Be careful renting from these slum lords terrible at communicating I'd be very apprehensive about living there as they don't ingage in favorable practices towards their tenants.

WORST RENTAL AGENCY IN DENVER BUT THEY HAVE NICE PROPERTIES. I lived in an apartment that had a potential lead line and the only compensation we got was a standard brita filter (needed to refill multiple times just to water plants/dog) and that was given to us by Denver water. Myself along with a few other tenants in the building were experiencing rashes from the water and reach out to our property manager multiple times. Problem never got resolved so we moved out. They took more than half of the deposit for cleaning . Over all would highly recommend any other agency such as gk housing or denver property management. They ve been huge help to our rental search.

Daniel came by and took care of the heat in my apartment about 10 minutes after I put a request in! Every room good to go! I have felt so much more comfortable since cornerstone took over!

We had some issue with the heat at home, the next morning Raymond showed up, friendly and very nice person, he did an amazing work in less than 30 minutes . We appreciate it and highly recommend him. Thanks again Raymond R.

Cornerstone is very good. I lived in one of their apartments for 1 year and I loved it there. They were really helpful and organized throughout the whole process. They have good walkthroughs and availability for checking out apartments. You can text for settings things up. The maintenance people are good, online portal for that and they respond fast. Allie S. helped me a lot with questions during my residence and the move out process. Everyone was always professional to me (no bad vibes that make you scared or not want to reach out for things).

They really did a really really good job of quickly working on helping residents during the corona changes and were good about communicating stuff like helpful resources (in a non-fake only for PR way). Probably the most genuinely trying to be helpful, of all the companies I interacted with during corona changes.

Also I'm so happy I got my deposit back on move out too :) I tried really really hard to clean (most I've ever tried) and I was still expecting to not get it back but I did! Honestly cornerstone team seems like a lot of real, regular people and they are doing housing for a lot of people in Denver. If you are looking for a place in the area, definitely check their website, you can find some really cute apartments that are not super expensive and they do a good job. Also other apartments sites are too hard to use and spam/scam looking, this one is much better see for yourself.

It's been quite the week at Corona Court, with a number of maintenance requests and a broken building key to top it all off. Michael, the maintenance tech, has been awesome through it all.

I've returned home 2 days to messages that work had been completed the work looked good and the apt was clean. But I also work from home each week, so we've shared the apt a few times as well. He's always extremely friendly, explains what he's doing/done, and is efficient in the work.

When it comes to apartment maintenance requests especially in an old building like this I've had plenty of bad experiences, but Michael and the Cornerstone team have been turning things around in hours, not days or weeks.

Needed help with a repair in my apartment. I kept asking the maintenance man, Justin, to look at more and more things and he had no problem helping. He was awesome!! A+ service!

I moved in to a cornerstone apartment in March and finally got around to entering a work order this October for my window screen and door. Maintenance got on in immediately, they came the next day and fixed everything. Shout out to Justin from maintenance, he went above and beyond to help me!

Recently had an issue with my garbage disposal and Noah fixed it super quickly with no issues! Thanks so much Noah!

I lived in Cornerstone Managed apartments for 3 years at 1526 N Lafayette St and 1522 N Lafayette St. Just imagine coming home from a two week vacation to find a that a pipe to the radiator system in your closet had burst melting all the paint off the ceiling and walls onto your entire bedroom, clothing and personal belongings and being told by you property manager that it s your fault. Being told by your property manager that neither the building owner nor the property management company in charge of the building are responsible for what happened and that you are responsible for the clean up when most of your stuff had been covered in paint. I was lied to by the property manager that he would get back to me about potentially covering my renters insurance deductible but I never heard from Colin again. As if that wasn t a horrible enough experience it s been 73 days since I moved out of that hell hole and I still haven t received my $1100 security deposit.

James and Ethan from the grounds crew keep the place clean and nice - good people too. Thanks grounds crew!

This is my second negative review of Cornerstone. In the leasing contract it is stipulated that security deposits will be returned within 30-60 days. I have had to reach out three times to make sure my deposit is coming back, and I still have not received it after almost three months. Cornerstone waited until the last possible day to mail it even though my apartment was in perfect condition when I left. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I at least got nice replies when I asked where my money is, although I would really just prefer the money on the time schedule that Cornerstone agreed to in the contract.

