In February of 2019 I leased my second Honda-CRV with Conicelli. The first lease was a perfect experience- which is why I went back a second time. This lease has been extraordinarily challenging and quite a disheartening experience. I have had consistent issues with viewing and paying my bill, the battery died on my car after having the car for one month (they replaced it for free), I have called the dealership approximately 5 times trying to get help with my lease and the bank at least 10. I have spoken with Kristina from Finance, the floor manager Charles, my sales agent Joe and every single one of them promised to get back to me "after I find out more information"..... nothing but crickets. I never heard back from anyone ever to follow up. All I want to do is pay my bill automatically online and pay it on time. For some reason this seems to be entirely too difficult for both Members 1st (the financing company- RUN AWAY!) and Conicelli. I will now be doing my auto business at another dealership.

Overall an ok experience with Honda Servicing, but terrible communication. I dropped off my car at 7:30 am and was never called when service was finished. I called before close and they said it was ready but I had never been contacted. They also did not ever respond to my text using their text system. I m going to start looking around for different service options

This is the 3rd Honda I've bought at Conicelli Honda. I cannot begin to tell you how great the Sales staff and service were. This time I bought a Honda HR-V and I love it ! It rides and handles very well. I have also referred other family and friends to Conicelli and my foster Granddaughter ( recent college grad ) bought a Toyota. Even during this time of CoVID the sales staff ( Chris and Darnell ) were pleasant and helpful. The showroom was clean and social distancing was observed. Very pleasant experience leasing my new car. Thank you.

Pete and his manager Nate performed a miracle loan transaction due to my less than perfect credit. I really appreciate Pete's honest feedback and patience in explaining the very tedious process for my loan to be approved. Go to Conicelli for your next car purchase because you won't be disappointed.

Tim helped us get a great used car with very low miles. He was no hassle, down to earth, very nice. Didn't seem like the typical high pressure, game-y salesman. The whole deal took a total of 8 hours which sucked but the wait room is nice and the staff was pleasant so that helped.

I will start with saying that I am extremely happy...

I will start with saying that I am extremely happy with my new car from Conicelli.

I have been responsible for the purchase of seven Hondas in 13 years. Four of my own, I am down to just two newer Accords in the stable now. Both my original 1997 and 1998 Accords have reached over 400K miles and were sold privately in good condition.

In most circles I am considered a car expert due to my extensive mechanical and racing background. Add seven Honda purchases under my belt, it should be obvious that I have a lot of experience with these vehicles. When it came time to purchase another Accord for myself, I knew exactly what I was looking for in a Certified Accord, EX-L V6 and what it should cost me.

I came across Anthony Battistini at Conicelli Honda while searching for my specifications. He clearly listened to my extremely specific requests because within two days, he returned exactly what I was looking for with a plan for my extra additions. He found the model, the trim, and made sure the rear wing and body side molding were taken care of promptly. He even extended my certified warranty to 100K miles!

Anthony was easy to deal with and very service oriented. As far as the deal I received, Anthony got me what I wanted with my extras for under $18K on a loaded Accord EX;L V-6 with only 15K and chance on the odometer! Again, EXACTLY what I was looking for! I could not be happier with my purchase!

When it comes to buying a car, you need someone who listens to what you need and is fair in the deal. Not someone looking for every last dollar or someone trying to sell you what they need to drop off their car lot. The model of any good salesmen in any sales arena; Everyone wins and everyone walks away from the deal happy.

Anthony Battistini at Conicelli Honda is exactly that kind of sales professional and he has the right kind of dealership to back him, Conicelli.

I am 37 and a small business owner from York, PA. My next car will be from Anthony at Conicelli. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle, especially a used Honda. Finally, we all have someone who understands what sales and customer service are really about!

Service after the sale is mediocre at best in my opinion. It may be fairly decent during the car buying experience, however, don t have the same expectations after. I purchased my vehicle a few years ago here. I paid my car off early, received correspondence from the finance company that I should contact the dealership (Conicelli Honda) to inquire about refunds of unearned Credit Life insurance and Health and/or a Guaranteed Asset Protection coverage at the time of the vehicle payoff. I called several times and was directed to speak with the finance managers. I left messages for Doug and when he unresponsive the receptionist suggested I speak with another finance manager whom is typically more responsive ( I forget her name), but she never returned my calls either. That s completely unprofessional.

