Have lived in my apartment for over a year, renewed my lease because of tenant care. Cornerstone began managing my building (2822 W 28th) just before I moved in. They have made noticeable improvements to the building and quality of life and do a good job of keeping those upgrades minimally invasive (and always announced well in advance). Work orders requested are responded to promptly (within 24 hours), their plans are communicated clearly and I have always been satisfied with the results (particular kudos to Wyatt on this -- he does an awesome job of keeping me in the loop and performing high-quality repairs, replacements, installations).