Affordable, well kept, and well located apartments. Maintenance is prompt and thorough, as well as property management. During 2020, Cornerstone has been helpful and accommodating to their residents and understood that things were hard on them. There are plenty of perks to living in one of their buildings. Hope to be in another one down the road.

I lived in two corner stone properties for three years of my time in Denver. Always super easy to deal with, never had any issues and easily got deposits back both times.

Two years after leaving my last one, I accidentally had a package shipped to my old place. I let them know on their website and Michael Day saved my day by getting it back to me!

Natalie is the best leasing agent everrrr!!! She found me my perfect place, took the time with me figuring out my needs, and truly cared about my needs and what would work and what wouldn t. Working with cornerstone has been fabulous. They address all my service needs immediately, even let me into my place within 30 minutes after I misplaced my keys. Cornerstone is always there for me, and that is an amazing comfort for me personally.

Noah was awesome! He came to fix my heat and I couldn't have asked for a quicker and friendlier experience! I was also very glad that it took less than an hour from calling in with an issue to get assistance.

I was moving in from out of state and and very unfamiliar with Denver. I randomly came across Cornerstone and they were by far the most responsive company to communicate with. Lucas Murdock replied to all of my emails very quickly and addressed all concerns I had. Since I was unable to see the apartment before moving in, he personally sent me photos of the actual unit which was fantastic customer service. The key pick up was really easy as well since they gave me detailed and thorough instructions on their process. They are a friendly and caring group of people to work with!

Noah the matience guy for the belmore was awesome fixed the food disposer and gave me some tips on how properly use it. Awesome guy

Cornerstone took over our building a few months ago and we are continuously amazed by how attentive they are. We've had some hiccups along the way, but everything has been addressed quickly with a friendly attitude. The maintenance team in particular has blown our minds. Problems that had existed for months were fixed in hours. Michael has been one of our favorites. Always friendly and fast.

Raymond has been to my apartment several times. He is always timely and respectful and goes above and beyond the maintenance request that was scheduled!

I live at 66 Pearl St apartments and have to say we have the BEST maintenance guys. Both Raymond and Robert are always at our place the next day to fix anything we have problems with and don't ever hesitate to help out!!

I've lived all over the country, and in a number of buildings through the years, but Cornerstone is the best by far. My building manager, Ted, is always quick to respond to me and super helpful. They have their own team of employees to take care of building maintenance which really makes a difference. Was having some issues with my heat today, and Michael came before lunch and got everything running perfectly. The time between my email being sent, and having Michael at my door was less than 2 hours. This is amazing and why I recommend Cornerstone buildings to anyone that asks in Denver.

Antonio is a maintenance technician and helped me when I was in a bind- my key was stuck in the lock and I had to take a final in an hour. He got everything done in less than 5 minutes. Awesome service!!!

We have rented with Cornerstone for only a few weeks now, but it has already been a significant improvement in comparison to where we last rented.

We put in a maintenance order yesterday to fix a minor issue, and it was resolved today! Daniel was very quick to help us out and did an outstanding not to mention he's a very kind guy. :)

Have lived in my apartment for over a year, renewed my lease because of tenant care. Cornerstone began managing my building (2822 W 28th) just before I moved in. They have made noticeable improvements to the building and quality of life and do a good job of keeping those upgrades minimally invasive (and always announced well in advance). Work orders requested are responded to promptly (within 24 hours), their plans are communicated clearly and I have always been satisfied with the results (particular kudos to Wyatt on this -- he does an awesome job of keeping me in the loop and performing high-quality repairs, replacements, installations).

They are really giving a lot of attention to our property, making improvements, raising rents and offer good suggestions. Tom Lorenzen and Charlie Hogan have been great to work with. Thanks guys.

My wife and I recently moved in to a Cornerstone property. Today, the AC was not cooling the place down. I was concerned because it was Friday afternoon. I was agonizing about having to go the entire weekend without AC and the temperature for the next several days is supposed to be 90+. I submitted a work order. I then called Cornerstone and talked to Dillon. Dillon was wonderful, demonstrated a genuine concern and was very interested in solving the problem today. She also informed me, that if they couldn't get to me today, that they would come on tomorrow (weekend). I would say within an hour to an hour and a half, the technician Raymond was at my door. Not only did he solve the problem, he informed us on how to better understand and use the HVAC system. Raymond was extremely nice and was so concerned that we knew some of the basics of the system. Cornerstone has exceeded my expectations and I applaud the manner in which they conduct their business.

