Lou stands behind his sale as long as the car is running. He is a class sales person. Jim is very organized in his role and really knows cars. He stood behind the warranty and not only fixed my car quicker than expected but kept in touch along the entire process to make sure I was always updated. They are a wonderful group and I recommend my personal friends to my other friends at Colonial Hyundai.

I would recommend this dealership.
Thank you Colonial.

We used this location for 5 yrs or so, and Donna took care of us.A few yrs later she had left the location & someone else took over her position.Everytime I went there I was annoyed by his attitude,he just didn't sit well as service customer representative.Eventually, I had enough w/ him & his attitude & went 2 a further dealership.Recently found out Donna was back & of course I went back!! She was delightful, pleasant w/ great service! The receptionists do an awesome job!! We r glad to have Donna back!!!!!

Im sorry i had made a big mistake giving u 5stars,
First of all the only reason i gave u 3stars is because of how nice the dealer girl Kate who helped us find a cheep car fast,as for eveything else unless they've changed management i dont recommend buying from here,i can go into depth, from how long it took for a simple oil change,to loosing our paper work.the service is really week it seems their incompetence is due to the children they imploy as tecs,i can explane if your interested in hearing how we got screwed,NEVER AGAIN will we do business at this location,

A great dealership to purchase either your first car, or maybe your second car. The sales staff is very friendly and inviting. I have purchased three cars from Colonial and I intend on buying my fourth when the time comes. Talk to my friend Walt or Katie and I'm sure you won't regret it!

Review from Rahul & Shilpa:

Review from Rahul & Shilpa:
Our experience at Colonial Hyundai was nothing less than AMAZING, all thanks to BRADLEY TRIPLETT. Brad is AWESOME. He was so quick with everything. We did know what exactly we were looking for so that did help, but from there on, Brad made sure we were in an out of the door in the shortest time possible. Also, he was so easy to deal with, no unnecessary pressure to buy or pushing other options on us. He was to the point and we really appreciate that in a Salesperson. He explained everything to us in a clear manner and made sure he closed the deal with complete customer satisfaction. We really felt valued through our entire interaction with him and this review was due even if we had not actually made a purchase with Colonial Hyundai. If you are looking at buying a car (New/Used) and do come here, look for Brad. He is your guy!

When I originally bought my car, the experience was ok. The car was a good deal with "Internet pricing", but the workers there were saying that it must have been a mistake and tried selling me other cars. I ended getting the Internet price for the car + $500...still a better deal than anywhere else I had seen.
I received an "invitation" to get an upgrade on my car for less than I was currently paying *along* with a check for over $13K for my current car (2011 Sonata) along w/ their 40% Black Friday sale. Sounded fishy, but I thought I would be able to get a good deal for an upgrade...I was wrong. After 3 hours of waiting. they said for an "upgrade" they could give me a deal at $380 / month (2.5% APR) for 72 months ($27,360 total)! That's the same price as just buying the car without any "deals" and them getting my car for free. I will not waste anymore of my time dealing with the crooked ways of this dealership and I'll be sure to advise others not to as well.

Amazing attention to my needs!!! I feel like these Gentleman are getting the short end of the stick with these negative reviews on here. They have Nooooo control over a banks decision to provide a loan! I Have marginal credit and they provided me with amazing service. I was pretty much thrown out of Carosel Hyundai because of my credit. When I arrived at colonial Hyundai I was expecting the same treatment. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a completely different experience! Guys keep up the great work!!!

If there was a rating for a no star that would have been my rating for today's experience. I purchased a car on the 24th of August, found out my key fobs only worked when close the car. I had an appointment today to get them replaced only to find out that they replaced them with a generic fob versus the manufactured issued fob, remote start, car search etc. Just an overall unpleasant experience. This is my experience I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, based on my experience with them I would appreciate some feedback good or bad of other people's experience with this dealership

I hardly ever leave reviews, and when I do, it's for 5stars and being blown away by service & care etc. but this review is the opposite of that.

