Mr Walker was awesome from the time he greeted us at the door ,until we drove out the service bay! It was raining and he pulled the cars in so we can change the items over to new car!

I'm relatively new to NC, so this was my first yea...

I'm relatively new to NC, so this was my first year renewing my vehicle registration and dealing with the safety/emissions inspection. First I pulled up the list of approved service areas, called the first place I saw and stopped by. I sat in the run down waiting area for over 5 minutes and didn't see a single employee, so I decided to leave and go to the Jeep dealership.

When I got there, they took a look at the tint on my windows and told me it was too dark to pass NC inspection and that I would have to have it removed or redone before they could do the inspection. They gave me the name and phone number of a place they work with that does window tinting for a really fair price, so I gave them a call and had that taken care of a few days later.

I happened to be out on the day of my appointment, so I decided to go ahead and take care of my inspection. I called them and managed to get the last appointment of the day, and they were very friendly and polite. I decided to wait on my car, and they got me in and out of there as quickly as possible. They even took care of a recall that I had forgotten about. Overall, it was a great experience. Friendly staff, fast service, clean and comfortable waiting area, and fair pricing.

Just bought my 2nd car from them, and I couldn't be happier. Ben was super helpful and friendly and nobody at any point tried to fast-sell me on stuff I didn't need or pressure me into anything I didn't want. They didn't talk down to me (being a woman) and they treated me like I was an intelligent, informed consumer. My first experience three years ago with this dealer was the exact same - courteous, not condescending, on the level and honest. I would recommend Crown Dodge on Wendover any day! Thanks guys! <3

I was so dispointed. I purchased a car in the past and now need 2 new cars, so I went to Crown. Well I walked in to the showrom but couple find anyone, so I walked out to start looking at cars. No one came out even though I saw people around, so I walked back inside saw people sitting at desks but still one asked if they help us. I did see people in the 'sales manager' office. You know the place the sales guy has to go get approval for the deal. So I ventured over to ask if someone to show me the car I was prepared to buy. And was very told very rudely that they were busy, I asked again, and was told "There are lots of car dealers all up and down this road". SO I left and will NOT return. I have already purchased 1 of the 2 cars.

Went to the dealership to buy a car and was lied to by everyone in the dealership. I was told they transferred my car to another dealership even though they set up an appointment with me.
I was told that the car could be transferred back so my wife and I hung around the area waiting for the dealership to contact us whenever the car arrived. We waited for 2 hours and after no one called we decided to drive back to the dealership to see what was happening. Once we arrived we were informed that the car was in the process of being sold to someone else even though they "called" the dealership for the transfer 2 hours ago. We left the dealership pissed because we were lied to and no one even felt the need to call us to inform us the car was no longer available, nor did anyone apologize for their mistake. Our sales person avoided even speaking to us upon our return, the manager refused to come out of his office to address us and the finance manager who promised us that she would have the car transferred back kept walking away from us. The sales manager proceeded to blame everyone else for the mistake and took zero ownership.
My wife and I decided to drive to another dealership in Burlington and to our surprise the jeep transferred from Crown was sitting in the Burlington lot. We asked the manager if someone had bought the jeep and he told us NO. We asked if Crown had called earlier about a transfer and he told us they had called but he was not willing to transfer the vehicle back. So Crown lied straight to our faces and then refused to tell us where the car was located.
I will never buy a car from a dishonest dealership where everyone is willing to lie and make customers waste their day waiting for a car to be transferred even though they know it's not happening. If someone would have just called and apologized we would have been fine but no one felt the need to even do that. This is one of the most unprofessional dealerships that I have ever had to deal with.
Oh and when we did find the Jeep in Burlington we bought it immediately, so Crown lost a sale even though I contacted them weeks before the vehicle was on the lot informing them that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Just blows my mind that they would transfer a vehicle that someone showed interest before it even hit their lot.

