I bough my minivan here because they matched a low...

I bough my minivan here because they matched a lower price given to me by a different Honda dealership but it was a painful experience every 4/4 times. During the purchase, the finance guy would not take no for an answer. He kept trying to sell me warranties and all the other stuff to squeeze every bit of money from me. I get that this is part of his job but it is just sickening that they can tell these lies to you and leave this as the final impression as you leave with your new purchase.

Moving on to my next experience, I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change at a certain price. No where on this coupon did it say that it limited to a certain type of vehicle but apparently when I got there, he said that they would "honor" it even though that this coupon was sent out in error. Then this service manager tried to tell me that the 0w20 oil that Honda recommended is not covered. After a couple of back and forth negotiating, the service manager agreed to the 0w20 oil change....Thanks cuz that's what the coupon states!

During the wait, these clowns kept coming back repeatedly telling me that my suspension was messed up, then the allignment, wipers, etc. This was on a brand new Honda Odyssey by the way! This whole oil change experience took at least 2 hours.

The 3rd experience was very identical to the 2nd. I got another coupon in the mail from the dealership so I used it again because it was pretty cheap for a 0w20 oil change. Same painful experience....."we'll honor it this time"...thanks again (sarcasm)

The 4th experience involved getting quotes for a scheduled timing belt change. I am not a mechanic but after doing a little research I realized that the majority of the expense in changing a timing belt and the other components is in the labor. I asked them to quote me a price on the timing belt replacement and also asked them to include "all the other stuff" typically done with the timing belt replacement. I did not know that I had to list out every single component but you do when it comes to these crooks. They gave me a price of about $800 which was about $200 cheaper than at the other dealerships. This crook of a service manager when giving me the quote made it a little unclear whether or not the tensioner was included and when I asked specifically, the price then jumped to about $1000. I guarantee it would have been a situation where during the work, they would have brought me some random broken tensioner and said, " uhm...it turns out the tensioner is bad. While we got this thing open, I'd recommend changing it out". I wasn't born yesterday so please stop treating your customers this way. Needless to say I am using my usual mechanic in Powder Springs whose price never changes and so far has done great work 3/3 times.

I am also reading positive reviews about the sales staff. I too had a great experience with the salesman. He was an older man and I don't remember his name. The lady at the parts desk was also awesome.

I have had a great experience with Hennessy Honda since 2006. Bought 2 cars so far, and could not be more happier with the General Manager Jerry Goddard, Internet sales team Stacey Finel, and the total staff at Hennessy Honda. Everybody there treats you like family, and the service and parts department also. I got my Honda's serviced at this dealership with 5 star treatment, and Fantastic pricing!! If you are looking to buy a Honda....Please go to Woodstock, GA and do yourself a favor, and BUY from this dealership. You will be VERY satisfied, just like me.

Hennessy Honda without a doubt is one of the best dealerships. This is my fifth Honda I have bought through Hennessy Honda! Extraordinary customer service! Anita John, what can I say.. she s amazing!! Anita treated me like royalty! She actually listened, cared and understood my needs! Hennessy Honda is truly blessed to have Anita Jones as part of their team! Dusty Burrows, the floor Manager is awesome. Billy Shape and Scott Thompson in the finance department worked diligently to get me in the car that I wanted and on my budget!! Each and everyone of you are amazing!! I could go on and on but if you are thinking or looking to buy new car Hennessy Honda Is the dealership for you!!

So I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for Hennessy Honda of Woodstock. First off I want to say that they put me in a great car with a low price the car had great mileage and it was extremely clean. I am very satisfied with my car, unfortunately two weeks after getting my car the AC went out. Unfortunately I didn't get a warranty for my car (always get a warranty on a used car just in case) We all know that there's no way to tell how long it is before something like that goes out, luckily between me and my father-in-law we pinpointed the problem and after contacting my sales representative KC over at Hennessy Honda he had my back the whole way! He spent hours of his own time and work time to ensure that my AC problem was taken care of. I'm happy to report my AC is working beautifully now!! KC is the bomb, he was so extremely underdtanding, not only did he make sure that we got a good deal, but also I am an airbrush artist and he also bought some art from me in support of my business! I recommend you talk to KC over at Hennessy Honda if you're considering buying a car for sure!! Thank you so much guys!!

Chad Patel was very courteous and patient and answered all our questions and doubts. He spent a lot of time explaining things. No high pressure selling tactics like other dealer shops. This was a very refreshing experience. I know I will need another car in the next couple of years and I know I will come back to Hennessy Honda and in particular I will contact Chad Patel again for sure.