Obviously , the finance managers could care less about returning my call as it was of no financial gain to them just overall poor customer service and I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again.

I have a 2003 Honda Accord that is close to rolling over 300k. Steve's maintenance team can identify and fix any problem. This is the best Honda Service Team you will find in the Philadelphia area.

At Honda Conicelli you will feel pressured into buying the Conicelli Protection Plan. I purchased it, regretfully. Attempted to use it once early on, and it became more of a headache to use. I used it for a flat tire - it turns out it would have been cheaper and easier to just go to a tire specialist. Now even if I have to use it, I'd rather not because my time is valuable. But now because I purchased it, I am stuck with paying for this Protection Plan that isn't doing anything for me for another three years. The pressure to purchase is real, and the value one receives after purchasing it is zero. Just don't do it. Better yet, just don't buy them. Their customer service post purchase is atrocious and their inventory is unexceptional. Not a good value or experience overall and I do not recommend Conicelli Honda for new or used cars--especially not their protection plan.

Purchased my Honda Pilot here in September. Initial experience was so-so - had to ask for someone to help me and ending up dealing with two sales folks. The second one acted like it was a privilege to even speak with him.

When I took my car in for service to fix issues found while signing the papers, my original sales associate didn't even vaguely remember me. They started debating whether they actually needed to fix it too. Luckily, everything was documented and I was able to prove it with the documents.

Gave them another chance the past weekend when my friend was car shopping. Even worse customer service. Was basically told where the inventory number and to record the one we wanted. If we wanted help we needed to go inside to ask the front desk to page a sales associate and give them the inventory number.

It's been fourteen years since we bought our first Honda CRV at Conicelli Honda. A very pleasant experience indeed but because of the great service we get in the Service Department of Conicelli, we would never take any of our cars anywhere else. The personal service is second to none. Steve Smith has always been our service guy and he is King of Service in our eyes. We always know our car is in the best of hands. If something needs fixing Steve tells us honestly - do it now, do it next time. We feel so lucky to be on his team. We never feel like a "band aid" was applied to the item that needs fixing or replacing. When Conicelli completes the work, it is completed. Never a need to drive back two days later because it isn't working again. Steve Smith is so patient, always explaining to us what needs doing. And when nothing needs doing - they don't create things just to charge us. We trust Steve completely and he is always the best. The cashier we always deal with is Patty Carbo. Sweet and with a big smile on her face, Patty is a pleasure. The manager there, Joe Saxon, is terrific. He is always available for any questions and is most hospitable and welcoming. Conicelli Honda Service is the best. Steve Smith, who treats us like family and our car as if it was his car sets the standard for Service with a capital S!!

I went there to check for a 2015 CRV EX model last Friday. I have been to at least 9-10 dealers and this was my worst experience. The car price quoted was well above the market value where in some locations i was getting around 4k less!!!!
When i was not at all happy with the price they were not open for any discussions

We just bought our Honda CR-V Touring from Conicelli. We had an idea on what we wanted to purchase, so our salesmen Mark and Tone, sat down with us to take the time to describe the features of both cars we were considering. Tone went over all the electronics in detail. We have never met a nicer group of people than those we met at Conicelli. And, the new car buying process happens like clockwork - we were in and out in 2 1/2 hours. This is the 4th car we have bought from Conicelli, and we would never consider going anywhere else to buy a car. They truly are a nice place to do business!

Another of my friends mentioned Conicelli screwing them over so I'm updating this review to put it back on the top of the list. Just reminding people that Conicelli lies and cheats. Beware this place, they'll sell you a lemon and then proactively lie to Honda Corporate to destroy your chances of getting a resolution. Please be smart and go anywhere else. See the whole story below.

