I don t post reviews often, but I had the good fortune to get a new vehicle from Crestview Cadillac yesterday and it was such a positive experience that I feel like I owe them 5 stars. I arrived with a good idea of what I wanted and it would have been very easy to take my order and make a sale, but Instead they asked me to drive one of the cars and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was looking for the best car for me. The salesperson (Donna) was very open with me about what was good and what wasn t so good about the car. After that we had to do the trade-in showdown usually the worst part of getting a new car! The conversation did not start with wrong season to sell, too bad its not red, if it was only one model year newer They evaluated my trade, gave me subjective reasons for the offer they were making and we got on with it from there. I felt treated very fairly and they showed a very high level of integrity in that transaction. Past that the General Manager, Sales Manager and Finance lead all took a minute to offer some suggestions about buying and owning a Cadillac that really helped improve the experience. In the end, I feel like a got a great car and a great deal!