If you like paying for parking, living in an overpriced studio and having no working AC for weeks at a time then this is the place for you. Glad to be gone.

My fiance has lived at Park Court apartments for a few years now. In the winters she'll be freezing for quite a few days until they turn the heat on. The dishwasher has broken umpteen times without replacement. The machine code to get into the front door broke for over 6 months without repair. The washer and dryer just went up to $4. Rent goes up every year which is a given, but when the heat works for half the winter is ridiculous. She practically lives at my apartment because she can't stand her place any longer. Don't recommend anyone to move in here. The owners only care about money and don't care about their residents. She'll be leaving a review once she moves out and she knows of a lot more problems than what I'm listing off the top of my head.

Cornerstone has thankfully been very responsive to maintenance requests. Last week, Michael Creech came in to respond to a garbage disposal issue that was clogging the sink on the same day that the ticket was sent, and coming at a time that was likely late in his day, which was much appreciated to make the sink useful overnight. Have also had good service from Noah in the past. Appreciate the maintenance staff and their timely and quality assistance.

I enjoy living in a cornerstone building. Very fair rent cost for quality of apartment. I appreciate the maintenance system and they make it very easy. Everything is accessible online which is fast and convenient.

Our maintenance team is excellent, Michael C. in particular has fixed a number of things in our apartment and he responds by the next day each time. Appreciate his enthusiasm and respect for doing a good job and making things nice for us. Top notch.

Cornerstone maintenance team is phenomenal. Maintenance requests are filled quickly and crew is willing to go above and beyond. Raymond in particular came to switch out a lightbulb and ended up helping me change the lighting in the entire apartment! Couldn't be more appreciative.

During the two years I was there I only really dealt with Colin as he was the apartment manager, but he was always available, helpful, and friendly. After I moved out I was given a runaround by management about the status of my deposit and they only gave it back when I threatened legal action. My w-2 was mistakenly sent to that address and brought to the main cornerstone office after which it was lost entirely.

Cornerstone Apartments is the best rental company in Denver. I have rented from them for the past 3 years and I always recommend them to anyone looking to live in a reliable building within the urban part of Denver. The maintenance is also super quick!! My AC was not working to it's full potential and Roy and Rob hooked it up with a new unit. They also fixed every little thing that was a little off in the apartment on the same day. Super thankful and love this apartment company.

I live in one of the apartments and I have to say the services provided by the property management team has been top-notch!! Shout out to: Zach, Michael, Ethen, James, and Wyatt. Took a tour of this place the other day, and while seemingly nice from the outside, some units appear to have pest problems. I toured one unit that, upon opening a closet door, had about five cockroaches scatter out. No thank you. I also noticed what appeared to be mice droppings in a pantry of another unit. Even if this had happened, you'd think someone would clean that out before showing a unit. If they can't take the time to make sure places are in good shape before showing them off, I can only imagine what would happen if I had problems after the fact. Management seemed friendly, but again, most places are while trying to get your money. Godspeed.

They are responsive to emails and service requests. Noah has been an all star and is always willing to fix the little things that he notices while fixing bigger issues.

I left my keys at home. Locked out. Frustrated in myself and at the world I called the cornerstone services. As I was standing in front of my apartment building I was quoted 30/60 min before I could be reached. That made me feel disregarded. But when Daryl Johnson showed up 25 minutes later with a smile on his face... I felt saved. Thank you Daryl for your promptness even though you probably had to get out of bed to help me. Wonderful service.

I lived at 428 S. Sherman for 3 years. When Cornerstone took over, rent increased $100-350 month.
Mice ate holes in 10 pairs of pants. Each time I called maintenance, they left the same poison. By the time I left, maintenance had left 7 poison traps. Only one was eaten.
Maintenance never sealed the holes where the mice were entering. Cornerstone never paid for my destroyed clothing.

Noah rocks he is always there for me when I need. He gets stuff fixed.

After paying my rent on time for 3 years they are making the move out process and final months stay incredibly difficult. I would not recommend anybody use Cornerstone.