I purchased a brand new Civic from Conicelli in 2012. It never worked properly, never got decent mileage, and required multiple service visits in the first year for things like complete failure of the in-dash audio (they also took my CDs when replacing the audio system and never gave them back). The biggest issue was that the 4 cylinder Civic somehow got 18mpg on the highway.

When I complained about the quality of the car, they told me I was "driving it wrong" and wiped all evidence of historical gas mileage from the on-board computer. They then lied to Honda of America about what happened, leaving me stuck with a malfunctioning car.

I sold the car for a tremendous loss and swore never to buy another Honda. I'm writing this review because Conicelli has continued to send me spam emails despite me unsubscribing multiple times. Do not do business here. Do not give them your contact information. Don't even go into the lot.

I very recently purchased a certified pre-owned 20...

I very recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Accord Coupe EX-L V6 from here. The car came loaded with every option available in the 2012 models, had a clean vehicle history and was in superb condition with only 6000 miles on it.

I am not certain of why it was priced the way it was, but the asking price was nearly $4,000 less than the KBB suggested value, and priced significantly lower than anything remotely comparable, and that includes cars with similar options and way more miles, and cars with similar miles and way fewer options.

To this end, they wouldn't budge on the purchase price, but I was okay with the asking price for what I was getting and so I went for it anyway. There was no double-talk, no hidden fees, no bait-and-switch. We agreed in principle to a price over the phone, and I did not pay a penny more. I even got what I believe was an excellent deal on my trade-in, given its condition.

I saw that Anthony Battistini had excellent reviews on a number of review sites before ever getting in touch with the dealer (you will see a number of such glowing reviews on this page), and so I called and asked specifically for him. I was pleased to find the reviews well-deserved: He was friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions. He was never pushy, and I feel like I was treated considerately and with respect.

I have no complaints about my experience at Conicelli Honda so far. If I ever learn that my seemingly too-good-to-be-true deal was indeed too good to be true, I will update this review. However, having driven the car a lot in the past week and a half, I don't see that as a likely eventuality.

TLDR: Determine the car you want to buy, see if anyone can beat Conicelli's price, and ask for Anthony.

At one point I gave this place 5 stars. But, based on my last visit (10/12 & 10/14) my experience was horrendous!! I walk into the service area and I stood there for at least 4 minutes before one of the service desk workers addressed me. When he did, his attitude was the worst as if he was being disturbed. I had rental reservations for a loaner car (until the work on my car was completed) that no one had ANY knowledge of. They gave me a much smaller car than I asked for. And to top it all off, they overcharged my credit card in error. That was the icing on the cake. The person that called me about my car and it's work was great however, his name was Dan.

He made it imperative that I knew what all my options were when it came to financing my car. He wasn t that overbearing and was easy to talk to. I got an extremely great deal and I love my new car!

I had a good experience at Conicelli Honda getting my car serviced today on Monday, March 16. The only suggestion I would give is to proactively give your customers a heads up of major changes like a change in the Service Department location. The response was, "Well, there were big signs everywhere". Had I been the customer service representative, I would have probably responded, "We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We will be sure to take your feedback into consideration for the future." Other than that, it was good.

I came in last weekend in search of a certified pre-owned Honda CRV. I was greeted and well-served by Ron Horne. He was a true pleasure to work with! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and if he didn t know the answer to a question, he ensured he provided the answer before I left. I brought my new pre-owned car back today to fix some minor scratches and Ron ensured he had his best technician to do the job. It came out beautifully! While I was waiting, the manager provided soft pretzels, Water, a paper plates and napkins. Three other people offered to serve me while I was there and Ron provided periodic progress updates. I would recommend Ron and Conicelli to friends and family

I had scheduled my minivan for two safety recall and during the scheduling call I had also requested for wheel alignment. The person who scheduled the service said, "The regular price for an alignment is $95 (approximately) but we'll give you the coupon price of $80." Now that we go to drop off the car they say the price is $90. The other issue is, when I called last week to have the car scheduled for the recall and maintenance it was scheduled for Thursday but on Monday we get a reminder call saying the appointment is on Tuesday. No big deal, I call back and have the issue resolved. In the afternoon (same Monday) we get another call from Conicelli saying the appointment is on Tuesday (four phone calls for no good reason).