This was the best customer service I have ever had! Max Bravo went above and beyond to meet all my special features that I requested for my vehicle. 2014 Dodge Hemi Ram only 2500 miles, tinted windows, window shields to protect from getting wet when your driving, space for everyone plenty of room, fully loaded with exactly what I wanted, step-up bars to get in my truck. I think it took longer to sign the papers than to actually find the vehicle I wanted and got a lower finance rate due to good credit with "0" $$$$ down!!!!! I have never in my life of 36 years been able to walk into a dealership with no co-signer as well as paid my car off! I am beyond BLESSED!!!! 100% SATISFIED Thank You guys for Everything!!!!!

I've bought 2 cars from here my wife just bought another car from here 2 weeks ago have the car 2 weeks wheel bearing is bad Transmissions acting funky talk to them about it try to get out of it now they're telling us our car is only worth half of what we just paid 2 weeks ago just beware this is a bunch of scum they f*** you and sell lemons. I will never buy another f****** car from this place and just to think I was about to buy a $60,000 truck in the next year.

Kevin was absolutely amazing!! He made the car buying experience awesome. He was professional but when me and my boyfriend cut up and cracked jokes he was right there with us doing the same. He knew when to be professional and he knew how to make us comfortable and laugh and joke. It was worth it and I love my 2020

Needless to say I was thrilled to drive off the lot with a brand new Jeep Gladiator. Tim Zeman and Brent Frodge worked great hand and hand together to make this happen.

I will never purchase a car from your dealership b...

I will never purchase a car from your dealership because I don t like to being lied to or insulted. When I went in on Saturday everything was perfect and a deal was worked out on a 2020 Black on Black Chrysler 300C all I had to do was bring in the $24,000.00 down payment which I did first thing Monday morning. That s were the problem started after giving your sales representative the check for $24,000.00, he tried to get me to sign paperwork for a different car vin number. (I was asked on Saturday if I could put $500.00 down to hold the car, at which Point I gave your sales representative my credit card to hold the car but it was never processed, lie number one) When I asked about the car I had agreed to purchase I was told that the dealership they were getting the car from said the had sold the car even though it was still showing up in their inventory. I was then told that same dealership had a silver 2020 Chrysler 300 C but the dealership wasn t going to sale it to me because the owner of the dealership was driving it, had put 3,000 miles on the car and wasn t going to give it up. Your sales representative then tried to get me to purchase 2020 Chrysler 300S saying the S was the top of the line 300 series. (I reached the car for 6 months because it was going to be my gift to myself when I retired so I knew better because your website said the 300C was the top of the line). After listening to your sales representative insult my intelligence I took back my old car that was going to be used for a tread in and left your dealership. As a Air Force/Gulf War veteran I was very disappointed with my treatment Monday.(and just for the record the balance for the car would have been paid the following week)

I felt it only fitting to update my review to note that even though I had an issue, Mr. Messick took care of it and that's all that really matters at the end of the day!

LOL Kevin was such a joy to work with and made my experience easier had it had not been for him I may not have purchased my car. I haven t had any issues with the car and I do appreciate all the work they put in to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

To give some history, we purchased are 2015 new from crown in that year and were pleased with the experience. When we were ready to purchase a new 3500 Ram last year the experience was less then good. They did not call us back on offers or seam to act like they wanted our business, we ended up buying a new Ram at another dealership. This month it was the Daughter that was looking for a new vehicle and first we went to another dealership then to Crown, the management and staff treated her with respect and really went the extra mile. Personally I am very happy to be back at Crown Dodge and glad they have a manager like Tracy that is so very nice to deal with.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have been visiting the same garage for 6 years now, but recently had a bad experience with some of their newer techs. I told a friend about the experience and he recommended I take my Grand Cherokee Laredo to a Jeep dealership to get to the bottom of what was wrong with my vehicle (good logic, in theory). I was told that it would be $836 to take care of everything that was needed. When I expressed that I don't have that money and there's no way I can afford to do anything other than what was absolutely needed, Ronnie (the man I spoke with) said that what was absolutely needed was a new thermostat and top off of power steering fluid and that the total would be $300 for that. So basically they tried to up-sell me $500 worth of stuff that was not immediately needed. They also charged $25 to top off the power steering fluid. I have NEVER been price gouged like this at any garage. I won't be returning.

