Contacted them online and received a call back from Curtis. I explained what I was looking for and he requested I fill out the online credit app and he would email some options the next morning. This was on Thursday, He finally called back on Monday without any recollection of our progress. Later that day I received a call from his sales manager Russell. We started over and he said he would get back to me. Called me back the next morning with what he said was a killer end of the month deal. I countered and he said he would get back to me. Never heard from them again

My jeep was towed in on a Saturday. After experiencing power loss on the highway and all of our electronics seemed to lose power. We were able to get it home that night but the next morning tried to bring it into the dealership but it wouldn't start...so we had it towed. Dropped our keys into the night box and received a message the following morning that they received our car and would check everything out and they insisted that it was just the battery. The battery is a die hard new battery 6 months old already in the car they made us replace it at $252. There's no evidence that they did anything other than make us put in the battery which is not under warranty and they kept my vehicle from the 10th to the 15th (to do a battery). I am not happy and I did reach out to customer service and a manager was supposed to have called me back and it is now the 19th with no response. They are the closest dealership to us but would not recommend friends or family to bring a car there.

Savannah Freeman, cannot say enough about her, brought our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for repairs, insurance involved in this too, in spite of all the problems with insurance company she made up for it in her surperior service. I would highly recommend her and the dealership. GREAT JOB

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO FAR!
I got my car last Tuesday, it is a 2014 used car. The night I got it I went to put something into the car and I realized the car had roaches. I brought it back the next day after work and they told me they were going to fumigate the car, I had got a rental till Friday and returned the rental and got my car back. Things were fine over the weekend I saw no roaches come Sunday night I saw more roaches in the car. I called my salesperson Monday morning, he told me he was going to call me when he got into work. I waited till 12ish still no call back so I texted my salesperson still nothing when I got off of work at 4 pm. I called at 4:30 pm and spoke with my salesperson he states he was going to call me back in an hour. I received a text from him to come to the dealership. I showed up to the dealership only for them to tell me that they're going to call the fumigator again today and call me back before the end of the day today to set up for the apt with the fumigator on Wednesday. It's now 8:49 pm, have I received a call? Nope. Now I have to wait till tomorrow morning to call them to get this situation sorted out. I am beyond frustrated with Chrsyley Jeep Dodge Ram and wish I never decided to get a car through them. Because no one is taking my situation with any sense of urgency. I am not paying monthly for a car that is infested with roaches. I do not suggest for anyone to buy a used car through them. VERY VERY UPSET.

Do not understand why they could not walk into customer lounge to find me and tell me Suggest some reconsideration on a little more personal touch for customer service.

Will never go here again. 3 alignments in 6 months and my car is worse and I am $1000 in the hole. Took it to another Chrysler service center, ran diagnostics and returned the report here. They did not want to even see it. They are all about quantity of service rather than quality.

Our recent experience at Courtesy was nothing short of wonderful. A month or so ago, my partner brought his vehicle in for service and I mentioned to Angelo- one of the Service Managers that my key fob for my truck had stopped functioning and that it wasn't the battery. He looked up the fact that I had purchased it barely 2 years ago, and told me that it was under warranty, but to bring it back when they weren't so busy and he would take care of it. Many weeks passed and I was unable to get to the dealership as it is a ways a way from our home.
Today- I took it in on a whim to see if he would help me, and he did. He took the key, took the vehicle (all the while they were slammed in service) had a new one re-programmed and sent me on my way with a smile and a hug! His responsiveness, care and ultimate customer service will keep us as regular customers for a long long time at Courtesy! THANK YOU ANGELO for going above and beyond!

I had no issues, if from scheduling to drop-off (social distancing friendly ) to a speedy turnaround in my actual service time. People are friendly enough. I'm use to not having to ask for a vacuum or wash when I bring my vehicles in...here you have to remember to ask. Even jiffy lube gave me a vaccum. This visit they did not give me washer fluid. I was too far for a turn around when I notice my light wasnt resetting. Kinda makes me nervous. Do I have to ask to see my dip stick now?

