Mark Glenn deserves a raise! After dealing with an embarrassing grinding noise nearly every time I started my 2014 CR-V (it was a VTC actuator defect), I was at my rope's end. Thanks to Mark's superior customer service he made things right for my family and I and covered the repair ($1700) under warranty. Doing the right thing by your customers seems rare these days with so much emphasis on the bottom line, but I can't emphasize this enough: the bottom line is Conicelli as a whole, and Mark Glenn specifically, are top notch, trusty-worthy professionals.