I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. Tyler Shoffner was my Client Advisor . He did an outstanding job in assisting me with my purchase. Tyler was very attentive, responsive, proactive, professional, and courteous. The Sales Manager, Brent Frodge, was very professional, and made himself available for any assistance I would have needed with my purchase. The Finance Officer, Darius Sutton, was extremely pleasant to work with, and he was very professional and efficient in arranging my financing and closing. The General Manager, Bryan Messick, was very kind to greet me during my purchase, and offered to assist me, should I ever have any questions or concerns. Throughout my entire purchase experience at Crown Jeep Greensboro, there were no games or tactics played by the dealership. Everyone there was focused on assisting me, and not focused on trying to sell me. I've purchased many cars, at many different dealerships; and this purchase experience was one of the best!!

After many years working for car dealerships I wasn't sure what to expect on my first visit to a service department as a true *customer*, not knowing any of the advisors. Thankfully when I called to make the appointment, Jean (who was SO friendly and helpful) scheduled my appointment with Angela Priester.
Angela was professional from start to finish. She was very friendly and
efficient. She kept me informed as I waited, I didn't feel like I had been shuffled off and forgotten. She made recommendations but didn't push me to buy things I didn't want or need. I was completely comfortable with her and the entire process. I wish every service advisor could be more like her.
I will definitely be back.

I was just there to get my Durango serviced and they were fast and i have had great experience from the day I bought my car from them to everytime i go to have my oil changed I always use Jason Osborne as my service advisor because of his professionalism, charismatic attitude, and honesty. He is always making sure my needs are met and if im in a rush he makes sure im not waiting. The GM Bryan Messick also is very very polite, He always has the biggest smile when you see him and always makes a point to come say hey everytime im there. I will always bring my car here to be serviced and if im buying one it will be from here. The people here are amazing everyone is so nice there especially a guy named Aaron Eanes he made sure that i was takin care of i love coming here 10/10

The only reason why I gave this place a 1 star is because of the sales departments however their service department sucks and if I could this review with no stars I would!! I recently purchased a 2018 Journey in April of this year.... 5 months later my check engine light comes on. As this is a new car, it already comes with 25k mile warranty, however I purchased the extended for good measure. I took my car to the service department on 9/8/18. At the time I was advise that they where not sure what was wrong and would have to look into it further come Monday as it was already 2 p.m. and wouldn't be open too much longer. Keep in mind I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 a.m. It took me almost 45 minutes to check in. Upon my arrival there was on man sitting on a stool playing on his phone and one man walking around looking lost (is this what they get paid to do?). Now almost two weeks later the only thing I have been advise (when I can get my service advisor on the phone) is they are waiting on my part. Please keep in mind, I have NEVER received a call about my car. (My service advisor stated one time that he call me and when checking my missed calls an messages I don't have any calls or messages from him.) I was advised on 9/13/18 again, I called them that my part would be in on 9/17 or 9/18. When I called on 9/18 I was advised my part would be on 9/29 (where is the part coming from China?). I tried to call today and to no surprise I still can't get my service advisor on the phone and no update. As of 9/22/18 (which is this weekend) they will have my car for 2 weeks with no update. I realize that I am not paying for the repairs or the rental car as my warranty is covering the total cost but it still does change the fact I have been without my car now going on two weeks, did I mention it is a 2018 NEW CAR, when calling service I can't get a straight answer, and not to mention the rental I was placed in cost DOUBLE to fill up in gas then what I originally had. Furthermore I will never own another Dodge again!!! I also will never take my car back to this dealership for repairs. If anyone is reading this and need any type of service on their Dodge, you would be better off taking it to whole other city, maybe even state as this is the second Dodge service department I have had issues with. Better yet, get rid of your Dodge all together. I currently also own a 2016 Nissan Rouge as well and have NEVER had any problems out of it and when I go to the dealership for general service maintenance I NEVER have to wait longer than 1 hour.