I came here after a desperate search for a new 2017 Honda Pilot Touring AWD. I was very picky about colors, options, and accessories, but none of the other dealerships could satisfy my needs at a reasonable price. Gwinnett Place Honda, Curry Honda, Lou Sobh Honda had a matching vehicle, but their folks were extremely arrogant, rude, incompetent, and lied like a dog. That was a great surprise for me to find this gem among those trashy Honda dealerships.
Justin was great in explaining every tiny detail of the vehicle stuffed with all the newest features, like lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, Apple CarPlay, and all the buttons and lights - very helpful.
Michael was very polite and attentive, making the purchasing process smooth and pleasant.
At the end of the day, they made me a good deal beating other dealers in all aspects. I'm highly recommending this dealership!

After 15 years, my wife finally convinced me it was time to replace our 15 year old (300,000 mile) Honda Element that we purchased new from Hennessy Honda in Woodstock GA back in 2005. To me, I was thinking that the Element was just getting broken-in good, but no, she insisted that it was time for HER to get a new car. We started a search a few months back and looked at most all of the available small/mid-sized SUVs and after combing the market, we settled on a Honda CR-V and ended up back at at Hennessy. Not sure why we did not just go there in the first place :-).. but i wanted to be opened minded.

This is the 5th Honda that we have purchased from them in the past 21 years as we helped a few of our kids get cars. In a word it is their service that keeps bringing us back. And that comes in 2 flavors - awesome service during the sale and excellent, ongoing service for our vehicles over years.

From a sales perspective, we worked with Armando Riva. Armndo was awesome.. his knowledge across the product line was excellent as was his ability to drill-down into the the specifics of each and every option on
CR-V Touring model that we purchased. Zero sales pressure and an enjoyable person to get to work through the decision process with. The closing process with the Finance Manager, Greg was brief and enjoyable.

Hennessy earned our repeat business because of the high quality of the Honda's we have owned over the years (no repairs beyond and alternator & a set of shocks over 15 yrs and 300K miles) and because of their excellent ongoing service. We kept up with the suggested maintenance schedule and had no issues. So, kudos to the service department!

Armando - Thanks for making the process so enjoyable and helping us (ok, helping my wife) make the right selection for her next vehicle. If all goes to plan.. we will see you when the 2035 models hit the floor!

This was the most pleasant and enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. I was helping my parents buy a car because it's a process they dislike. After consulting Consumer Reports for pricing help, I worked with Stacey Finelli in email to establish the car we wanted to buy and the price. We bought an Accord EX-L. Stacey provided me with the best price in the area and she itemized it so I knew exactly what we was paying for. She also committed to me that there would be know add-ons when we were at the dealer, or aggressive sales pitches to buy additional services. We agreed on the price and set up an appointment. When we arrived the car was outside ready for my Dad to test drive and it was spotless. She introduced me to Dean Donald who went with us on a test drive and explained all the capabilities of the car. He was so patient and nice and extremely knowledgeable. We returned to dealership and bought the car. The price was exactly what I was told upfront. My folks were introduced to the service department and everyone we met was professional, friendly and appreciative of our business. I would highly recommend this dealership and the new Honda drives beautifully. They had a very happy customer!

I will add that we first went to Honda Carland in Alpharetta/Roswell. They jerked us around and tried to change the new car out for a demo car when we arrived at the dealership. They were dismissive and arrogant.

He was so kind and helpful even in the financial garb,it took us about 45 minutes and all was completed. Unfortunately our most recent experience with Hennessy Honda was overwhelmingly negative. We received a letter that our 2010 Honda Insight was included in the safety recall for an airbag defect that Honda is in the process of correcting. Apparently the parts to do the repair will not be available for several months. Because of that and the dangerous nature of the issue, Honda would be providing a rental car for the duration. All we had to do was contact our dealership. Sounds simple, right?

We called Saturday (the day we received the notice) and were told by a Hennessy Honda employee that nothing could be done until Monday when "Jaime" would be in. The is obviously very inconvenient but we accepted it and planned to call first thing on Monday. By Monday at 9 AM Jaime was apparently still not available. Later in the morning my husband was finally able to speak with her and was informed that Friday was the absolute earliest that we could receive an appointment. This was completely unacceptable. We are not a family that can go without our vehicle for, essentially, an entire work week. After speaking with her further he was told that something would be available that afternoon and he would receive a phone call.

The phone call never came. And despite several attempts, Jaime was apparently no longer reachable. We tried again on Tuesday to no avail. We called Ed Voyles and were told that we could be assisted anytime and to head their way.

I really hate having to complain. But this situation is a matter of safety for not only me but my four month old daughter as well. Obviously it was not important enough for Jaime, and Hennessy Honda, to handle with expedience.

They certainly will not receive another dollar from us. And I will make sure to let everyone I know exactly what transpired.

