This is second time I had issues with my car within 6 months.First water leaking from ceiling, now alarm and heater comes on whenever and sometimes volume on radio wont work. I was put in a small suv, the reason for owning escalade is because we have 4 children 3 in car seats. There was a part ordered that had no delivery date. I was forced to come get my car with repairs incomplete because there wasn't a loaner that fit my family. When I got there their main concern was gas tank was half full in the loaner that was insufficient in first place and charged me extra $4 a gallon in gas. I have bought Lincolns for last 8 yrs and they have never treated me like that nor charged me for gas in a loaner.
