I lived in a Cornerstone property for 3 years and I highly recommend them. Their maintenance team is INCREDIBLE. Sometimes we could not believe how quickly they responded to our requests - I am talking within the hour.

I found them to be understanding and extremely reasonable, especially for a property management company of that size, in a major city. I made a mistake with our autopay and my property management reached out to me to correct it and we were never charged late fees. Our rent didn't go up the entire time, although for our last lease we did have to pay a bit more for utilities that had been previously included. I waited to post a review because we lived in our apartment for three years and were not sure how the move out process would go... we received our entire security deposit back!

We loved Cornerstone so much that when we decided to move to Fort Collins I called the office to see if they had any properties up here. They don't but I hope they expand, property management companies up here are awful, especially compared to Cornerstone.

As for our specific property: we lived in Park Lane. The apartments are really nice, the building is located in an incredible neighborhood with easy parking, and although there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire building we hardly ever had an issue getting a machine when we needed one. Our experience there varied a lot based on our neighbors. Sound didn't seem to carry from the apartments next to ours, but we could hear the neighbors below us pretty clearly if they were being loud. Smells also drifted between floors, so when our downstairs neighbor smoked in his apartment the smell was very strong in ours.

Overall, we LOVED living at Park Lane and would have continued to live there if we hadn't moved to another city!