My first and hopefully only experience with Colonial Hyundai was receiving what I thought was regular junk mail offers in the mail...on closer look, it turned out to be the lowest kind of direct-mail marketing manipulation I have seen. A brochure impersonating/designed to look like "Air Mail, Express Service", even with a warning of "5 year imprisonment for obstructing delivery of this letter", another side with a fake lottery ticket-like pull tab suckering people in to come to their Memorial Day sale event.

Maybe they do give out the $200K in prizes, but seriously, they really send this garbage in the mail? I would never trust to buy from a dealership that would stoop this low and attempt to trick people/manipulate them into stopping by. No honor, or respect for the consumer imho.

Respecting your potential customers is really important. I feel that if they were willing to stoop this low in their marketing/sales attempts and send 50K of these mailers out, they might also stoop low when it comes to actually getting someone to buy a car from them, and I thought it worth sharing about the mailer I got as a warning here in a review.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Colonial Hyundai. The Salesman, Angelo, was fantastic from start to finish - very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly personable. Angelo and the staff at Colonial made buying our new Palisade enjoyable. We will definitely come back and work with Angelo as well as the other team members at Colonial Hyundai.

Disgusted by everybody s attitude there especially that lady. Rather drive all the way to Conshohocken Hyundai where they are actually nice.

I received a mailer stating that for a special one time offer they were able to give me 16,136 for my Hyundai Santa Fe + up to 40% off a new vehicle, a chance to win 5,000 and everyone gets a $15 dollar target card. So, first off, no target card. After an hour and a half wait, I get a sales person. He asks if he can have the keys to my car so they can check it out. I say sure, he looses them for about an hour and fifteen minutes, stating someone must have them. I test drive a few cars and pick two. Note in the mailer I received it clearly states that they knew the 16,136 was well above blue book, but they are authorized. The sales guy leaves and comes back in about 20 minutes with "an offer I'm going to love". I didn't. He offered me 9K for my car, (blue book) and a $3,500 rebate and not even close to 40% off of the new vehicle. Oh, and he lost the paper with all the details they sent. He said he could print a new one, he didn't. At this point I had been there for more than 3 hours. I left and don't plan on ever returning. I want to note here I had bought me Santa Fe there 5 years ago.

Prior to my arrival, I informed the dealership I was driving nearly 100 miles from New Jersey with strong intent to purchase a vehicle. Upon our arrival, we were plesantly greeted at the door as it was being opened for us. Chris Burke, our saleman, walked right up to us with a warm, friendly smile and a firm handshake. Everyone was courteous and extremely careful not to insult us, even during negotiations when the atmosphere became a little tense. I had a wonderful buying experience in a clean, comfortable atmosphere. Chris served fresh popcorn to my little daughter and even provided a play area to keep her happy and entertained.

Here is a list of the cars I/my immediate family (by my referral) have bought from Colonial. Me/husband/son: 2 Santa Fe's, 2 Sonatas, 1 Veracruz, 2 Elantras, 1 Genesis Coupe, 1 Tiburon. 1 Tuson My family : 1 Veracruz(my dad), 1 Tuson (my niece), 1 Sonata limited (nephew) and 1 Genesis Sedan (ex-husband)

I went in last Friday during their "big end of the year sale" and left without a car! I HAD to buy a car told then I had too ( I did have 1 year left on my lease )and Colonial Hyundai gave me ZERO help . There big sale meant nothing. This would have been purchase #10 for me all bought from them. As I said, they let me walk out I'll let you form you own opinion. I cannot wait for my lease to end, needless to say Colonial has lost me as a customer of over 10 years.

I will add that they do have an exceptional Service Team.

The day I bought my used 2015 Hyundai Accent here, I drove it home. As soon as I stepped out of the car, I noticed a hubcap had fallen off. Clearly is was on wrong. I called the dealership and they immediately started giving me the runaround, stating "you can buy those used for like 20 bucks". So what happens when something more serious than the hubcap falls off my car? Very bad first impression.

Don't count on them to make it right if they damage your vehicle. I've been to Colonial Hyundai many times in the past 5 years and had nothing but good experiences until my last visit. I had Colonial mount new tires on my 2012 Genesis. I was disappointed to see that the wheels were scratched during the process. I pointed out the damage to Ivan, the service manager, who said it couldn't have possibly been their equipment and refused to admit any fault, but agreed to have the wheels repainted as a good will gesture. The repainted wheels looked worse than the scratched wheels. A poor color match, dust in the paint, and overspray everywhere else. Colonial service refused to do anything further. I had to pay hundreds to have the wheels replaced on my own dime. I showed photos of the damage to other tire shops, and they all said the damage was caused by the tire mounting machine. I won't be back to Colonial as I no longer trust them to make things right if something goes wrong.