Their Service Department is great. They get you checked in quickly and if you drop your vehicle off, they call you in a timely manner to let you know what's going on with your car. I've been there a few times. They even detailed my car for me one time.

My initial experience was wonderful. Our salesman was excellent and got us in the vehicle we wanted for the payment we wanted. Financing went quick and everyone was super friendly. However, two months down the road, I receive a phone call and text message from our salesman stating that they put the incorrect VIN on our paperwork and we needed to sign new paperwork immediately. They mailed us the paperwork to review and sign and send back. This is all fine; however, the paperwork arrives the same time my son is ready to be born so I'm in the hospital and obviously cannot immediately sign and return (I let the salesman know about my situation so he wasn't clueless about what was happening). I finally get released Friday evening to go home, fill out the paperwork and have it in the mail Monday morning. In the meantime, I receive another text message from the salesman stating the dealership is putting a requisition on my vehicle, so clearly I cannot drive it now. I now have a newborn I'm trying to care for and a vehicle I cannot drive. I did absolutely nothing wrong in the process of purchasing my vehicle and have been making my payments on time. The dealership screwed up, took 2 months to realize it and then harassed me and treated me poorly over their mistake. I got the paperwork returned as soon as I could, but I couldn't leave the hospital to get it to them that same week as they wanted. I will never again purchase from this dealership, nor will I recommend others to this dealership because of the way I've been treated over their mistake in financing/paperwork. I did not need this added stress during and following having my baby.

Thank you so much Jeep Dodge and Courtesy of Brandon. I had the best experience! Your finance manager Brandon Leiss is extremely professional, an a real asset to your team. As I woman I feel very cynical that I might get taken advantage of by sales reps. But not at Courtesy, everyone was genuine and easy to talk too. Brandon spent hours working with me without even slightest bit of annoyance in his voice, answering every question I had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep and Dodge are friendly and helpful; they went above and beyond my expectations. I stopped by to trade in my 2011 Ford Fusion and to my surprise I left in a 2015 Dodge Dart! Thomas Murman did an amazing job finding the right car for me. He is knowledgeable and honest. I've been wanting to trade my Mercedes for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and was worried that it would be a bad experience. I was proven wrong. Starting with the Sales Representative who greeted us at the door, Tyler, who was fairly new, to the Senior Sales Rep. Frank Diaz. Frank was very knowledgeable and experienced in finding the right car for me. He explained all the details and made me comfortable in making the right decision. We recommended Frank to all our friends for the great customer service and professionalism. Finally Shawn Kelly made it so easy in our financing with no hassles. My husband and I thanks everyone for their outstanding friendliness and professionalism. I love my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Customer service was fine but they overfilled the oil in my Jeep Wrangler. I would expect you to know a new Jeep only takes 5 quarts. Sure I could come back in to fix your mistake - but I would waste another 3 hours of my life waiting in your lobby. After giving this dealership multiple attempts to improve, they continue to disappoint. Steer clear.

I purchased a Dodge Journey back in 2009. It was a good vehicle. The Sales Person was Carl Johnson. A very friendly sales person. He had drive over 1- 1/2 hours to redo mortgage papers since the company we used filed for Chapter 11 protection. That was way above his duties. Always remember that. I just went back 11-05-2015 and purchased a Dodge Durango Limited. I was very please Carl Johnson was there again for my purchase. He knows the products and the details. From him and to the entire group of Courtesy Dodge made my purchase very enjoyable.

In the 20 years of buying vehicles this was by far the best experience I ve had so far. Alex, Gabby, and Tyler were all very great to work with. Alex got me a very fair price before coming in and still helped get a little more on the trade in once I got there. He also got me in and out very quickly which I definitely appreciated.
When it came to the finance part Gabby and Tyler had a fair interest rate without me having to negotiate. Most car lots I ve gone to in the past constantly played games, not like that here at all.
Courtesy is by far the pinnacle of what buying a car should be like. Thanks again to Alex and the whole team at Courtesy for being so awesome! My wife absolutely loves her new toy/Jeep!

