Tried filling out the online pre-approval. Got a call like ten minutes after submitting, but then multiple people kept calling to see when i could come in. After telling them multiple times i couldnt make it in, i just wanted to know what i was pre-approved for, they didnt contact back until after a week had passed. Fortunately, i was able to get info on pre-approval through carmax the same day, and was kept in contact with them.