I drove and hr to find the car was sold and they could not work with me unless i payed more. Not trustworthy people. Bunch of time wasters that lie.

although i did not make a purchase (i just wasnt ready to downsize from a van to a car), i would highly recommend this dealership. my aunt made a purchase a few weeks earlier and in my search for a new vehicle, i test drove the sonata. INCREDIBLE vehicle. however, just not the right time for me and my kids. when the salesman was made aware that i wasnt ready to downsize, he was polite, wished me well and hoped that i will keep them in mind for future purchases. I can tell you this, i will recommend this dealership and will keep them in mind for when i am ready for a car! great sales experience and very fair price. i will go back!

My husband and i purcased the equus. We did not choose to write a review until we had an opportunity to see how the service would be when we needed it and how well the car performed. Well it is almost a year later and we are happy with all that we bargained for. We have owned a mercedes in the past and continue to own a lexus along with our equuus. We must say that our equus performs as well as both cars. This is a car we will drive for years to come. The attention our car gets is unbievable. We love everything about it. The performace, the safety features, the smooth and quiet ride, the space inside. We see the evy in everyones eyes when they look at this car. We couln't be more proud of the choice we made. We wondered if we would have 2nd thoughts after we drove off the lot, but each day we own this car we love it more and more. Its beautiful, its loaded with amazing features that would have costed us a fortune in any other flagship. Our friends are amazed by this car. One of them purchased a hundai after looking at our car. Several friends wanted to ride in this amazing car to see if it were all that it was advertised to be. They were as fascinated with the equus as we were. When the car was ready for its 1000 mile check up, they delivered a genesis to our home for our use while the equus was in for its check up. Our car was picked up and returned as promised and we got to drive a 2012 genesis while it was being service. I have read other reviews about salesmen not giving good service. We are happy to say that this was by far not the experience we had. Salesmen come and go but hundai is a great car and is what people should look at, not the people who sell the product. If you can get pass them you are guaranteed to own a great vehicle.

Brought my 2013 Santa Fe Sport in for 30K service on 3/18/15. All in all it was good. They even washed it for me. Thanks. The technician though did leave a McDonalds bag of trash on the passenger seat. Thanks for that too. I still you folks 5 stars.

last week 3/11 brought in my 2013 SanteFe for oil change, quick, friendly service. thanks

2 months ago 1/ 29 Brought in my 2013 Sante Fe for flat tire repair and repair of window rain guard that was coming loose on the from passenger window. We have had an issue with the rain guards since we had them installed and the service fellow Jim made me a great offer to resolve the issue. If I find rain guards that I like and buy them he will give me a full refund for the previous guards and install the new ones for free. My search is on. Thanks for the great service.

Very disappointed. I visited the showroom to look at a Hyundai Palisade and was very disappointed with the fact that this dealership and others in the area are adding a $6k markup on this vehicle because its so hot and hard to find. Cars are not an investment and its ridiculous that this dealership and others feel that they can take advantage by adding an AMV to a hot car like this. The salesman that I spoke with was very nice and I don't fault him in any way. But the fact that management thinks this is ok, is very sad.

Thankfully there are other Hyundai/Kia dealerships in the Philly/NJ area that are not playing these games and I was able to purchase my Palisade from a dealership that didn't play these games.

If you are on the market for a Palisade or Telluride, call around and make sure that the dealership doesn't play these games before you waste your time going in for a visit. This kind of practice of marking up a car because it's in demand is ridiculous and people need to be cautious when they see these practices taking place. To the consumer, please don't play along with these games, and these types of dealerships will hopefully stop doing this.

Had a very good experience dealing with Colonial Hyundai staff. I went to test drive for a used car and then tried multiple cars. Ended up driving a brand new car home as they gave me a good deal. I bought that car for my wife but it drives so nice that I have started driving it most of the time :)

It was worth spending time with Colonial Hyundai staff. I had a little experience with service department also and it went very smooth too.

