Becky and the rest of her team at Conicelli made my car shopping experience quite good and easy. Becky accommodated my busy schedule the week I bought my new car by fielding questions and negotiations via text and quick, professional in-person visits. No sitting around the dealership for hours while the salesperson consults with their manager. I recommend you see Becky if you visit Conicelli.

We were on a lookout for a certified Accord for sometime and finally we eyed on one of the Accord EX deals with a color of our preference. We were very disappointed when we saw a lot of scratches and stains on the vehicle and were more disappointed with the replies we were getting from Anthony on their effort on stain removal etc. We almost decided to go and look for other branded vehicles as this was the only vehicle with a good deal.

Anthony suggested (after speaking to manager) to look at a few more cars and was thorough in giving us required information on other vehicles. We zeroed in on Bold Beige Metallic which was suggested by Anthony encouraged us to look at the color (which was listed as Gold - which we were not keen on). We were pleasantly surprised that we liked the color and the price was brought down to out liking as well. We finished the deal the same day and they were kind enough to stay till 10 30pm to finish all the proceedings. We are happy with out purchase.

I would definitely recommend Conicelli and Anthony Battistini if you are looking to buy a Honda.

I was SO nervous to buy my first new car but that changed as soon as Michael Velez walked into the show room!! He was very attentive and extremely sweet!! He was able to answer ALL of my questions and trust me I had PLENTY. The financial end of the process was also easy and fast thanks to Doug! They both made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Based on my awesome experience, I will definitely recommend Conicelli Honda and make sure they ask for Mike Velez!! :)

I would not recommend no one buying a car at Conic...

I would not recommend no one buying a car at Conicelli. There no more than a rip off dealership with lies. They will have you to believe there going to fix issues and solve the issue at hand. Don't trust nothing they say. There nothing but RIP OFF ARTIST. Bad reply time and pass the problem on to who ever. I would not buy or even stop at this dealership keep going as if you never saw any conicelli dealership.

I was in the market for a 2020 Honda Civic SI Seda...

I was in the market for a 2020 Honda Civic SI Sedan and saw a good deal at this dealership. When I called them to see if it was available they said it sold but they could get me the same car from another dealership shipped to them and asked me to put a refundable deposit of $500. Days go by and they constantly dodge my calls and tell me that they will call me back with an update but nothing. After 2 weeks, I found a same model of this car available at another dealer for a better price and purchased it from them. When I called Darnell the salesman and Charles the manager at Conicelli Honda for my refund they continued to ignore my calls until finally they answer and tell me the only way for me to get my money back is to come in and sign a paper or else they wouldn t refund me. I live in Jersey and its a 2 hour drive. They had no problem of taking my deposit via phone call and charging my card but when it came to return it they were angry I went with another dealer. I had to drive 2 hours to this dealer just to sign a receipt stating they will refund my deposit to my credit card, which could have easily been done through email. I was told the deposit will be refunded to my card within a couple of days. A week goes by and I get a notification that this dealership charged my card twice instead of refunding. Finally after another week I received the full refund. They asked me where I purchased the vehicle from and I said Honda of Princeton and he goes thats where we were going to get it from....so he was lying that the car already had been shipped. Its a shame they made me do that especially during this pandemic. Honda of Princeton gave me the vehicle for $1,000 cheaper than Conicelli Honda s price.

I came in for an inspection but also to have a rear seat fixed on our 13 Pilot (latch broke, stuck in folded over position). Steve was awesome. They didn't have the part on hand and so it was less than ideal, and could have involved taking the seat out to diagnose the problem, order the part, put the seat back, return later, take the seat out... anyway. He came up with an elegant, generous and CONSIDERATE plan that minimized my time there. Felt like a real partnership between vendor and client versus some adversarial car repair experience. Highly recommend everyone there, and in this case, especially Steve!

Mark Glenn deserves a raise! After dealing with an embarrassing grinding noise nearly every time I started my 2014 CR-V (it was a VTC actuator defect), I was at my rope's end. Thanks to Mark's superior customer service he made things right for my family and I and covered the repair ($1700) under warranty. Doing the right thing by your customers seems rare these days with so much emphasis on the bottom line, but I can't emphasize this enough: the bottom line is Conicelli as a whole, and Mark Glenn specifically, are top notch, trusty-worthy professionals. Thank you, Team Conicelli!

