me to F & I to inquire about an extended warranty because my basic warranty is about to expire. Curtis expressed the importance of a survey that would be sent to my email. In my opinion Curtis set the bar for Service Advisors. Great job on the up-sale, timing and doing his job correctly !!!

This was a used vehicle purchase for my 16 year old son. It was his savings, and he was very concerned about the amount. The sales representative and the sales manager showed him great patience and respect. They spoke to him directly, and worked the deal out while my wife and I sat with him. Fantastic experience! Every day, he walks in and tells us how much he loves his truck. Great job!

The worst auto experience I have ever had! I arrived at Crown at 9:30am for a simple break pad check and had to repeatedly look for my customer service rep, Jason, just to get an update on my vehicle. I finally caught up with Jason at 12:30pm, and he acted as if nothing was wrong with the service. He finally told me that I did not need any breaks, but my rotors needed to be turned. I was about to turn down the service, but I said I have been here close to 4 hours waiting. Then, I was displeased with the price of the service. It costs me $213.00 to have 4 rotors turned. I could have went to a shade tree mechanic and had each rotor turned for $20.00 each. Jason, then offered me a shuttle to grab a bite. I took the shuttle, but had to call back twice after waiting and hour for the shuttle to pick me up. I had to wait another three hours upon returning to Crown, which made a 1 or 2 hour job take 7 hours total. At checkout, Jason attempted to sell me a pyramid business called "World Ventures," in which I was totally not interested in. I researched the business and right now World Ventures has several lawsuits against them for the business being a scam! Jason did offer me a free oil change for my business, but I felt as though I had been had! I may go see my shade tree mechanic next time. Terrible experience!

Hard to do business with them. I found a cat online send them a request. A sales guy was assigned. Because this was going to be under business I had to tell him what I need and what form he needed to send me. Which is OK . After submitting credit app no one called me back. Next day start calling and leaving voicemails , still no one calling back . Spoke with used car manager he told me that he full call me back no answer again. Next day start calling again , send emails. Still no answer. So at the end of the day around 5pm. decide to ask for a general manager and the assigned sales person who did not had a clue that I was looking for a answer of the financing part he just says well that car was sold Today. Ok why no one can call text or email. So I ask him for his manager phone number guess what left a voice mail no answer again. I'm a small business owner with over 15 vehicles . I did purchased vehicle from them 2 Years ago and all was smooth. Not sure what happened now but something changed. Will get my business somewhere else.

Brian, Huntley and Adam were the best part of our experience here (but hey, we love our new Jeep too)! My husband and I came in looking to trade in our van for something that could still meet the needs of our family, but overall lower our payment. These guys worked so hard to give us the best deal they could, never tried to push us into any certain vehicle or deal, and even stayed after their business hours to make sure we felt good about our options. Not only did they stay beyond their business hours, but they also had to see our faces a couple of days later when an unexpected problem on our end popped up. They were super helpful, made sure that everything went forward correctly and as smooth as possible. Not once did they make us feel unwelcome or that we were a bother by asking questions or making frequent visits. If you are looking to buy or trade, this is the dealership you want to use, hands down!

After communicating with a sales person for a week or so, I called to confirm the price and what it consisted of as I live 2 hours away and didnt want to drive all that way if we were not going to start out at the same price for the negotiations. I arrived and was not only offered an insulting amount for my trade, was told that the internet price consisted of all these rebates and incentives that I was told the day before were not contingent on this price. After the sales manager and Tyler listened to the phone call in which I was given incorrect info, they agreed that I was in fact told that and too bad, they could NOT possibly do the advertised price even after I told them I have a check in my purse for the sales amount advertised on the website. Ridiculous.

Bought a used car from them in december 2017 and now my 30 day temporary tags have expired and all I get is VM and promises to call me back. Meanwhile my car sits in the driveway for fear of getting a ticket for driving with expired tags. Lack of customer service after the sale is VERY disappointing for large dealership like Crown, I certainly expected better.