I brought my 2014 Sonata in for warranty service, because the electrical system was completely dead. I had it towed to the dealer, and we arrived right at 6pm which is the usual closing time for service. Service associate Donna was very helpful, and stayed over to help me get a loaner vehicle and schedule the service the next day.
The next day (3/26/15) I called Jim, who was assigned to our vehicle, and he informed me that the battery was completely dead and would not take a charge, but was under warranty coverage and the cost would be taken care of. When I picked up the vehicle Jim was also very friendly and I was on my way very quickly and efficiently. You have a great service staff, as I have always received exceptional service at your dealership! Thanks Colonial Hyundai!!!

I just purchased a new 2012 Accent 5-door sedan. I traded a 2003 Elantra. I was not quite ready to purchase a new car; but my 2003 had emission troubles. Did some online research: also checked another dealer in person. Decided to try Colonial as my 2nd option. WORLD of difference! Salesperson was not at all pushy --listened to what I was looking for and I believe I got the quality and dependability AND excellent customer service. This is my 5th Hyundai in 20 years---well worth it!

First, let me preface this by saying I am a very forgiving person so it takes a lot for me to write a negative review. This is more of a warning to other people than a review, actually.

To keep things brief, I was using the TrueCar website and was contacted by John Landosca (he's the short sales manager guy). I told him I'm not interested because they don't have the car I'm looking for. He says they do - they just got 2 of them this past weekend. I then told him THREE times exactly what I was looking for so there was absolutely no mistake in what he heard - Hyundai Eco with Tech package in Shale Gray. He confirmed - THREE times - he had it in stock.

So I drive over an hour and a half to get to this place. I eventually find out that they DON'T have the vehicle in stock at all. Then he proceeded to try to sell me a more expensive Hyundai Hybrid. I kept telling him that it's out of my price range. He ignores me and keeps wasting my time.

I just couldn't believe that he would lie about having the car I wanted just to get me into the door. Please do the customer and yourself a favor and don't lie about what you have in stock to get people to walk through your door. It's disgusting. To top it off, he never apologized. Not even once. Be wary, this guy has no moral compass.

On a positive note, the sales consultant who initially helped me out was friendly - Brian Shattuck. He was quite flustered (literally red in the face) by the fact that I was lied to as well.

Just thought other people should know about this incident.

OWNERS BEWARE -

OWNERS BEWARE -
We bought a 2017 Sonata from Colonial Hyundai and have had a few oil changes and inspections done there for the Sonata and my Mazda CX-5. I use Mobil 1 oil and WIX oil filters in my cars and supply both whenever I have oil changes. I had both cars in for oil changes in late January, and the service QUALITY was offensive - a SOLID ZERO.

Mazda CX-5
Colonial completed the oil change, but on my drive home I realized that they hadn't returned the unused oil from the 6-pack of oil that I provided. I checked the dipstick and found that their mechanic filled the engine with 6 quarts of oil instead of the 4.5 quarts that should have been used... overfilling with 33% excess oil is dangerous for the engine! I returned the car and they drained the oil and put in the required 4.5 quarts. The mechanic slopped oil all over the engine cover (see picture), so I will remove cover and clean up his mess.

Sonata
They completed the oil change and inspection, and suggested changing the engine and cabin air filters; they also said that a field mouse had built a nest in the air intake housing. I told them that I would buy and install the filters myself, and they agreed to clean out nest and debris from the air intake housing since the filter had already been removed.

I removed the old engine air filter today and found that the huge mouse nest was still there, so rather than vacuum and remove the debris (see picture) as agreed, the Colonial mechanic just reinstalled the old filter. With the size of the nest, very likely that he didn't push all of debris to the inlet side of filter, and I suspect that some of the debris was sucked into the engine. I cleaned up the mess and installed new filter today.

Bottom line - OWNERS BEWARE
An abundance of incompetence and no apparent oversight for the shoddy service work performed there. This disregard for customer property seems to be a common theme at Colonial, and they have lost my trust and future business.