I just traded a 2014 civic cpe w/ 11,00 miles for a 2014 cr-v w/ 40,000 and was issued a car payment much higher than I deserved of $536. I HAD to trade my car due to being pregnant with twins and was completely taken advantage of and pressured into buying a car I vocally explained my displeasure for. None of my needs were meet while continuously being pitched to settle for a car I had no interest in. I am deeply sadden with Conicelli and believed they took care of their RETURNING customers, not take advantage of a pregnant women in desperate need! I will not be returning, next time I'll be doing business Mike Piazza Honda!

Horrible experience wanted to sell me a used car for more than a new car for just hundreds less. Do not waste your time with this dealer. I thought I was in a communist country buying a car.
They didnt want to tell us a price or color before they where going to get the car from another lot to show us.
Do not put yourself though the mental anguish that we did.

If you go with their in house financing you're first priority. I needed them to fax a sales agreement to my bank, they couldn't. Convinced me to try their financing for a better rate so i could sign and drive but like I already knew they couldn't match my bank now i have inquiry for no reason. Was there for almost 3 hours to leave with a sales agreement to show my bank, this left me with saturday morning to try to get the bank to work with what they gave me. I ended up having to work and wasn't going to make it in person to the bank. Monday morning had to ask them to fax the sale agreement to the bank. They didn't have all the information for approval so they had to send it again. Finally got everything I needed and on my way to get the check my current car broke down. I was assured all was fine they moved my appointment, besides I had the agreement and I had a check with their name. Pull into the lot to see someone turning on my future vehicle. "Hey look theyre gonna have the air going for us" nope they sold the car out from under me with not even and apology. Now i have a useless check and insurance cards for a car I dont have. The coincelli buying experience is one Ill never forget. Might I add that wearing a mask under your nose is useless and pulling it down to talk is infinitely worse.

For the past several decades, my extended family has purchased many cars -- both new and used -- from Conicelli, and we have yet to have a less than absolutely stellar experience, including with our most recent purchase of a used car for our son. We had a choice of going to Conicelli or another used car dealer who had a very similar car, but we went to Conicelli first, of course. Paul Caltabiano took excellent care of us, was very up-front about the negotiation process, and made sure we were perfectly happy with our transaction. He was wonderful about making sure he answered all of our questions and had the car completely ready for my son to drive away in. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Where do I begin.....
Started with a nice test drive, we knew we wanted to vehicle and made that very clear. Came back from the test drive to get an appraisal on trade in.
after receiving the estimate we were shocked that they offered $3,000 less than CarMax in King of Prussia. I provided the salesperson with my offer in writing from CarMax and within minutes they matched it. it just really goes to show how they are trying to take advantage of people by offering a very low figure right off the bat.
after this, we told the salesperson how much money we were going to put down and that we would come back the next day since we had two children with us and it was getting late!
he emailed me the credit application so that I can fill it out at home and said he would take care of all of the financing so that all we would have to do was come in so I'll paperwork and leave basically.
The next day, I checked in with him on the credit app and he started a whole thing about how now we need to come back in to complete the application and a bunch of other stuff. he said without us coming back in that he can give me a payment and rate over the phone..he offered a payment that would have been equivalent to a 20% interest rate.
Credit isn't perfect (mid 600's)... But, I wasn't born yesterday.
ultimately, we went back to CarMax and had a fantastic experience. Very easy, no sales tactics and a rate and payment approximately one-third of the amount conicelli wanted to charge.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Had been looking for a new car for quite some time and Conicelli happened to have the exact color and model I was looking to purchase. Unfortunately by the time I inquired about the car it had already sold. But the staff at Conicelli was ready and willing to search for the car I was after and made a deal with another Honda dealer to make it happen. So ecstatic over my new car! Thanks so much to Monica and Mark for making it happen.

I was ready to buy another car at another dealersh...

I was ready to buy another car at another dealership, but I wanted to take one last shot at buying a slightly better class of vehicle, so I looked at Certified used Hondas. Ron Horne was knowledgeable about the vehicles (including subtle differences between model years, etc.). The car I chose (2013 Accord Coupe) was super-clean, low miles, clean CarFax, etc, so the car itself was an easy choice. The important part is that Ron and the staff worked with me on the price of the car, the value of my trade, and the various finance options. I didn't feel overly pressured, but it was clear that they were listening to the challenges that I brought to the process, and they worked with me at every turn.
In the end, I have a better car than I was originally planning to buy, and I'm really thrilled to be driving it. I absolutely HATE car shopping and car dealerships but Conicelli provided me with an unusually easy experience. In particular, I'm especially eager to recommend Ron Horne to my friends.