This can be an expensive & tricky fix, yet Kurt analyzer & tackled this problem from every angle. The communication is so on point & I felt like I was apart of the service process in every way. My Jeep is running the smoothest that I ve ever experienced and I couldn t be any happier!

My salesman Garri Austin was absolutely wonderful, made my purchase and trade in worry free.Explained the entire features of the car my daughter and I did a test ride which was awesome. Well, first of all the price changed dramatically after I arrived. They said they didn t know anything about the factory recommended service. Then it took 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. They charge $49 for tire rotation and another $50 to balance. They also told me I needed an alignment for another $89 and when I asked to see the computer printout of how far out of alignment my car was, they changed their mind. My car is a 2019 Jeep I ve had for 18 months and it only has 16,000 miles and it s 90% interstate.

I purchased my Dodge Charger from here... great experience. Unfortunately I have to get my oil changed here based under warranty. The wait is always horrendous. I schedule my appointment online one day in advance for 7AM ALWAYS. It never fails that I beat the service men to work. Today my car was not taken to the back until 7:47am, REMIND you I arrived at 7AM. It is now 8:36AM. AND IM STILL WAITING...finally at 9:01am I was told by the original gentleman that I handed my keys over to "I'm just waiting on your paper work". By 9:13 AM, I am still waiting, I spotted the gentleman who sold me my car, so he and I took a walk to see if we could find out where my car was, and what do you know... my car was parked outside. The salesman then went on the hunt for my service advisor Jason Osborne, he was located at 9:24am, Well let's just say he (Jason Osborne) was as poor as the overall experience. Extremely unprofessional and on defense when I tried to explain to him how long I've been waiting. Clearly he is not the one who changed my oil, but he clearly was not trained in the customer care department either. Overall bad experience and poor customer service from Jason Osborne service advisor. Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Greensboro should be embarrassed to have an employee of such character. Let me add I was finally out of the door by 9:30am, over 2 hours and 30 mins after I came in for an oil change.