This team worked diligently to ensure my wife had her vehicle by a certain time since we would be leaving out of town for a little while. What I thought couldn t happen, did.

They located the exact vehicle with the exact options but, it was in a another state. However, my wife and I were leaving out of town for a little while so, I didn t think we were going to be able to have it before we left. But, they made it happen!

The customer service from Everett, Brent and Aaron was superb! They made sure we knew everything through every step and made us feel great. Everyone knows buying a new vehicle is stressful sometimes. These guys, didn t make us feel stress at all. They were all great! Thank you team!

Ron, in the Service Department is great, he always takes care of Carl and I. We have a Dodge Hemi 1500, and a Hummer H2, Ron take special care to service both of our vehicles with a professional attitude. We will always go to Dodge for service on our automobiles. I am planning on buying a new Dodge Hemi within a year and I will but it there, however, I did meet the Manager yesterday, I was not impressed, he informed he took over in May, and the staff that sold my husband his Hummer is gone. No longer there, He was in charge now, the black Manager was very nice, pleasant a real people person. I informed the Manager that when Carl purchased his Hummer H-2, he didn't get a hat or even a t-shirt, that's when the other Manager rudely informed me that Carl purchased his Hummer in December and it was September now. And that the staff was gone who sold him the Hummer. Carl and I don't get out much, let alone buy a truck, he was supposed to buy tips for my truck muffler not a Hummer, we didn't know you could get a hat or a T-shirt, The Manager wanted to know who I work with in service and I told him Ron, he said I want to see him, I said fine! I went and got Ron, I was so angry! I told Ron everything that happen, I don't care if the old staff is gone, the old customer are still here, the ones who pay there checks! Ron went and talk to him. I just hope Ron didn't get in trouble because he is wonderful and takes great care of his customers! Ron gave me a very nice hat, he did a great front end alinement on my Hemi. I left happy with Ron, I will buy my new truck from there however, I have no respect for that Manager. He has no customer service skills at all or how to treat people.

Had my Cherokee serviced for an oil change...A OIL CHANGE.

Made an appointment so I could hopefully decrease my wait time. Let's just say that 1 hour and 45 minutes later I was able to leave.

When I get in my Jeep, I had to clean their trash out of my vehicle. They also parked my Jeep in a spot that had me requesting a spotter to help me get out of.

Horrendous experience......hated I had to give this service department any stars.

We wont be back......

I ve had problems with the service department for 3 years since I purchased my vehicle. They said they did a whole re-vamp of the department but I have only experienced a slight improvement. My car is still mostly under warranty and they are pretty transparent about not caring about my car issues unless I have to pay for something. They have been better about actually returning my calls or calling to let me know the car s status though.

Took my car in because I suspected something was not right with the transmission. I was right but there was some other things wrong as well. I was told that the parts were a 2 day ship time and the car would be done on Friday. No such luck, however it wasn't only because I had to go 7 days without my car but the fact that no one called to let me know that the part didn't show. So I had to wait thinking that I might get my car Monday no such luck there either.

I called on Saturday because I wanted a status update since no one called me Friday. The lady on the phone said that she would have someone call me back. I received a call on Monday telling me that my car wouldn't be ready until Wednesday which left me without a car for 2 more days and I still needed to get to work. I yelled at the guy because of their lack of keeping me informed about my car. He kept saying that he called me Friday and left a message but that was not the case according to my cell phone call log. I don't know who he called but it wasn't me but that person knew that my car wasn't going to be ready until Wednesday.

So I went to the dealership on that same Monday to speak with a manager and I was told that someone would see me shortly and they sat me in an office. I sat there for 40 minutes and no one said a peep to me so I got up and left.

This is the worst experience having a bought a car from a dealership and purchased the extended warranty which has not covered one thing that I have had them fix.

