A very up and down experience and I am still trying to resolve issues. So after I was delayed in getting my car by a few weeks, the salesman was nice enough to drive it out to me in NJ when it did come in - and I do appreciate that. HOWEVER, he sold me a 'Conicelli warranty' which I questioned because I do not live locally. He told me that it was good anywhere in the U.S. so I purchased it.
When the car was delivered, the paper I was given did not address what number to call for the different warranty services and exactly what was covered. I was mailed a brochure which for 3 of the 6 coverages, states that the service must be performed at Conicelli. I immediately contacted the salesman who still insists that this is not true and it can be performed anywhere in the U.S. The bottom line is that I have NOTHING that states that. He was going to have the person that handles the plans call me and I have STILL not heard from anyone. I have emailed customer service and NOTHING. I called Lori (who I saw in some of the reviews) and she's on vacation. This is taking WAY too much of my time. If I'm not covered, I want my money back on the warranty purchase. SOMEONE please contact me!
