purchasing sons first used car at the Kia branch. from the first emails asking about car and condition since being a used car very quick and clear responses. after feeling comfortable made the first phone call and started a dialogue with internet manager Pete (great guy above and beyond) made a appointment since i live a hour from this dealership to see if car was as nice as described. arrived car was out front. greeted by Pete and my sales man Miguel(thumbs up) car was in better shape than described and any imperfection was pointed out to me.no pressure they handed me the keys and sent me on my way for a test drive. I noticed a few minor issues and they sent the car immediately into the service department I was allowed to inspect the from bottom to top and every issue was taken care of , there cars even come with a included 2month or 2000 mile warranty for piece of mind on a used car. The car was well priced and the dealership head manager (no back and fourth, sat face to face and did a deal with a handshake, Old School) was still willing to deal and gave me a better price than expected. The only hick up was they had a busy busy weekend with lots of car sales and there was a wait for the finance dept. But with luxurious waiting area with free bbq and drinks they do all they can to make you comfortable.
I had prepared myself and my son for the typical car buying experience we all hear about and was prepared for battle.
the experience is one of the best in 40 years of car buying and being my sons first will make it the most memorable