My son purchased his first car from Conicelli Hond...

My son purchased his first car from Conicelli Honda last year. Today was his appointment for his first inspection. He was quite apprehensive as to the whole situation. When he arrived for his appointment, he realized that he had only an expired insurance card. He was panicked and called me. I was at work and asked to speak with the service agent, Dan. Dan could not have been nicer; I asked him if he could call the insurance company and ask them to fax them the new insurance card. He called but they would only email me the card. I gave them my email and Dan gave me his email. Within 5 minutes, the card came to me and I emailed it to Dan. The car was inspected and the oil changed. I cannot thank the Dan, Rod, the valet, and Joe the Service Manager for being so kind and helpful to my son. Thanks. Gentlemen!!!! You made a customer for life!!

I came in to purchase a reliable car for my daughter who is in college. I had the privilege to work with the best salesman Darnell. Despite what I thought the experience would be when you go to purchase a car.

My 2005 honda accord ex always had been serviced at honda dealers and never declined any suggested repairing and replacement. I started with Conicelli Honda service one year ago with oil change. This year on 3/19, I had inspection, oil change and tire rotation all with them. On 6/26, I heard very loud sound and vibration from the front part of the car when I was driving on the high way. I rushed to my home and dropped off my family and tried to drive to Conicelli. But just left my home less than 100 feet, the front wheel on the right went off the car and the car collapsed on the road. All bolts which were used to connect the wheel were broken. I called them. They said I have to bring the car to them by myself. I had tow truck brought the car to them spending 3 hours to get the crippled car on the truck. They refused to provide renting car to me and I had to rent a car by myself. On 6/29, I was told by the service manager that the fixing cost would be a little more than $300. I asked who is going to pay. He said I have to pay all. Then I argued with him about it's a obvious mechanic negligence. He offered me splitting the bill. I said I didn't have any thing wrong on my side and I shouldn't pay any for the fixing. Then he reported this to his boss, so called owner, and returned back to me next day that they're not going to pay any cent and saying it's not their fault. They said they don't know who ever did any thing to my car and said maybe somebody tried to steal the wheel. I couldn't afford the time to fight with them about who's fault. The fixing costed me $563.93. If the bent cover needs to be replaced or fixed, that would be more than $3,000. I paid all the fixing cost and renting and towing. Their service was horrible and hurt me hard.

I just bought a Honda Accord Sport from here and had an excellent experience with salesman Dave and his team. I have bought an Honda Civic from Piazza 2007 and comparing the 2 buying experiences, Conicelli was too smooth and hassle-free. I remember Piazza salesman pressuring me to buy their paint coat,warranties etc but Dave mentioned their offers but did not put any pressure on us to buy them. Since it was end of month,finance team was upheld with lots of clients hence we waited too long,otherwise this whole transaction would have been less than an hour.

I recommend this place and specifically Dave,the whole process becomes more easier if you do your research as well. Good luck!

Julio was an excellent sales person who kept in constant contact, answered any questions I may have, and was overall great to deal with. Finance director was also great and did her best to expedite the transaction on a day where they were clearly very busy. Overall, a great experience.

BAIT AND SWITCH!

BAIT AND SWITCH!
I found the car I was looking for on the internet: 2016 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD Ultimate. Looked at all pics, Carfax and info over and over again until I was satisfied that I was getting what I wanted. I called twice to verify availability. "Yes, it's here. It's a beautiful vehicle". I had a friend drive me 100 miles to pick it up. A very unpleasant sales person showed us the vehicle and it was as perfect as on the internet.
That's until I discovered a roughly 6"x6" newly scratch down to the metal area on the front left quarter panel. The only more obvious place would have been on the hood but no picture showed it. When I asked what this was about, the sales person said without batting an eye "Yes, that is figured out in the price. The vehicle is priced accordingly". My friends who is "in the business" told me that this was easily a $1,200-$1,500 repair. I was offered a $200 reduction. When I declined the offer, the sales person whose attitude was more that of a prison guard than a sales person, said "that's fine, used cars are not for everybody".
A typical case of bait and switch.

I had negotiated the price online and was originally under contract with another dealership. When that fell through, Conicelli was there to match the price on a new Honda CR-V and gave me a much better deal on my trade. While I would tell anybody to do your research and negotiate online, Conicelli's people were a pleasure to do business with at closing. Sales manager Mark and Arlene were very helpful. Definitely a good place to end up, especially on trades.

