Have been in couple honda dealers last 6 7 years, this one worse ever I had experience.

I just entered into my third lease for a Honda Civic with Conicelli. Not only do I love the car, but I love this dealership. It s the most customer-oriented one I have ever had, from sales person to service personnel. I recommend them without reservation.

Excellent car buying experience in every way! We just bought a new CR-V to replace our 15 year-old CR-V and had a fantastic salesman... Tone Hicks. Tone is clearly knowledgeable and capable, but he is not your typical car salesman. He's a really nice down-to-earth person who listens to each customer's unique needs, genuinely cares and has a great sense of humor. We have a child with special needs and Tone helped us figure out what would work best based on our needs. Mark, the manager, worked with us on price. Both of them made this an enjoyable car buying experience. I highly recommend them.

These people are awful. Seriously go anywhere else. They charged me $115 for a new tire sensor when I could have gotten a new tire for roughly the same price (totally my mistake). They also promised to look at the issue causing my breaks to screech but did no such thing. They also didn't align my tires, which is one of the things I asked them to do initially. When I spoke to them over the phone, the managers and the dude who worked on my car essentially pled ignorance. Frustrating to say the least.

Seriously, go anywhere else unless you know a good deal about cars/maintenance/know when someone is trying to rip you off.

David was a great sales person. Stayed with me during the entire process.
Had to bring it back for a couple of small things a little bit of a tug of war trying to fig out who is paying for things. Only had car 6 weeks. But I guess that's what happens when you buy a 9 year old truck. Lol but they was very helpful.

I could go on and on about how we were jerked around after buying a car with 30,000 miles on it. Or how we had to go back and have things addressed multiple times. Or how we live over an hour away and how we had to juggle our schedules and infant to come back time after time to get loaner cars while they did partial work... But I won't do that.
What I would like to say is that they have 1 person working the rental portion. Normally I would have been irate at the fact we waited over an hour to get a rental car. Not this time. Doug, a retired gentleman who is 68 was the only person working. He was literally running, yes, literally running in 90+ degree heat because he felt bad about having people wait for so long. Nobody was helping him. Everyone, evidently, leaves at the strike of 5:00, leaving this poor guy stranded doing a job that probably ramps up AFTER 5:00p.m. He was a genuine hard worker, sweating like you wouldn't believe, hustling his ass off. I felt bad for him and angry at the management for allowing this sort of things to happen to someone of his age. I asked around, before you start to think that this was a 1 time occurrence. It's not. Way to take advantage of this guy's work ethic while leaving people wait over an hour for a rental car. I would NOT recommend this place not only because of the rental situation, but because the salesman who originally sold us the car couldn't have cared less about following through with what he said was going to be taken care of. Not to mention the fact that we went back multiple times to have SIMPLE things taken care of. Shop around, everyone. Shop around.

Buyer beware. Shady group at this place. If you get a salesman with a cowboy hat and boots, walk away. Got my Honda at Mainline Honda and couldn't be happier.

Ron is an ace and honest professional who will get you the best deal and your dream car. After couple of bad experiences* with other dealerships in New Jersey, finally found Conicelli Honda, who believes in honesty, transparency and great customer experience. They don't have any hidden fees whatsoever and fairly low documentation fee. I was given all the info on phone as I was traveling from far and there were no surprises upon my arrival. I know lot of dealerships have started claiming about "No Pressure" environment, but no one does as good as Ron Horne. If you happen to buy car from Ron and Conicelli, you are in good hands.

* I had terrible experience at other dealerships in NJ, stay away from Route22 Honda (dishonest about car's history, creates high pressure on customers to scam them) and Honda Universe (crazy fees such as Internet and Dealership Processing, could be as high as $1600).

Ron Horne and Conicelli Honda are hidden gems in this dirty business of car dealerships.

Quick service, because they don't do anything or fix anything.

Had been taking my 2014 Honda civic for 3 years, since I had about 35k miles on it. I recently moved to abington and took it to sussman auto for my annual inspection, i now have 55k miles on it, and i need a new alternator belt, have a ton of build up of gunk that should have been cleaned each of the previous years, and appears it hasn't been touched since about 25k(so year before I started taking it to conicelli), and my break pads are almost nonexistent and should have replaced about 2 years ago. I honestly couldn't believe everything they were telling me that was missed. Theres a lot more than that, but now I'm looking at about a 1100 dollar bill to get everything fixed. Remember when I said I couldn't believe it, I took it to Fitzpatrick's in glenside for a second opinion or to see if sussman was scamming me, and Fitzpatrick confirmed everything and said a lot of it would have preventable with correct actual maintenance and probably would have saved me about $700 off the bill.

Needless to say, everyone may be nice and quick here, but they're cutting corners and will cause you serious issues down the road. Go to anyone else for maintenance
