I'm a first timer I must say I'm impressed. The library is in a neighborhood off the beaten path. There is plenty of places to plug in and there are public computers. I didn't feel comfortable taking pictures because it Was to crowded. I recommend this library.
Clean, plenty of parking, nice staff. Unfortunately I am not allowed to sit upstairs with a table to spread my work. I am not using electronic equipment and there's plenty of space to keep distance but I guess they're not ready to allow it.
Great facility, even greater staff, lots of wonderful programs and resources. There were not enough stars!

Staff at the Circulation Desk are kind and quick to answer almost any question, as well as check out books or DVDs, make a suggestion for a good read, or fix a card problem. Reference Desk staff are quick to help with any computer problems, or to find quick or obscure answers to questions.
The staff here are amazing, they are very helpful and polite. everything is so clean and tidy and organized
I love to be there with my son. I usually visit different classes, they are free and it's always nice and kind atmosphere. I've met a lot of new friends there.
I really like this library. It is small but very conveniently located. My son has a good time as he gets lost in the books. Computers are readily available and staff is quite helpful.
What a great public service! All our tax dollars should be used for effectively.
Bookstore is run by volunteers who are out of control and do what ever they want. Ross, the volunteer boss man in charge, is known to go in the back room and get paid cash for books-- being partial to one dealer in particular (taking the money directly from the library itself). Ross also has been seen by several people taking big stacks of books home to sell online-- while advertising that that volunteers in the bookstore are not aloud to be selling online.
This is my preferred place to study and read. I was amazed at the cleanliness of this library and the selection of books and other material. The staff is friendly and helpful. The inside is quiet. There seems to be an adequate number of tables and chairs. There is a large selection of children's books. The outside parking lot is east to get in and out of as well. On the ground floor the there is a book store with many used books, magazines, and DVDs. I would recommend this library to anyone in Seminole County. It is the perfect place to study and do schoolwork.

Had a great area for kids. Storytime was fun and a perfect amount of time for little ones.

It was great!!! Went there for early voting. Was in and out in less than twenty minutes. All the poll workers were wonderful. They kept people socially distanced, everyone wore a mask. GO VOTE!!! It's safer than a trip to Walmart!!!!

I ve been to this library branch for a Meetup several months back. The NAMI Arts and Crafts group also meets there monthly. It s a nice library - that serves as a place for clubs and groups.
Great library with plenty of space and stuff to do. Free use of computers, books and dvds. Plus if they don't have a certain book, they'll order it for you free. Even newer books.
Bad experience with the leaf blower guy. He blew the leaves in my face. Almost came to blows. I walked away calmly. Next time though!

This library does not have a fax machine or a scanner. Never heard of a library that doesnt have either.
There is a particular very rude staff member, dropped off books, and she came to tell me, I have to pay money before my sister can check out the books, I said okay, she then talks over me to tell me I can t use my credit card, so she can t check out, however she didn t even know I have cash to pay. Incredible rude and judgmental to say the least.
Upon using research and reading areas, I have found on more than one occasion that some library patrons make use of cell phones and Skype for conversations. Also, some listen to movie clips and internet articles without the courtesy of headphones. When I asked about this I was told, This is not a Quiet library.

My two oldest love the library. This location has alot of options and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have nice little tables set up for coloring which occupies my youngest while the other 2 browse. The have a day where the kids can "read to a service dog" which is the cutest thing
This is one of my favorite libraries in Seminole County. It is clean, quiet and big. There are lots of computers and the staff is nice and friendly.

Nice library, very unexpected to find this location. It s tucked away between a couple of neighborhoods. They have plenty of seating and plug ins, restrooms are clean and the staff were great. They even have a little store inside selling books, albums, puzzles, movies etc. very cheap prices. I didn t see anything in there over a couple of bucks.
It is always an adventure to see what books I get to check out & enjoy. Never a disappointment!
Extremely unpleasant staff (at least the lady I spoke with). Would not allow me to sit at the table, even though the table was free, did not want me to study there. I understand that the virus Made things hard, but there is a level of costumer service to keep. Also, find other accommodation (as separated desks) for people to study if the issue is the virus. The only table I could get access to to sit down does not have a charging station (again, if the issue is COVID, there are a million ways to find a solution. But again, very arrogant lady. Oh, of course I was wearing a mask and I also had my own hand sanitizer and cleaning products.
Very Large selection of Books - some old, many almost new! And sooo reasonably priced. And in addition to a great place to purchase a gem what a wonderful way to find a new home for a treasured book that you just don't have the space for anymore. A great idea well executed.

The main library is a tarnished jewel in Seminole County. The services are fantastic but it appears as though the facility has not been maintained in 25 years!
Outdated technology. Be sure to bring cash, because they can only accept cash for purchases and printing .

I have always found the staff helpful. If they don't have the book you want, they try to get it for you. They also will make suggestions for similar books you may enjoy.
The library itself is clean and well organized with and cleaning stations and numerous locations and automatic check out computer. A chance to get milk over there is pretty slim. I would say is that was nice and helpful but I didn't really interact with them at all.
It doesn't tell you when its closed for things like staff training and fema!

Little old fashion-compared to Coopers Memorial Library in Clermont. 'Check Out' desk personnel was awesome. Lightened up with the computers-especially if you are not at full capacity.
Love this library, it is our go to. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Today we went to drop off our election ballots. Didn't even have to go inside. Very convenient.
This is a great library! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They offer a huge selection of reading materials as well as electronic resources. You can also visit their online site to browse materials and even request a hold on items so you can pick them up! My family and I frequent there ALOT, especially my son loves it there because of the fun events they have! Over the summer, we will be attending quite a few nice events and activities like the reading club, chess club and Lego builders club. This library also offers movie night and you can come in your pajamas!! Make sure to pick up the calendar as they have a lot available for adults too. Knitting, arts and crafts, ect... Visiting the library often has helped my son enjoy reading more than he did before. He has been going to the library with me ever since he was 2-3 years old and now he is 7!! I recommend this library to everyone.
Its a small but quaint library. There's public WiFi, computers and free video rental. There is a decent children's sections that happens to be separated from the general public area.
Very nice library. That woman who helped me get my library card was very friendly and informational. She educated me on the library and had a smile the whole way. Pretty big area with a good variety of books. Nice experience overall.
The main branch of the Seminole Co. library is the best in the county. It seems a little behind the times with media, but they're making some headway with loaning eBooks.
Had wonderful experience a few years ago when I lived in the area and recently moved back. Great customer service in getting a new card today to enjoy book check outs and more.

This rating is for the baby story time. I've been to other programs in the area and this library has the best program by far!
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their online collection is handy and accessible. But the library has a paltry selection of of fiction and is otherwise small.
