had the worst service experience i can ever think of, traded a car in December 2016. Was very happy with he car. The issue came accros 2 months later when Honda sales people and management did not submit my trade to be "grounded" which means i don't own the car anymore. Its been almost 3 months now since this took place and Honda at coral springs has not submitted any of the requested paper work for me to get $$ back that was charged from my previous lease because the car was not grounded. 2 MONTHS of my car payment that was charged is still up in the air. Not a good place for customer service. If i could give zero stars i would have. OH YEAH I've wasted multiple days of calling and verious hours of frustration. Don't go through the same thing I have Go to other dealers.