Do not go here to service your vehicle. Go to Kernersville Dodge. I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday, June 23rd for an oil change, for a new key fob and to check why my maintenance light was on. I dropped my vehicle off with Kurt, service adviser. Everything seemed fine. A couple hours later they texted that my 02 sensor on my vehicle had failed the multi point inspection so I replied that it was fine to move forward to replace it. He called me to let me know that they would have to order the key fob as it was out of stock and that it would come in on Monday, 6/25 and I could pick it up then. By 4 pm I had not received any calls about my car. I called the service center, service center call center and body shop 9 times. I left messages for Kurt, left messages with the call center and they emailed as well but he NEVER returned my call to tell me that he would have my vehicle an additional day. By 9am on Tuesday 6/26 my husband and I went to Dodge and no one knew what was going on with the vehicle. Instead of addressing my husband and I Kurt ran back to the parts center about the key getting cut-20 mins later he comes from the back and says he had just forgotten to call us and he had gotten busy on Monday-too busy to tell a customer he was going to keep my car another day. Well low and behold no one ever ordered the key fob. So not only did I not get my car back or hear anything about it for an entire day he didn't even get the key done. We will not be returning due to poor communication and not getting promised service done. He gave us 20% off our 02 sensor. Whoopee. Avoid Kurt unless you want to work with someone too busy to call you about your vehicle.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. This is my 5th Jeep vehicle purchase but the first time I have attempted to do business with Crown. I took my 2018 Renegade in on 10/15/18 due to my fog light being out, water pouring into the vehicle after rain, my LCD screen randomly jumping from screen to screen and my trunk spontaneously unlocking when closed. The plastic on the horn is broken at the seam and the leather on the gear shift has a hole with an indention leading to it that I noticed after buying it in another city but figured I would handle it at a local Jeep dealership assuming that all Jeep dealerships are ethical. On 10/13/18, when I scheduled my drop off I explained to George, the Service Advisor that I was concerned that a fog light would go out on a new vehicle and that my biggest concern was that there maybe a bigger electrical issue. He seemed to agree with the electrical issue but stated that it is "normal" for water to pour into a vehicle days after a rainfall. He also said that on the Jeep Renegade vehicle the lights go off and on based on the position on the car (only the cornering lights do that). He was a Smart Alleck to say the least but I just needed my vehicle repaired. I asked for a loaner vehicle for when I dropped my vehicle off which has never been an issue in all my years of owning Jeeps under warranty. On 10/15/18, I dropped my vehicle off and the service advisor, began making snide remarks regarding the electrical issues I was concerned with being user error and went on to tell me my supposed loaner was at Enterprise next door. It was a rental and I was asked for a security deposit and was given a gas guzzling Dodge Caravan that needed power steering fluid. The entire experience with Crown and the Service Advisor felt like a money bait. The next day the advisor text me that none of my electrical concerns could be duplicated but low and behold the physical concerns all came with an excuse to not perform warranty work but instead try to get me to pay almost$1800.00. The fog light bulb was out and only was only covered to 12,000 miles, which is incorrect. The bumper to bumper warranty is up to 36,000 per checking my warranty it only excludes tires, wheels and brakes, but the advisor quoted me over $100 to replace the bulb and declined it under warranty. Water dropping into the vehicle can be fixed with rain guards for $89.95. The electrical concerns supposedly could not be duplicated according to the advisor and the Inspector of the vehicle whose name I have yet to receive even after requesting it via email. The horn was punched according to the service advisor (hence voiding warranty work due to abuse) and the hole with the indention is a cigarette burn (because they saw my ashtray in the vehicle), yet the hole has no charred mark and a cigarette burn would not leave a perforation from manufacturing in the leather. So instead of any warranty work being performed all physical concerns were quoted at $1786.17 and anything that was not physical with an excuse and price readily being attached to it couldn't be duplicated. I emailed the advisor asking for the name of the Inspector that ran four diagnostics on my vehicle but was asked to call him directly. Steer clear of this dealership if you have moved to this area, they are more concerned with making commission (Service Advisors) rather than adhering to the warranty, down to lying about coverage periods for specific parts in an effort to make money. Save your self the headache and rental fees.Sad to not want to deal with a dealership nearest to you, no generic responses needed from the social media team your tone has been set.

Great Experience! George was great with getting my sons appt quick to fix a recall on airbags. I dropped it off that morning and it was go to go a couple hours later. This was a extreme safety issue that need to be addressed quickly. I actually took my sons truck there because the Asheboro dealership told me that it would be Jan before they could get it in. So glad I did cause everyone was there was super nice. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now on.

This is my first experience with ccdjr and it was great to be able to do business with them virtually. Alex was prompt and curteous and a pleasure to work with. There were a few issues but Alex took care of them promptly and professionally. I will be seeking him out for my next vehicle purchase without a doubt:)

I had a great experience with a salesman name Gus....

I had a great experience with a salesman name Gus. He was very friendly, knowledgable & just an overall great guy. Brad was very nice also. However, the finance guy Chamin was very rude & unprofessional. I would rate him 0/5. If I had to deal with him again I would never step foot back in that dealership. Dealing with him is the only reason I gave 4/5 stars because my experience with Gus was great. I would recommend anyone that needs to buy a car to go see Gus but don't deal with Chamin.

I just bought my car in April so I haven't had to deal with the service department yet. I'm a lil nervous about it since there's so many bad reviews about that department but hopefully I won't run into any problems.

If I could give a zero I would. I went into this location to get an appraisal from my car. Unlike other dealerships like CarMax, they will not give you a copy of the offer. Long story short, I went back to take up the offer and was told right before signing documents a different price. The sales person never confirmed the price or anything. I waited there for over 3 hours to be disappointed. Integrity means everything and that they don't have. If he would have came to me and said the rate changed due to mileage or something. I could have respected that a little more. The amount they offered me on the previous day was my payoff amount. Which I never disclosed that information until I went in to sale the car. That explains why we had to wait so long because they had to go back and change the original offer information. I'm so disappointment with this dealership. Money definitely wasn't the issue, it was the fact that the sales person lied.
