I have been a resident of Cornerstone for almost 3 years. Management is great and I have never once not received a phone call from the portfolio manager after sending an email (Thanks, Zach!) . The apartments and the complexes have always been nicely maintained and promptly serviced when needed.

In my current residence, we frequently come into contact with the maintenance team, specifically Wyatt, who make it a regular part of their duties to proactive tour and assess the property. The times that we have had a few things that needed to be repaired around the apartment, from broken window blinds to a not working refrigerator, and Wyatt has always been our guy to see that these repairs and fixes are done in a very swift, professional, friendly manner. What we enjoy most is that Wyatt remembers who we are outside our unit and this attention to detail is appreciated and makes us feel a part of the Cornerstone community. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work on many levels!