A very up and down experience and I am still trying to resolve issues. So after I was delayed in getting my car by a few weeks, the salesman was nice enough to drive it out to me in NJ when it did come in - and I do appreciate that. HOWEVER, he sold me a 'Conicelli warranty' which I questioned because I do not live locally. He told me that it was good anywhere in the U.S. so I purchased it.
When the car was delivered, the paper I was given did not address what number to call for the different warranty services and exactly what was covered. I was mailed a brochure which for 3 of the 6 coverages, states that the service must be performed at Conicelli. I immediately contacted the salesman who still insists that this is not true and it can be performed anywhere in the U.S. The bottom line is that I have NOTHING that states that. He was going to have the person that handles the plans call me and I have STILL not heard from anyone. I have emailed customer service and NOTHING. I called Lori (who I saw in some of the reviews) and she's on vacation. This is taking WAY too much of my time. If I'm not covered, I want my money back on the warranty purchase. SOMEONE please contact me!

We were unsure if we wanted to purchase or lease. Michael, the rep, was very clear with our options, details of the options and asked specific questions about our needs/wants. In the end we chose to lease and the entire process was quite pleasant. We would recommend the Conicelli dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Found a great price for the accessory item I needed, saw they offered promo codes at checkout (love additional discounts, who doesn't) called the parts department and asked if they had any current online promo codes, he kindly said he'd check. He came back on and they did in fact have one, I was impressed! Thank you for doing that little bit extra!!

I needed a car! So, I went to Conicelli Honda and was assisted by Darnell Geathers. I test-drove a few cars of different makes and models, and none of them were to my liking. That is, until Darnell brought out the Civic Sport! Not only did we do the test drive, but as he showed me various features of the car, I was sold! His knowledge and expertise, and his patience were selling points as well as the car itself. He walked me through every aspect of my purchase, and it was a seamless process.

So, if you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend Conicelli Honda and Darnell Geathers.

For a business that asserts "respect" and "nicenes...

For a business that asserts "respect" and "niceness" as a selling point, our experience with the Conicelli dealership was my worst negotiation experience. My husband and I went in to discuss buying a new car and trading in my current car. We tried to explain we had been to other dealers and we were looking to see if Conicelli would be willing to work with us. The manager accused me of lying about another dealer's offer on my trade in, tried to mislead us by asserting tax incentives for the plug-in hybrid as part of our negotiation, and told us he wouldn't bother negotiating with us because he didn't see the point. That wasn't the worst of it.

We chose to leave and headed towards the door. We thought, mistakenly, it was over. We were wrong. The manager FOLLOWED us outside to my car, stood next to my car, and continued arguing about the terrible condition of my car.

After we left, we posted a negative comment online about how we were treated. A Conicelli Customer Service Representative contacted us about our negative review online. We returned her call and left our contact information. Needless to say, they NEVER called back.

In sum, it was the absolutely worst experience in my thirty years of car purchases.

The employee managing intake tired to opened the driver's door, then reached across my body trying to get into the glove box. Was extremely rude and abrasive. I ended up leaving. My husband and I purchase our first vehicle from this dealership last weekend. I must say the experience was wonderful. The staff was patient and courteous. David Stephenson answered all our questions and concerns. The tag were going to expire next month so they did the inspection and have me update tags as well as cleaned the car as well as filled the tank. We were from 9am to almost 2pm but it was worth the wait we received an excellent deal on the vehicle. When we purchase our next one definitely will come back to conicelli. Thank you very much.

Tried to buyout my car after leasing it and they required $980 in fees. Another dealership that was 15 miles away charged me half the fees to do to the same exact thing. Only with a better attitude and better customer service. Not even kidding, worst customer service O have ever received (Chris Williams)

My experience at conicelli Honda was a great one. I am a first time car owner and they made the process simple and easy. Making sure that I found a car that satisfied my needs. I bought my 2015 Honda Civic here. This is a new car so there should be no issues with it. I received a coupon in the mail for a free oil change and redeemed it a few weeks ago. I started noticing yesterday that there was oil leaking from my car. I took it to a local mechanic who told me that whoever changed the oil never righted the drain plug and if I had brought it in any later, the engine would've been destroyed. I am now driving around a 2015 Honda Civic in the year 2016 that already has a damaged engine because these people did a poor job on a simple oil change. Don't EVER trust these people with your cars. These are the type of mechanics that will purposely cause damage to your car so that you are forced to continue to bring it in and give them money. I can't begin to tell you what an inconvenience this has been. Please learn from my mistake.

