Well, first of all the price changed dramatically after I arrived. They said they didn t know anything about the factory recommended service. Then it took 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. They charge $49 for tire rotation and another $50 to balance. They also told me I needed an alignment for another $89 and when I asked to see the computer printout of how far out of alignment my car was, they changed their mind. My car is a 2019 Jeep I ve had for 18 months and it only has 16,000 miles and it s 90% interstate.