Communication is the key to everything. We just traded in our vehicle yesterday and now they are saying they are going to reject the signed contract after money down was paid, all because their service department and sales department doesn t communicate with each other.
We took our trade in for repairs last week and the check engine light came back on over the weekend. We went back on Monday to have them check it and it could be the transmission going bad . BEFORE that they asked if we still wanted to trade in the vehicle and hook funding out about the additional needed repairs we asked if the same quote would be offered (all via text). When we got no answer we assumed no, but the next day another text came stating that they found more coupons and could get us in the new vehicle for less money. So of course we jumped on it. There was some confusion back and forth and once the manager got involved they ended up honoring the contract we signed.
They could have made things hard with the trade in but admitted the communication error, apologized for all the confusion.
Thank you courtesy for your transparency and being great through the hiccups. We LOVE our new vehicle and hope to do business again in several years.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Pricing may not be as THEY have advertised it!!! We are looking for a used car and found a car at this dealership. We requested information on the car and not one, but two sales representatives actually called back. We advised that we would be coming from Ocala to look at the vehicle and they verified they still had the vehicle a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited Sedan FWD Silver. We drove 1 1/2 hours and when we got there, Tommy, the sales rep had a blue car pulled out front. We advised that was not the car we had requested info on or discussed on the phone. We advised again it was silver. He asked what price we saw on the internet and we told him $10,302. Tommy advised that he knew where that car was and they had just brought it in a few days prior and it stilled had to go through the shop to be certified, but he could get it and we could look at it. He went to go get the car and when he returned for us to look at it stated that there may be additional fees for the certification, but he was going to advise the sales manager what price we had seen. We went out and looked at the car, the correct car finally and were very happy with it and returned inside to discuss purchase. Tommy advised he would have the Sales Manager come talk to us regarding the difference in price. David the sales manager came over and said the price of the car was $13,000 that $10,302 was what they paid for it and the $10,302 price must have been a GLITCH on the website and he doesn t know how that happened. REALLY!!! A real live person obviously typed it in and submitted it along with a picture (that a real live person took and uploaded NO GLITCH!!!! Obviously, we were not happy after 1) having spoke with someone about the specific vehicle prior to driving 1 1/2 hours, 2) the wrong vehicle being brought out initially and 3) knowing what price we saw the vehicle for just be told that was not the price they were ACTUALLY selling it for and no apology for their incompetent employees, also known as GLITCHES that posted the vehicle. Let me just add that 24 hours later the vehicle is still listed on CarFax for $10,302, but they have removed it from their website.

I purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger from here on March 19th. I spent a while there as I assumed I would. No big deal. My sales lady gabby was awesome. And the finance guy was pretty nice as well. I put 2000 dollars down as it was a weekend and my bank blocked me from spending more so I came back the next day to pay the rest. When I returned the following day I informed my sales person gabby and Tyler and a few other people on the floor that I had some scratches and chipped paint I would like to have taken care of. They informed me that they would order paint for the car and take care of it. Upon returning to get it fixed I was treated like a stranger. Like I hadn't just purchased a car here. I was told that my car was ctp Which I'm not completely sure what that is as this was the first time I had ever heard the term since I'd bought the car the week before. Apparently it meant that the car was going to be scratched a little and that's part of the territory. Before leaving the dealership this time I was told by a floor manager that I would be contacted before Friday to fix the issues because they want a "happy customer". I've yet to be contacted by my sales person. And it's now Saturday. I've had the car for two weeks and it's frustrating to go and buy a car and be told that they will fix something and never actually follow through. Which was the exact reason I waited to post a review. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that they would actually see it through. It really felt like to me that once they got the paperwork signed and received my money they were done with me. I will not ever recommend this dealership to anyone.