Their service department is a joke. I will not use their actual names out of respect, but they should try to run a tighter ship before they lose all their business or their jobs. They do not even call you to tell you that they looked at your car or when you call, they give lip service and then never call back. This happened to both me and my wife about one service job over the course of three days. We are now entering the third day waiting for service and we finally got a call back after we both contacted them several times, left messages, and spoke to service individuals on the phone. He promised a call back in a couple minutes and it came two hours later. You be the judge of that timeline...It seemed like no one in service actually wanted to do any service. Plenty other reviews have warned about this, but we didn t listen. Hopefully, you will listen. ***EDIT*** Our car is there under a different name that I am not identifying here before our car is finally returned.

This place is a scam, the sales reps are good (Neil) but there managers are terrible. I was quoted a price and then showed up to the dealership and was something totally different. Then the genius tried to get me to finance when i told the guy countless times i am here to purchase direct. The guy didnt even introduce himself or shake my hand before he statred talking. His first words were "you like the car right" that is real professional buddy. The car i wanted was advertised as certified pre owned on their website, once i got to the dealer they tried to tell me it was brand new meanwhile it has 1500 miles on it already. HA nice try buddy go sell your cars to a fool, but not me. I would not recommend this place to any one unless you want to be treated like a fool. They dont honor what they say and they do not negotiate. So good luck to whomever buys a car there.

Best car buying experience hands down. I consider myself a good researcher when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, but at Colonial Hyundai I got way more car for less money. They even exceeded what I hoped for on my trade-in.
Manager Steve Tucci took the time to figure out what would work best for me, pulling up dozens of vehicles and looking for all the incentives he could apply. Never did I feel ANY pressure to buy at any point - it was like having a friend trying to find you a good deal.
Hats off to salesman Mo too who is like a friendly walking Hyundai encyclopedia. Totally worth the drive - I strongly recommend Colonial and will definitely be back next time I need a vehicle.

I always feel some pressure from car sales people but the folks here kept it to a minimum.

They were helpful during the sales process and any support needs after that.

I did run into some trouble with their lease-end process (they failed to submit some documents, I think) but overall I would recommend them.

Follow up...4 years later I ve found their service department to be excellent. I never feel like they re taking advantage of me and the prices are always reasonable.

I will never purchase another vehicle from this pl...

I will never purchase another vehicle from this place again and I have purchased all THREE of my cars from them. They rip people off. They sold me a 12,000 car for 17,000 with NO negative equity going into it. I was instantly upside down in a POS car that did not even have cruise control. They totally took advantage of me. I then rolled that into a lease because it was the only way I could get rid of the thousands and thousands of dollars in negative equity that I had and that was a hassle. They tricked me into putting more money down by saying "your first payment is due today" that was AFTER I agreed to put down $2000(they were pushing for 3) turns out my first payment was not due at the time of signing. Weeks later my car payoff from the previous loan still had not been done and a payment was due for my old car so I played phone tag for days just to find out I had to go back to the dealership and resign paperwork that they messed up. NO ONE TOLD ME! So what was I going to be paying on two vehicles? It took me calling 3 times about my payoff for them to figure out why they didn't submit the paperwork. Now nearly 3 months after the purchase and I still do not have my registration and no one will give me the title number so I can register the car myself. Wonderful. I am driving around in an unregistered car. Every person you speak to there on the phone is rude, they transfer you around and don't even tell you you are being transferred. I will most definitely not be trading my car in there when my lease is up. They continue to take advantage of uneducated buyers. Never again.

Loving my 2020 Genesis G70 Prestige from PIAZZA GENESIS IN WEST CHESTER NOT COLONIAL

TLDR Shopping for a new car at COLONIAL felt like I was living in a poorly written comedy movie with the most stereotypical, over the top, tacky sales tactics possible. Something to note, they left me a voicemail saying "we'd like you to entertain the Genesis again, come back and we'll get much closer to your budget for the Genesis" after I said I couldn't afford it. Upon arrival, they showed me an Audi with 48k miles on it, costing "mid 20 thousand range" instead of lowering the price of the GENESIS as stated in the voicemail. So expect bait and switch here.