Purchased a Toyota Rav4 off the pre-owned lot a month ago. We live in tennessee 2+ hours away. We found the car online and drove all the way to the dealership to get it. Salesmen didn't have to do anything to make the sale. Steve our salesman was super nice and easy to work with. Once we finished signing paperwork we waited over an hour after close.. a total of 2 hours (after signing paperwork) to get into finance. Everyone else had already went home, we were the only ones left in the building. Which I get they had people in front of us so not a huge deal. However, we went to pay our tennessee taxes and get our tags today and the clerk at the annex building had the itemized list of our purchase. We were charged $499 dollars for an appearance fee. I called Hennessy and was told that that fee was for them to detail and tint the windows. I didnt request a detail or window tint.. the vehicle already had those things done to it well before we even found the listing online. So we will not be back to do business with a place that brags about "honesty" and "good ethics" then turns around and slides in a fee for a detail and tint (things that they do to every vehicle upon arrival). Not to mention the dealer fee we were charged since they couldn't charge state tax. Pitiful.

When I went to other dealers, they couldn't (or wouldn't) match it and said it couldn't be done. Justin not only found the exact model and color I wanted but he stayed true to his word! I would buy a car from him again!

STAY AWAY!! One of the worst buying experiences of my life. Jim was extremely pushy and arrogant the ENTIRE interaction. Once I agreed to purchase something he finely let up on the used car salesman act and became a person. Now for the car itself, when i drove the car yesterday there was no rattling in the A/C. This morning it was very annoying to hear it for an hour. Also the main thing island why I will never buy a car from them again is the car has been in a wreck and it was reported on the carfax. Found this out when a friend of mine who runs a bodyshop recognized the damage. Angry at myself as well that I couldn't find the damage and that I let Jim speak to me the way he was, should've walked out.

Scott Thompson and Mike Kavanaugh. They are worst people i never ever met. they are unprofessional and they made several mistakes during purchasing process but never apologize and resolve issues at least. looks like they are egoistic and unprofessional people. sales people are nice though but it is not good enough to have full length buying experience.

One scenario where they charged me 88$ for electronic title fees even I am out of state and my state doesn't charge those fees at all and my county clerk identified when I went to pay taxes and fees. When I asked above listed people, they were hesitant to talk about it and said they can't help or adjust or fix now. That is final and hung up the call. When I called back Mike, he said they don't care about customers how they feel and this is our policy since your state doesn't charge, it goes into dealer pocket and since you signed agreement, we can't go back on anything even we were wrong.

Wonderful experience! Jimmie our sales rep was wonderful. He was not pushy. Very knowledgeable. I have worked with several car salesman in the past and Jimmie is #1! My daughter sung in the backseat as we test drove the vehicle and she doesn't just do that for anyone! I will use Honda again because of him! Patrick was awesome too! He stayed behind to show me all the details on my new car! Tommy the financial guy was so patient. Even thought I had a million questions and concerns he was able to work the perfect deal! Thanks Honda of Woodstock! this will be our 3rd Honda from this dealership! You can't go wrong!

Came here to purchase a new vehicle a while back and upon arriving I waited in the lobby for about 25 minutes with nobody acknowledging me (not even reception) and decided I was not important enough for their business and was leaving. At that time somebody tried to chase me down and I told them no thanks. I sent an email to the management about my experience and was assured it was an error, they were busy that night (even though half the sales staff was standing around talking etc) and management would personally make it right. I figured ok I ll give them another shot and scheduled time to come in. Well my mistake was trusting it would get better and again was disappointed. I checked in and the Manager on duty never showed up and I ended up telling the very nice person working reception after a while to tell him to not worry and left. Oddly never received a follow up email or call apologizing but ended up purchasing my Honda from a competing dealership. (Won t say who as I want my review taken seriously)

Unfortunately I have made the mistake of coming here for service a few times and it always seems like they are too busy and everything takes a long time (even trying to check in) I would recommend not having customer facing employees answering calls on the floor as the customer in front of you should take precedence.

The unfortunate part is I want their service to be great so above all I don t have to travel far distances to other Honda dealerships but I guess that s not in the cards.

Look no further. Superior service in a professional, friendly environment. Chad Patel provided us with the most pleasant car buying experience! We knew we wanted a Honda but a Chad made sure we found the perfect car for us. We are thrilled with our new CRV Sport hybrid. I said i have problem with ace but now winter .I don't need now. but she push if this and that finally i agreed they check AC and Let me know what is the problem . she told it gonna take 2 or 3 hours. after 3 hours nobody called .i call them nobody answered I put voice massage . end up stop by there after 3and half hours. they didn't do any thing. and told If you want you can take your car . after 4 hour Waste time

I went through the costco car buying program and Hennessy is a costco certified dealer. It was well worth traveling an hour and a half from home to buy my van there.

We recently purchased a new vehicle and enjoyed working with Chad Patel to make that happen. Entirely pleasant experience with him and the team. He was patient while we considered other options, was knowledgeable when we had questions and worked out the best deal we found for the vehicle we finally purchased. I've used their service department for Honda vehicles for years but this was the first vehicle I had purchased from them and would happily do it again if needed. Thanks Chad!
