I m a loyal Honda customer but after purchasing my daughter s car this weekend I am very disappointed. My daughter had a leased Honda Civic. We went in to lease another civic for her . After we were guaranteed, that the new civic had all the safety features we decided to buy instead. The next day we realized that the new car didn t have the blind spot sensors. Our salesman was unavailable so he put us on to a coworker. We wanted to upgrade to the EX model but our inquires were ignored. Beware once you buy a car from them, there is no more customer service even though you have been purchasing vehicles from them for the last twenty years. We are loyal but they are not!!