C'mon Conicelli, get on with the program. Figure out what each one of you are saying to the customer. You guys are clueless.

My experience at Conicelli was anything but "Nice....

My experience at Conicelli was anything but "Nice." I went there knowing exactly what car I wanted, and was prepared to buy it. I wanted a 2012 blue raspberry metallic Honda Fit. They did not have it on the lot, but I was assured that they could located it and have it brought to the lot in 2-4 days. Upon hearing this information, I sold my old car and prepared to take the train to work for a week. (Privately selling I got 3x the amount they offered me for a trade in).

After having to call them and follow up on the process of locating this car, I was told it would be two weeks, instead of the before promised 2-4 days. This was unfortunate, but acceptable because I really wanted this car in this specific color. After two weeks passed and I still heard nothing, I again had to call them and follow up. Now it would be ANOTHER two weeks (at this point a month without a car). I could never get a straight answer from the sales woman, Arlene, about the date of arrival. Just a ridiculous runaround.

At this point I needed a car for a weekend job I had told them about when this process started. They did offer me a loaner car for the weekends, but I would have to return it by monday morning. However, trying to get out to conshohocken every friday night to pick up a car, and back sunday night to return it is really hard when I don't have a ride! Completely worthless and a hassle for my friends.

I finally got tired of being jerked around, asked to talk to a manager, and magically within two days this car appeared out of nowhere. In the end, after 6 weeks without a car, spending 3 hours a day on a train to get to work, I did get the car I wanted, but the process was unacceptable. The manager told me that the car increased in price by $300 from when the original price I was quoted, even though I signed a paper agreeing to the original price. It was my first new car purchase, and I cringe at the thought of ever having to go through it again.

Their service was pathetic and the salespeople were anything but helpful. I would not go back here ever.

On Saturday 8/24 Julio from Sales was a great help! I had a 2011 Nissan Rogue giving me all the problems in the world. I came into test drive the '19 HRV and I was blown away by the features of the car from front to back. Julio had worked with my stepdad at an previous dealership. He worked with me on my budget and made my time there seamless as possible. Christina from Financing was a pleasant end to my experience as she was very helpful with all the paperwork. I recommend anybody a car to go see Julio & Christina at Conicelli Honda!

I have bought my Honda Civic LX in 01/09. The best choice I have made. Everyone was so nice and helpful there. Then a few months after I was hit in the back. My bumper was cracked. Took it to your body shop and was treated very well. The bumper looked great. Then 05/10/2013 was hit again. Was T-boned. Took the vehicle to your body shop once again. The team you have there working for you is outstanding. They gave me the best customer service that I have ever had with anyone. The girls there kept me informed step by step in what was happening next with my car. When I went to pick up my car it looked great, like it was never hit. Looked brand new like I just rolled it off the lot. I tell all my friends and family what a great place it is to do business with you. Keep up the good work. Your employees are the best.

Had what could have been my first positive experience at a car dealership / car maintenance shop today.
I cannot say enough good things about Conicelli Honda and specifically the gentleman that I worked with - Tim Houghton. He was extremely professional and polite - taking the time to explain what was recommended for my car and why it was recommended, asking and not forcing me to proceed, and making sure I was happy and comfortable with the process / results.
I will absolutely be coming back and recommending others to come to Conicelli. Thanks Tim for all your help!! It was much appreciated!

I made an appointment for a test drive at 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:20 and was told that someone would be there with me shortly for my test drive. At 7pm I decided that enough of my time had been wasted and left.

On the next day I got an email from some guy called David stating that it had been a pleasure to speak to me and that he hoped he was able to answer all my questions. Well, I'll be! I had no idea they had ghost salesmen there!

So folks, next time you head to a Conicelli place, make sure to bring your "speak to undead" potion with you!

I might still get a Honda, but I know where I won't get it from.

The sales person first said silver is available. Then after we agreed to buy it he said silver isn't available. I called in as a different person asking for the car in silver and he said yes we have it. I don't know why he thought he could lie but he said "I did a bad thing".
