I left my keys at home. Locked out. Frustrated in myself and at the world I called the cornerstone services. As I was standing in front of my apartment building I was quoted 30/60 min before I could be reached. That made me feel disregarded. But when Daryl Johnson showed up 25 minutes later with a smile on his face... I felt saved. Thank you Daryl for your promptness even though you probably had to get out of bed to help me.
