I truly believe the skills I'm learning from Delta Behavioral Health are helping SAVE MY LIFE. They treat me with kindness, respect, and I have no doubt they care deeply for me. The first time I went to program I didn't quite have the open mindedness and willingness required to benefit like I have this time, but that's on me. ;-) If DBT skills were taught early in life to every human being, humanity would benefit in deep and meaningful ways! Thank you Delta!

Today I had one of my worst Dr appointments at your office. After waiting for more than four weeks, the earliest your office could give my ill mother an appointment, the nurse practitioner informed us the appointment was cancelled upon arrival at your office. Absolutely no regard had been given to how difficult it may be to bring a mentally impaired person to the appointment. I would've appreciated as well, the common professional courtesy of providing a half hour advance notice, to save a trip to the office.

It was the most disappointing service which I least expected. I hope the nurse is given better training on handling appointment cancellations more professionally.

When patients respond on public media about health...

When patients respond on public media about health care providers we are not able to comment about patients due to HIPPPA. Working in mental health with fragile patients can be at time challenging especially when patients feel like they do not get what they thought they would get during a visit. We at Delta Behavioral Health care about patients and patients families...however, sometimes we cannot provide services to particular patients due to their insurance, medical conditions or ages (we dont serve children). We ALWAYS refer patients to other providers if we cannot meet their needs.

Appointments scheduled for Delta services before discharge from the hospital- showed up and they have "no record " of them, even though we were able to provide the name of the person they spoke with and the date/time of the call. Also don't seem able or willing to tailor their therapy sessions to people with learning disabilities along with mental illness. Counselors won't work with you unless they accept your insurance plan. Overall frustrating experience.

My Nurse Practitioner Paige Houser has been amazing!! I have gone to several places before Delta, and I would never go anywhere else. Paige is efficient, caring and helpful. She has set me up with a counselor and helped me tremendously in a few short months. Thank you guys!!!

I have used many of the services at Delta Behavioral Health and have been using mental health services for about a decade for context. I have seen the worst and the mediocre elsewhere- even from practioners I truly liked, but can genuinely this is the best practice I have ever been a patient. The medicine provider/psychiatric nurse practioner, Paige Houser, is absolutely wonderful- so thorough, follows up, listens well, does not rush you, truly takes into account what you do or don't want and thus, will not push anything on you. Every step of the way my practioners at Delta have made me a critical part of my own care, empowered me in my own health decision, and made sure that I knew my options, while never sending me on down the pipeline or strong arming me into decisions.

My therapist is also so competent and skilled in his treatment arena, that I never doubt that my case is in good hands. The other therapists I have met working there often give me the same impression from our past interactions, and I truly believe Delta does a wonderful job at assessment and pairing you with a good match for therapy, if that is the service you are seeking.

The front desk staff are also kind and courteous and always a pleasure to interact with in the office. The office is clean and calm and maintains proper distancing and cleaning protocols, and all the staff properly mask.

During the pandemic, Delta offers many online options for care, if going into the office is not ideal for you personally for a variety of reasons.
I was hesitant and nervous to give Delta a try, given my past experiences, but they truly helped me get my life back and have never stopped being there to support me along the way.

I have been going to them since 2005., before they moved to the new office that there in now. I have always loved working with my therapist. I'm not one for alot of changes, and we work on alot of my problems, but I have never had a problem with anyone there. They have always treated me and my family plus friends extremely kind. I would recommend them to everyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Paige Houser was rude to me. She said we don t want to see you here because you don t have insurance. We are not a charity . After they refused treatment Paige said she would refund my money, but they didn t refund the $150 I had already paid for the visit.
I wasn t asking for charity. I was there to apply for a grant as suggested by my therapist who had made arrangements with the director. Paige refused to let me see Brandy who is in charge of grant applications. Paige tried to use slightly elevated blood pressure as an excuse to dismiss me from treatment. However she did not allow me to sit for 5 minutes before measuring my blood pressure which in my opinion caused the false high reading. I get really bad anxiety sometimes, the reading is always better after 5-10 minutes.

Update: They did eventually refund the $150.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy has helped me so much dealing with my mental illnesses and generally improving my life. I started with their partial hospitalization program and I'm currently in the intensive outpatient program, both of which are so helpful. I really feel like the staff here cares about me and my wellbeing and they work together to make a wonderful program.

I have been going here for about 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed seeing my therapist. Unfortunately the billing department cant seem to get their ducks in a row so I have had to cancel all future appointments and look elsewhere. This is a shame. I was sent a statement on 11/1/19 for a balance that was apparently due on 11/15/18 - a year later! The statement reads that I owe $30, but when I called to make a payment they charged me $40. Its not about the money, its the fact that I cant afford financially to be part of an organization that is internally disorganized when it comes to patient billing.

They don't care about you. They up the payment without consultantion. Doctor I seen was very rude and tripled my prescription without talking to me. Paid for an hour and he came got me and told me I got seven minutes. I changed after one month and having to take them to court. Also billing never answers. I do not recommend.
