I went there for a new car purchase and when I didn t reach an agreement on price point, manager came as usual. Everything was ok until manager started talking rude with me and asked whether I am on visa or citizen. I don t think this was appropriate and legitimate for him to ask such questions. Earlier I gave 4 stars but now reducing it to one.
Bought my new CR-V here and had a wonderful experience with Julio! Very friendly and helpful but without the heavy sales pitch. If you come in to browse the showroom you do need to go back to the front desk to ask for assistance otherwise they won t necessarily come up to you because it s a busy place. Also- no dumb dealer sticker on the back of my new car which I really appreciate!

Unless there's absolutely no way you can make it to another Honda dealership and you're dead-set on a Honda, I'd never recommend Conicelli Honda. I went here on a gorgeous Saturday morning when there were only a handful of other customers. Despite the beautiful weather, I spent 30 minutes on the lot before I ever saw a single salesperson. When I finally flagged him down, he yelled from a distance that "No one is going to help you out here" and to "pick out a car, write down the number on it and take the number inside to get help." In other words, if I did all of the work for them, they'd take my money.
When I went inside, the receptionist glanced at me, muttered a forced and reluctant "Hello" and then immediately turned her attention back to a personal conversation with a salesman. I walked over to the brochures and started thumbing through one while they continued to ignore me. After five minutes, I walked over and stood right in front of the reception desk. However, I was still ignored for another minute or two before I left.
I went to Conicelli excited to buy my fourth Honda. I left Conicelli knowing that there is no way I would ever recommend Conicelli to anyone.
My wife and I have always found Conicelli Honda a pleasant experience. Our sales associate, David Stephenson, has been our go-to person for decades. He, along with the entire Conicelli staff, have always made the buying/leasing, as well as the maintenance experience, a friendly, professional and neighborly experience. I got a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L from Conicelli Honda. Great Service and Great Price. I spoke to at least 4 other Honda dealers and Conicelli was able to match the price and give me a good deal and also they had the color I asked for. Jackson (sales rep) was very patient and clearly explained all the features of the car and made the car buying process a smooth one. They were not pushy and I took my time to make the decision. Hoping they continue to offer good services for the Maintenance of the car as well.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Their service team is an absolute joke. Dan in service specifically is a piece of work. Called with an issue and was laughed at over the phone. Had work done to my car about 6 month ago at Conicelli and had my engine mount replaced when I had to change my block. I didn't like their service then so I went to Piazza Honda to get my car serviced. I was told that my passenger side engine mount needed to be replaced. I was confused because Conicelli replaced that one. Cross referenced the part numbers and in fact it is the same mount in question. Piazza Honda said that is the original part still on the vehicle. This doesn't end here. Conicelli will be reported to the BBB for fraudulent work that was never done and they will be hearing from my attorney. Also reporting you to Honda of America. NOT A NICE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. SCAM ARTISTS!!!
I went in on a week day there were hardly any customers to see a used Honda CRV. The Gold Star sales person turned his computer towards me to look for the car as he is busy with his cell phone. I test drive one and asked for the bottom price . he said he will speak with manager. The rude manager came after 5 min and said there is no negotiation. Never went back though they called me several times. I found a better car at a better price nearby . Never recommend Conicelli Honda to any friends/relatives.

The only thing wrong that happened was I called the dealership, and for the maintenance I needed, they would only charge me labor, no more than $200 at that moment. 38 dollars or somewhat close to that More, big deal. Safety comes before anything else. I needed new brakes and rotors and I went out and bought them. I was astounded and grateful by the fact they were able to Use the parts that I bought. They did a great job the car is so smooth to drive now.
Sales department sold us an extended warranty, telling us it covered tire blow outs, nails, scratches, dings, etc... Two nails in tires, and small parking lot scratch is refused to be covered. Complete scam! We love our Hondas but will never by from Conicelli again. Which is a big lose for them because we have an 18 yr old & 17yr old in the market for cars.
Came into Conicelli Honda looking for a used car. Rob Horne worked with us to find the best match for our budget and taste. Everything went well from introductions to handing in the paper work to getting the keys. Would definitely work with him again.
Terrible service. Went to the to fix something that broke again sooner after they fixed it because of the terrible job that they did. Went to a much more reliable mechanic to fix it again who did a way better job and charged a much more reasonable price. Workers here seem to not know what they're doing at all.
Always good service...if you have a Honda, there is no question that you should be going to a dealership for inspection and repair. Also, front desk helped with some discounts.

