We live at Sakura Square downtown Denver. We have been here a little over 2 years now. We ve had our issues with some staff, but they seem to have resolved it. This building needed a little more TLC than it got, but then Kevin took over. He has cleaned up the property nicely and is always willing to go out of his way to help residents as much as possible. He s done a great job turning this place around. We didn t really want to interact with any employee here before Kevin, but now we know we can trust Kevin with anything we may need. Kevin was definitely a well needed person to turn this place around and he has proven to do just that. He s the main reason I m leaving a 5 star review.
