Good Morning,

I went into this dealership on 05/28 for service on my 2013 dodge dart that I purchased in August of 2015 from Frank D. due to his patience and understanding I called him prior to my visit this past Saturday to ask for his assistance on possibly getting into a different vehicle to fit my current active lifestyle he gladly agreed to entertain my time while waiting for my car to be serviced. When I arrive on Saturday I was promptly greeted by the service department and shortly after by Frank. The first time I dealt with Frank in August he stopped and listened to my needs and budget and placed me in a beautiful 2013 Dodge Dart which I insistently fell in love with. Frank stood out from any other salesman that I have dealt with because I didn't feel pressured to by a car or I didn't feel like i was wasting his time and he wasn't telling me what I needed or how much I should spend. When I came in on Saturday he took me to look at the Jeeps and all of them were gorgeous but I think he could tell that I needed a WOW car.... something that I would love and not want to walk away from and we definitely found it!! I am officially a proud driver of a beautiful 2016 Jeep Cherokee, now what makes this car different from any other car I have EVER driven is that not only is it beautiful and drives great but it is my very first car that has not been Pre-owned.
As Frank was promptly getting the numbers and paperwork taken care of I had the opportunity to glace around and observe my surroundings and realized that yeah I might have saved just a few more dollars going somewhere else but for the quality of service I receive each time I go to Courtesy jeep, Chrysler and Dodge that was worth the few extra dollars I spent Frank definitely has gone above and beyond each time I have dealt with him and for that I am extremely appreciative.
The very first time I went in I was greeted with a rose, the second time I was greeted with Frank (lol) and this last time I was greeted with smiles at 8:30 in the morning which always puts me anxiety at ease and my son and I were feed lunch (I swear its the little things that matter) but EVERY TIME I have been treated with respect, integrity and assurance that my son and I have a safe and reliable transportation. Thank you Frank Diaz and Courtesy Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge for all of you help. We love our new ride!!