I specifically want to shout out Noah- my heat hasn t been working and he took the time to find the issue and fix it. He was kind, funny, respectful and very knowledgeable! Thanks Noah and thank you Cornerstone!

Cornerstone is shady. Since they took over my building halfway through our lease, things a swiftly taken a turn for the worse. Maintenance requests take way longer than they should, the laundry room always had broken machines, and the gate to get into the complex was broken for about a week, making it a huge inconvenience coming home. When it was time to renew our lease, they raised rent significantly (almost 20%) and our lease never specified which utilities were included in the monthly utility fee. Once our lease was signed, they notified us that our utilities no longer included services that were included before. No information was provided to us about this change, despite the fact that Cornerstone knew they would be different from our previous lease terms. They waited until we were already locked into the lease give us a courtesy notice . It felt like a bait and switch. They are untrustworthy and will rip you off any chance they get. I wouldn t recommend Cornerstone to anyone.

All of the people at Cornerstone were nice and professional with helping us get the house while we were almost 1000 miles away, especially Amy.

This is the best leasing company I have ever dealt with. I have yet to move in but I can tell these guys are the real deal. There are responsive, clear cut, and always willing to help out. That's something I have never seen before in the past 5 years that I've been renting a place to live.

I look forward to not having to watch my back from my landlord.

One of the best parts of Cornerstone is the maintenance crew. Mike Creech is fast, knowledgeable, and always courteous.

I lived in a Cornerstone property for 3 years and I highly recommend them. Their maintenance team is INCREDIBLE. Sometimes we could not believe how quickly they responded to our requests - I am talking within the hour.

I found them to be understanding and extremely reasonable, especially for a property management company of that size, in a major city. I made a mistake with our autopay and my property management reached out to me to correct it and we were never charged late fees. Our rent didn't go up the entire time, although for our last lease we did have to pay a bit more for utilities that had been previously included. I waited to post a review because we lived in our apartment for three years and were not sure how the move out process would go... we received our entire security deposit back!

We loved Cornerstone so much that when we decided to move to Fort Collins I called the office to see if they had any properties up here. They don't but I hope they expand, property management companies up here are awful, especially compared to Cornerstone.

As for our specific property: we lived in Park Lane. The apartments are really nice, the building is located in an incredible neighborhood with easy parking, and although there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire building we hardly ever had an issue getting a machine when we needed one. Our experience there varied a lot based on our neighbors. Sound didn't seem to carry from the apartments next to ours, but we could hear the neighbors below us pretty clearly if they were being loud. Smells also drifted between floors, so when our downstairs neighbor smoked in his apartment the smell was very strong in ours.

Overall, we LOVED living at Park Lane and would have continued to live there if we hadn't moved to another city!

My leasing coordinator, Lucas, made my experience so easy. From my application to handing me keys, he answered all my questions promptly and gave advice since I m new to the city. I m very happy with my experience with them!

I have lived here for a few months and the management is very responsive to any issues. I had three maintenance requests (because I put them off) and Jarrod Fobes took care of them all within 12 hours of making the request. They have been helpful and I love the community I live in.

I've been living at one of the cornerstone properties for almost a year and a half now and only just now have I had to send in a request for maintenance. It only took a couple of hours for someone to be sent over to fix theissue with our Toliet. Daniel was such a professional and got the work we needed done it timely manner. He even explained what caused the issue once he was finished, which is always appreciated. If I ever need to put in another maintenance request, I hope he is the one they send over. He is that good!

I have had a great experience with Cornerstone Apartment Property Services so-far. They are punctual and responsive, and they take their Customer Service seriously. I had an issue with my drain today, and within hours, Noah had it taken care of. I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was to resolve my issue. Big thanks to Noah, and all the wonderful staff at Cornerstone.

I put in the work order less than 48 hours ago and Michael was here this morning at 9am. He was great at keeping me informed about what was going on with the heaters in the buildin and resolving the issue. And very personable. This was the ideal customer service experience :)

Moved in recently and everything is great! Today Justin stopped by to put a new fan in our fridge to fix a noise it was making. He was very courteous and fixed the issue quickly. He also made a minor adjustment to both of our sinks that will definitely make our life easier. Very happy to be living here!