I am so disappointed with this dealership. First I traded in my Nissan for a Jeep Patriot and 2 days after I get my Jeep home I have a flat tire. And no... I didn't run over anything. They installed the tires wrong so the leak was from the valve stem. When I went to get the problem fixed I was told it wouldn't take anymore than an hour (I was there for two and a half hours) - to fix ONE tire. Not to mention my spare was low and I was missing parts from my jack. Then 3 weeks later I get a new license plate in the mail. We decided at the time of purchase I would transfer the plate from my Nissan to my Jeep and therefore I would not need a new plate. Now I am dealing with my original plate (which is on my Jeep) still being register to my Nissan which was apparently sold already. So I've been driving around with a plate that isn't even registered to my Jeep for 3 weeks. Everybody I have dealt with after these issues arose have been amazing... But my initial impression of my sales person and finance person is horrible. I told multiple people at this dealership I would be buying a Wrangler next and that is officially NOT happening with this dealership. I will go elsewhere to purchase my Jeep Wrangler.

I usually do not leave reviews but after multiple things going wrong with this dealership I figured it was worth saving someone else the headache.

Service Department - Needs New Management - Your extra fees are to intentionally mislead a customer.

I would not recommend anyone one to this place! I was told one price for service and it turned about to be over $100 more. They also added on extra fees which they call shop fees and considers as misc. They do not tell the customer about these extra feels. It just shows up on your bill. These fees were over $80. When a customer asks for a price for service, when they receive the quote, that is what the price should be and at that time is when they should be informed about any extra misc fees you may charge. This fee should also be posted somewhere in your facility. How else do you expect a customer would know that you have some other additional unexplainable charge that you charge your customers!!

I bought 2 cars from this place and because of this experience today and the way I was talked to by Ben Byler and Justin Ring, I would never buy here again because I dont want to have to deal with this type of treatment from your service department. Ben was very rude and told me that what Im going to do is to sit down with the person who gave me the incorrect price and battle it out with him. How unprofessional is that? He talked to me as if I was his 10 year old child!!

7:30 am appointment turned into 3hrs 30min of waiting but never got car serviced. When I went to check on status no one seemed to know why my car was still waiting. Left there went to a different garage and got 2 new tires and a oil change in 45min.

Crown Dodge did an exceptional job of putting me in the vehicle I truly wanted. At no point in time did they suggest I settle for anything less than I wanted even though it was a hard deal to get done. I feel they gave me good money for my trade, and discounted their vehicle greatly. I have purchased close to 20 brand new cars in my lifetime and this was one of the best dealership experiences I ve had. Thank you Crown for going the distance to make me a very satisfied customer.

Their prices are high!! Their wait time..is unbelievable long! They fine anything and everything to up charge! The only thing I like honestly is the online scheduling and the text messages when it ready. One of the service guys I have dealt with Aaron, he is very unpleasant to work with. Jordan has been by far the best.

I'm visiting front out of town and had problems with my car. I called this dealership this morning and they got me in for an appointment in less than 2 hrs and had my car fixed, for a fair price in just a few short hours. All the staff were amazing, in particular Justin, Jason and Jesse. They even gave my Mom and I complimentary shuttle service to the Friendly Center so we wouldn't have to spend our vacation at the dealership. Can't say enough good things about this business and their employees. Thanks again for true costumer service.

So far so good.....We just purchased a new vehicle from here and the experience from start to finish was excellent. They even went out of their way to provide us with a new vehicle to drive while ours was being upgraded for aftermarket additions.

If the service will be as good as the sales then I think I will be quite happy.

Yesterday, I took my car in to be serviced for an oil and filter change. Since I knew it was due, I had inquired with the service representative about how much the tire rotation would cost and if there was any special deals going on special for tire rotation as well. I had informed the rep that I could get free tire rotation from the place that replaced my tires but if they could give me a good deal, I would just do it with them. He said that they would work something out, never telling me the price.

