My experience at Crestview was extremely pleasant. We were greeted immediately and able to test drive within 5 minutes of being there. Steve Perkins was our sales engineer and he keep us informed and updated throughout the purchase of our XT5. He really strived to get us the best deal and didn't have to haggle but I still compared prices to other dealerships and Crestview came in beating there price.
