Cornerstone is very good. I lived in one of their apartments for 1 year and I loved it there. They were really helpful and organized throughout the whole process. They have good walkthroughs and availability for checking out apartments. You can text for settings things up. The maintenance people are good, online portal for that and they respond fast. Allie S. helped me a lot with questions during my residence and the move out process. Everyone was always professional to me (no bad vibes that make you scared or not want to reach out for things).

They really did a really really good job of quickly working on helping residents during the corona changes and were good about communicating stuff like helpful resources (in a non-fake only for PR way). Probably the most genuinely trying to be helpful, of all the companies I interacted with during corona changes.

Also I'm so happy I got my deposit back on move out too :) I tried really really hard to clean (most I've ever tried) and I was still expecting to not get it back but I did! Honestly cornerstone team seems like a lot of real, regular people and they are doing housing for a lot of people in Denver. If you are looking for a place in the area, definitely check their website, you can find some really cute apartments that are not super expensive and they do a good job. Also other apartments sites are too hard to use and spam/scam looking, this one is much better see for yourself.