In the end, he told me that they couldn't do any special discounts on the tire rotation but had already done the tire rotation on my car so I ended up getting charged $20 without knowledge of how much it was. Then I got hit with a hidden fee of 5% because of what he called "a shop charge" since I didn't met the minimum spending limit of $50 (my total was $44.90 before tax before the "shop charge").

In the end, I ended up paying $53 for an unwanted tire rotation due to costs, hidden fees, and what I had originally come in for which was my oil/filter change. It felt like this dealership/service center went out of their way to make sure I paid more than I had initially came in to spend at their business for an oil/filter change (which was $24.95 plus tax since I had a coupon and my car took 6 quarts of oil to fil).

I will not be returning to this dealership and will find me another place to work on my car in the future.

The greeting, the friendly smile and the annoying but necessary Covid-required elbow bump greeted us at Crown Automotive on our mission to buy a new jeep. And Garri Austin, Sales Consultant, was the man who welcomed us in this way. We just smiled as he offered his service. We proceeded to tell Garri what we needed. We wanted this and that, and this and that. Gary was totally up front. He didn t have it. So the searched went on. We visited websites and another dealer, but had no luck. Then we heard from Gary again. I found what you want, he said. And the next day we had a beautiful 2020 Grand Cherokee that fit us to the T. Garri Austin had totally filled our need with this beautiful vehicle. He was prompt, totally honest, had the best price, had a great sense of humor, and was a man of integrity. So as we drove off in our perfectly-equipped, full-tank-of-gas new Jeep, the thought suddenly crossed our minds Are we good to go? We got out of the car and saw that there was no 30-day tag on the rear bumper. About that time Garri came rushing to the door with tag in hand. He attached it in less than a minute. It all goes to show that none of us are perfect. But the way Garri Austin handled us as customers came pretty close. God bless you Garri. Myra & Jim Stegall.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. Worst experience ever. They are uneducated and had me running in circles trying to get my license plate. Had to go to multiple DMV's because they didn't fill out the paper or ever mail me my paperwork and title that I paid them to do. Finally was resolved by a nice lady at the DMV calling them out on their inability to do their job. You would think when someone spends thousands of dollars on a car they would care enough to finish the paperwork and simply mail the license plate. To top it off they never even gave me a welcome call for their bank and I had to spend two hours being transferred from person to person trying to get my online account setup. Long story short go anywhere but here.

Hugo in sales is the BOMB! From the moment my daughter and I stepped onto the lot he made sure we felt welcome. He has excellent customer service skills. He listened and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs.
Brett also was excellent to work with. He made the financial process easy. My experience with this dealership was surperb. Everyone has gone above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I was going to write a bad review until i started working with service adviser Rhyan Ball he turned what used to be a frustrating and at times maddening experience into a real pleasure. He is super professional and great to work with dare i say it he is always on the BALL excuse the pun.

We took our dodge dart for a recall. The service man John said it would be about an hour and a half. It took nearly 3 and a half. We left with the car and while going down the highway a
@ about 70 MPH near Archdale the engine started to race and the transmission and engine light came on. The car lost power and we pulled off the road. We called back to service and they told us to turn off car and wait a couple minutes. After a couple minutes we started it up and the transmission light went out but not engine light. Bob told us to bring it back and he would have it checked and if needed he would give us a loaner. When we finally made it back there was no loaners. He called Enterprise and someone came and got us. But we had to use our debit card to get a vehicle that Ellen doesn't want to drive. The only thing they had was a 4 door truck. While this was all happening a salesman Jeff said he could get us a great deal on a 2015 Dart. I told him what I could handle payment wise and he said he would do all he could to get us that deal. After we left he called us and told us the deal was done. Come back and pick up the car. When we got back to dealership he was busy and Kris was told to help us. After another hour there was no deal matching the original. 7 hours total at Crown and absolutely NO SATISFACTION. I hope whoever reads this at Crown at least takes time to call us and explain to us what the he'll they do there!!