We live at Sakura Square downtown Denver. We have been here a little over 2 years now. We ve had our issues with some staff, but they seem to have resolved it. This building needed a little more TLC than it got, but then Kevin took over. He has cleaned up the property nicely and is always willing to go out of his way to help residents as much as possible. He s done a great job turning this place around. We didn t really want to interact with any employee here before Kevin, but now we know we can trust Kevin with anything we may need. Kevin was definitely a well needed person to turn this place around and he has proven to do just that. He s the main reason I m leaving a 5 star review.

I have been a resident of Cornerstone for almost 3 years. Management is great and I have never once not received a phone call from the portfolio manager after sending an email (Thanks, Zach!) . The apartments and the complexes have always been nicely maintained and promptly serviced when needed.

In my current residence, we frequently come into contact with the maintenance team, specifically Wyatt, who make it a regular part of their duties to proactive tour and assess the property. The times that we have had a few things that needed to be repaired around the apartment, from broken window blinds to a not working refrigerator, and Wyatt has always been our guy to see that these repairs and fixes are done in a very swift, professional, friendly manner. What we enjoy most is that Wyatt remembers who we are outside our unit and this attention to detail is appreciated and makes us feel a part of the Cornerstone community. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work on many levels!

I am about to sign at my second Cornerstone apartment. Alex and Natalie are very very helpful. I've had nothing but positive experiences through looking at apartments and living in them. They are thorough, honest and have very nice buildings. Their maintenance teams are fast and they know their identity as a company. Check them out!

I had a great experience with Cornerstone:
- During the search process, I was not overwhelmed with emails and reminders, they have the right amount of touch points with the client to make them feel helped but not bombarded.

- During the application and lease process Lucas was extremely helpful and responsive. He made the process very easy and seamless. I appreciated the amount of detail and care that cornerstone takes in helping the resident with all aspects of the process and the quick response time for all communications. Thanks Lucas!

- During the move-in process, the property managers were very easy to get a hold of and ask questions. They were understanding of several moving circumstances (move-in trucks, parking during the move, etc.). I also was super surprised at the speed with which they took care of my first service request! It was not even 12 hours and all was done!

Wonderful company, my husband and I lived in Parkaire for a couple years, we would've stayed but needed more space for an office. Maintenance team was highly professional. There were some issues with the building manager, those were straightened out and made up for. I would highly recommend this management company.

Cara Young was extremely helpful during my recent move. She took care of everything in a timely manner and was always so polite on the phone. Thanks Cara!

We absolutely loved our time living in a Cornerstone building. They are very responsive to any questions, maintenance comes to fix any issues very promptly and in a pre-Covid era they would host a tenant appreciation picnic in the summer and an awesome Halloween party with great cash prizes and food. We ve lived in apartments for over a decade and Cornerstone is by far the best management company we have ever had.

I lived at a Cornerstone building near City Park for two and a half years, and it was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The apartment itself was fantastic, and every time I put in a maintenance request, a cool dude named Nate swung by within 24 hours to get it taken care of. Next time I need an apartment in Denver, I won't hesitate to go through Cornerstone.

I have been on a lease with Cornerstone for a little over 6 months and have nothing but good things to say (which has not been my experience with other property management companies!). Their maintenance crew is also great - Daniel came by to fix a faulty light and ended up spending several hours fixing the electrical wiring in our living room. He was extremely kind and courteous and did everything to ensure that it was a job well done.

I have really enjoyed having an apartment at ZUMA, it is clean and quiet, awesome location for my needs, and management is quick to take care of any issues. Maged came by today to do some repairs and he was very prompt and professional. I have a young puppy that needs to be in a kennel when guests are here. I asked for a text notice so I could get her all set with a treat/distraction and Maged was awesome to keep me up to the minute of his anticipated arrival. His doing so made for a pleasant puppy/maintenance experience! Thank you!

My wife and I just renewed our lease and have never had a better experience renting! Everyone I've encountered at Cornerstone is very friendly and service requests are easily handled through their website.

I've lived here for over a year and never had a problem. The office staff is great and maintenance is always very professional. Never had more than a 48hr wait unless they are waiting on parts and today Daniel came to work on my sink shortly after I submitted the request. I was shocked to open my door and see someone within 2 hours of notifying them since it wasn't an emergency call. Very pleased with this company, would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.
