The worst auto experience I have ever had! I arrived at Crown at 9:30am for a simple break pad check and had to repeatedly look for my customer service rep, Jason, just to get an update on my vehicle. I finally caught up with Jason at 12:30pm, and he acted as if nothing was wrong with the service. He finally told me that I did not need any breaks, but my rotors needed to be turned. I was about to turn down the service, but I said I have been here close to 4 hours waiting. Then, I was displeased with the price of the service. It costs me $213.00 to have 4 rotors turned. I could have went to a shade tree mechanic and had each rotor turned for $20.00 each. Jason, then offered me a shuttle to grab a bite. I took the shuttle, but had to call back twice after waiting and hour for the shuttle to pick me up. I had to wait another three hours upon returning to Crown, which made a 1 or 2 hour job take 7 hours total. At checkout, Jason attempted to sell me a pyramid business called "World Ventures," in which I was totally not interested in. I researched the business and right now World Ventures has several lawsuits against them for the business being a scam! Jason did offer me a free oil change for my business, but I felt as though I had been had! I may go see my shade tree mechanic next time. Terrible experience!
