My bedroom ceiling fan was not working when we moved into our home. I have a homeowners warranty and I requested service to get it done. My warranty company referred us to Mountain West to get it taken care of. Our service technician was Richard Curzon. He called me in the morning and asked when I would be available to meet him for the service. I told him that any time during the day was just fine. He showed up to my home 15 minutes after the call. Richard was as professional as I expected him to be. He was dressed nicely, he was clean, and he explained the entire repair process to me. He got my fan working within 10 minutes. All in all, I am very happy with my experience with Mountain West. I'll call them and use their services again as long as they send Richard!

Our power pole went down late on a Saturday afternoon. Within ten minutes of the call, they were here to assess the job. It's nice to deal with good, courteous professionals. We had power back on just at dusk.

Wow so glad you posted this we agree fully. They are not called mountain worst for no reason. We also have had bad experience. Its not what they can do for you its only what you can do for them. I understand this is a company and they need to make money also on but it starts with your employees They are what makes you. So in further reference mountain worst take care of what makes you money to live and support your families while you sit at home every night with them. Sincerely chet :)

They sent out a very knowledgeable and professional service guy named Richard to fix our electric problems caused by another contractor. I will have them do all of my electrical work in the future. Thanks.