If you want a good experience call and ask for Tyler. He has been there two years and actually listened when we said we wanted it to go fast. Seriously, I ve bought many cars and have only ever reviewed Tyler.

Overall good experience they picked up my vehicle and provided a loaner, returned my vehicle back to me and retrieved the loaner with no issues, very convenient. The work they did which was just routine maintenance looks good but I didnt receive the multipoint inspection checklist to let me know if anything is looking like it may need future attention and they charge 39.99 to sanitize my vehicle which I didnt ask for and they must just spray something cause I could tell nothing was wiped down. The maintenance sticker they put on the windshield does show if the brakes or tires are good or will need future attention which that is nice but doesnt replace the checklist in my opinion. Service rep and drop off/pick up attendant were professional and friendly.

If I could mark zero stars I would. Went in for my 15000 mile oil, tire and multi point inspection today. Was told back brakes was a must to be done. Took it to Love's Tire in Valrico to be told brakes are all more then fine and the air filter they told me last time had to be done was shown to me verses a trashed one and was almost perfect. This dealership is a rip off for sure. Don't go there.

Paul Cohen, a service advisor at Courtesy Chrysler made my day today! I was waiting for assistance from my advisor who was tied up on the phone and with a customer in front of him. Paul saw that I needed help and went to his co-worker who quickly briefed him on what I needed. Paul jumped into action and closed out my transaction while keeping me engaged in relevant conversation the entire time. He was super friendly, smart and had a great smile! Just was a bright light for me considering I didn't get such good news about my auto dilemma! He'll be the one I ask for in the future when I need to schedule a service appointment!

Horrible experience. Was told my car would be there until 7pm, so at 3:30 I take the courtesy shuttle home and I get a call at 4:15, saying my vehicle was one. Was not told about the courtesy shuttle when I got to my appointment, was never offered it, finally asked and all of a sudden a courtesy shuttle was available.

Asked to have my seat belts unjammed during the service, they had my car for 5 hours and went I went to pick it up, the seat belts were never touched. I was livid and made them fix the seat belts.

I have never been so disappointed in service and will not be back. Do yourself a favor and go else where for when you need service on your vehicle

My experience with Courtesy was as good as a car buying experience gets! Starting with David taking a personal approach to ensure the car I was looking at was right for my teenage daughter. Then Rollin stepped in to make sure I fully understood the entire car buying process. The advice he offered was extremely valuable and made the experience perfect. My experience at Courtesy Chrysler was not a good one at all. I m giving you a 1 star because it s the only way I can continue on with this review or I wouldn t give any stars at all. I came into the dealership and was shown the truck that I was happy with. When I decided on the truck I went into the finance office and filled out all the paperwork. The financing, the title and the bank agreement. I had everything signed and the truck detailed and gas put in the truck. When I was able to come back and pick up my truck I called and asked if there was anything else that was needed. I was told nothing else was needed that the deal was done and my truck was waiting for me. I got an Uber from Ellenton to Tampa. When I arrived they asked me if I had tax forms from 2018. No, and two hours ago why wasn t that mentioned that to me? Who carries that information and why didn t u ask me when I informed you that I was coming? Now I m stuck with no down payment and no vehicle and a credit score that was hit multiple times and no truck. I HATE car shopping! I was not looking forward to getting a new car. When I first spoke to Dan Pipp on the phone he was very comforting. Then when my husband and I went to Brandon, I really felt comfortable and all, if not most, of my anxiety was lifted. They did not try to rip us off and the sale went very smoothly. To top everything off, they gave us a full tank of gas! Sean Kelly was great! Sean didn't try to sell of a bunch of stuff that we really didn't want or need but he made sure that we were well equipped with the proper warranties for our situation. He made signing on the dotted line a breeze. I just loved his pink and blue highlighter for signatures!