*Update* I went ahead and contacted them and they were actually very helpful (and apologetic). I brought in receipts for both oil changes and they fully reimbursed me. They also ran a test to check for any engine damage. Luckily, it appears that most of the oil was lost while the car sat overnight at the mechanic so there is no apparent damage to the engine. Overall, it seems that my particular situation was a mishap. Although I wish it hadn't happened to begin with, I was pleasantly surprised at their willingness to address the situation and fix it (to the best of their abilities). For this reason, I changed my 1 star rating to a 4 star.

Hopeless service at the Service center. While wait...

Hopeless service at the Service center. While waiting for my Camry to be worked on at Conicelli Toyota ..I got dropped off at Connicelli Honda by the Toyota Shuttle to see if they had a part for one of my vehicles.
I stood there for 6 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while 6 employees were watching something laughing and carrying on. The.minute i.picked up my phone to make a call...3 of the 6 employees asked if I could be helped.Thank goodness Conicelli Toyota that I normally deal with treats me like a valued customer. I will NEVER SET FOOT in this HONDA dealership EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a Honda Civic EX-L on June 14, 2019 and had the utmost worst experience ever. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. You can tell that the problems start at the upper top management with Mark (general manager), Chris Williams (manager) Kristina (Director of Finance) that trickles down through the organization. Were we not in the position, we would have walked away from the deal all together. This review will be posted and a complaint with be filed with Honda! For starters, we knew we needed to buy a commuter call for the long distance travel to and from work. We knew we wanted to the Honda Civic for the gas mileage. We asked to work with a newer sales person as we thought it would be an easy sale and give someone new an opportunity. BIG MISTAKE! We were given a kid name Michael who had no guidance and never any answers. Even down to buying installation parts and simple things like mats. For example we had picked out the car and Michael told us in writing that he could have it shipped on June 13th, when I followed up with him on June 13th for pick-up his response was "Did you want us to locate one as soon as possible?" I had to resend his message to remind him of our conversation and point that the car should have been ordered already and picked-up today. In addition my husband wanted 3 additional installations and Michael came in at $600 over cost. Note he said that was with his 20% discount. My husband called the service department and got a quote of $600 less than Michael's quote. I wrote to Michael upon my husband's frustrations and asked to speak to a manager. Another manager called me directly and said that Michael had calculated it completely wrong and yes the price should be $600 less. Kristina who is very unprofessional yet the Director of Finance told me I had to apply online that night to get the promotional APR. Which I did and I received an instant approval. Only to come back the next day and she changed her story that the deal had expired. I had to remind her what she wrote to me in text (had everything documented) that she told me that was why I had to apply that night. Come to find out, she couldn't get it approved so she would offer me $500 less of the sticker price which would make up the difference on the increase in the APR. Fine. Go to sign paperwork and there is no $500 less. She get's frustrated and call Chris Williams the manager who walks in and says I was told by my manager Mark this is the deal and if you don't like it then you need to leave. Meanwhile....Kristina has her computer screen up and open to see another applicants credit application showing name, address, annual income, mortgage and other such data which is a huge security breach. Someone who is a finance would know that they should either close their screen or have it get the privacy screen. We were left at that point through all the horrible process with being told a lie and still needing to go through with the sale. So now we ask for the high wall mats, in which Kristina replies looks like Michael got one thing right, he got you the mats. We say great. Awhile this is going on, the female reception and two older salesman are talking about "Hookers" in the front entrance way laughing away. Very unprofessional. Sale is done we walk out the door get in the car and guess what??? Wrong mats. We have to go back into the dealership to tell them they put the wrong mats in the car. They tell us and write a receipt that they will overnight the mats to us. Fine, we leave it is Friday. We waited June 17-June 22nd no mats.

They will not stop calling you. I do not recommended going here to look for a car. I went about two months ago looking for a white honda civic but the salesperson, Gina, was only going to offer me $100-200 for my trade in so i decided to look somewhere else because i knew my car was worth more than that. Through out my time there I also felt like she was being a little impatient towards my mother when she d ask questions about the car. It was awkward because it came off slightly condescending. I went to another honda dealership in springfield where they offered me $1000 for my car and was much more welcoming and friendly. Since then, two months ago, Gina or a honda conicelli rep has called my phone multiple times a week, EVERY week, asking if i ve found a car. I get it, they were trying to see if i was still in the market, but it s been two months, i told you i m looking elsewhere, i haven t responded to a single one of the 15+ voicemails you left me, i think it s safe to assume i m not in the market, or i m not interested in buying a car here.