I met Christopher Schlear, from Conicelli Honda, and let me tell you this man is a God send. I'm used to the ol' run around and intimating schmuch but this man was a God send. He was so kind and guiding, I've never felt more comfortable and appreciated. My own father couldn't make it so it helped that he had the same burly (all be it Sasquatch) appearance with soft kind eyes. I'm glad he was there in my time of desperation and I hope that we can do it again sometime.
They keep harassing me. Calling me 3x back to back after my 1st (and ONLY) service there. I was in the middle of a work meeting when they called me back to back. I thought it was family emergency. I gave them online feedback about that experience. You know what the did?? Called me the next day at 8:15am 4x in a row. Are they unable to read? Do they not understand contact via email means no phone call. I requested a follow up email only, yet the became aggressive in calling me. This is borderline harassment. I've never had to do a review like this. BEWARE OF THE STALKING! I will never go get my car serviced here and they are the closest now to me. I'll have to go to Piazza in Springfield or something, at least they dont stalk you and harass you. I had to block the number. Poor experience. They actually get 0 stars. Life long Honda owner for 20 years now...Never again will I go to this dealership!!! I'm not sure how they are getting these good reviews...maybe shady post by friends and family....BEWARE!

Lori, it looks like either your co-workers don't care or your response was constructed to appear the matter has been resolved. **Remember, this post is strictly an opinion** However, in MY OPINION, I WILL RIDE BY THIS PLACE ON RIDGE PIKE AND JUMP ON 476 TO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO THE RIGHT THING. Was really fast. I was initially there to drop my car off for A/C diagnostic I had scheduled the following day, but Mark said they could squeeze me in that same day. They ran the diagnostic and replaced my condenser. All in all, I spent about and hour and 10 minutes there and drove away in my car the same day. Mark was great. Fantastic customer service.

Gena coghlan is a gem to work with. She made me feel like I was buying from a friend. There was no pressure to buy anything, even from mark hammond who I was dealing with first and then was sent to gena because I was looking for a used vehicle. They are more concerned with what I was comfortable in then selling me the most expensive car. Gena also made sure some personal items I left behind are being shipped to me as well as some touch up paint from honda. It was a great experience.

Conicelli was great when it came to buying my first new car! I worked with Dana and Kristina and they were nothing short of excellent! The price was fair, the employees friendly, and the service great! I came back with a defect on my car and they went above and beyond in getting it fixed as best as possible. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the purchase and I was! I recommend Conicelli to anyone in the market for a new Honda.
The only thing I would say that I didn't like is that their outsourced call center who calls about a follow up survey is just one of the most annoying parts in the process. They call from a restricted number (which I usually don't answer) until finally I had had enough. They called 18 times in 4 days. I figured that was a little bit overkill. I work in a call center. Our policy is 3 times and quit so I was just slightly more than "annoyed" at that part of the process- but that's more about the company they outsource their survey reviews to. Conicelli themselves is great.

Firstly, I really enjoyed my experience in purchasing my car. The salesman was friendly and did not pressure us at all.
However, there seems to be communication issues between different people that work here.
The problem comes with an interaction I had when I brought my car in for service today. I received a phone call telling me my car had to come in for 6 month service. When I showed up, the man at the car service desk told me I was not due for any service. I asked him to take a look at my tire pressure sensor since it has been on incorrectly for 7 months. When the service was done, he informed me that all of my tire pressures were low and they fixed that for me. That was nice of them, BUT when I tried to explain that the light had gone on and stayed on even when the pressures were okay, I was not listened to. It was very clear to me that I was not going to be listened to by the tone the man used.
I would have liked to be able to explain that I had already been at this service center last summer with the same faulty tire pressure sensor. I was told then that all my tire pressures were fine and that the sensor was incorrect. I was specifically told that if the sensor came back on to bring the car back.
All in all, it should be obvious that I am simply upset over a small interaction that occurred today. In the grand scheme of things, it wasn t even that bad. BUT I do not like to not be listened to when I have a legitimate problem. I also don t like feeling like an inconvenience.

All their sales consultants are real nice. I was initially helped by Nick Brown for a lease on the 2016 Accord. The experience with Nick was great - he helped me in every way by giving information about the car.
However, I decided to buy the car instead and was placed under Lloyd Bock. Lloyd was very patient in listening to us and understanding our needs. I was very pleased with Conicelli for the past 9 years. We bought our Honda CRV "new" in 2010. It had electrical problems recently. We just found out that the car we bought NEW - had been in an accident several days before we bought it. We found out the bumper wasn't even a genuine replacement part. The paint overspray was sloppy and nothing was put together properly so that lead to rust which was interfering with the ground on the elecrical system. 1000 dollars later it seems to be working, but at least this honda dealer was upfront and told us he couldn't guarantee the fix was permanent. Coicelli Honda got this car for us from a place called boardwalk honda BMW Acura in Little Egg Harbor NJ. One of you are frauds! Buyer Beware! The new car you buy from them may not be new afterall!