Here's a detailed account. Grab a drink. Day one, received a phone call from a salesman (I'll withold his name because he was overall friendly. Not a good salesman to me, and a little scatterbrained, but didn't strike me as malicious). He got me to come down and look at a Genesis priced at 33,990 (priced 32,800 online, hmm why the different price in person?). After fees and taxes, the car was now 38,000. I said I couldn't afford it, and the "wonderful" sales manager Vish came over to assist. Here's where the nightmare begins.

Immediately he commented on my father's baldness as he is bald himself (a common sales tactic to build common ground). My father is a cancer survivor, you DO NOT exploit that to your sales approach. I was disgusted and knew right then and there I would never purchase a vehicle from here again. I wasn't being a tough negotiater by any means. I legitimately could not afford it at the price. After math I did, If a fee was waived and 3 grand taken away, I could've afforded it, but Vish refused to budge on price and offered worthless incentives instead when I expressed the most important thing to me is a low monthly payment. "But it's so much car for the price" "this is a man's car" are comments from Vish during our discussion. I asked him about lease options for the 2020 G70s, to which he didn't answer at all. The most important consideration in a sale is listening to your customer's wants and needs. You both failed to simply listen. I stated numerous times that it looked like I just couldn't afford the car, and I was prepared for that to be the case if they didn't budge on the price. To their credit, it was a great vehicle. I get that. But Vish INSISTED I could afford his monthly payment. Do NOT tell me what I can and can't afford.

Day two, I received the voicemail and was subject to the bait and switch as described in the TL:DR. The only reason I entertained these people is because they had my broken car on their lot. After expressing 0 interest in the Audi, Vish kept trying to sell it. Then after expressing my disappointment in his bait and switch, he offered more pointless warranties and oil changes on the car. I asked the salesman after my conversation with Vish about lease options to which he simply replied "you can't afford it with your budget." Again, do NOT tell me what I can and can't afford. The Genesis G70 Prestige I leased and will purchase afterwards from PIAZZA in WEST CHESTER says I can afford it. PIAZZA in WEST CHESTER has excellent customer service. There were no slimy, stereotypical, over the top, played out, demeaning, insulting sales tactics used.

Bottom line: Colonial exploited my Father's baldness (cancer survivor) as a sales tactic, told me I can afford their slightly overpriced vehicle, told me I couldn't afford something that ended up being the most affordable option (AT PIAZZA), and used terrible tactics (it's a man's car, so much car for the money, bait and switch, blatantly ignoring wants and needs). Check reviews here, and then PIAZZA WEST CHESTER.

To Colonial: I'm sure I'll receive some half hearted generic reply on here to contact you to make this right. Nothing will make this right. You disgust me. You pushed a nearly 5 year customer out the door and offered nothing to keep my business when I inquired about vehicle options.

Only positive thing here is Bryan in service was great!

My wife and I sold our SUV outright to Colonial. They gave us a very fair offer (About 1500$ more compared to Car Sense and Car Max). I got an instant cash offer from KBB, went to the dealership, sold it and was in and out in about an hour. Assuming they pay off the existing loan and cut us a check for the remaining balance, I was impressed with their service and overall experience. Well done guys.

I had the pleasure to tag-along with my sister in-law who purchased a 2015 Toyota Tacoma -to help in translating and documentary assistance this past weekend. Our sales associate was Kate and she was so amazing, patient and a true customer-advocate! I highly recommend her as one of the most understanding professionals that walked us through the whole process of meeting our needs to closing the sale. I have never seen such excellent customer service! I will definitely be returning for my own purchase in the near future. Not only was Kate a pleasure, but I had the great opportunity to meet a great team of workers who tended to our needs professionally as well. They run under a great manager named Steve who helped us out tremendously as well. Overall wonderful experience!

Purchased a 2012 Hyundai S ante Fe from this dealership and I can say I couldn't be more happier. Everyone was very friendly with you even if they weren't the one selling you the car. We went expecting to buy a really crappy car just to get us by and by the end walked out with the newest car I ever had.
We purchased this car back in December 2013 and then made a appointment with Lou Ziegler to refinance the same existing car because we wanted to put a large sum of cash down on the car loan and wanted this to go all to principal balance. After all was said and done we walked out with more then we expected. Lou was very helpful at keeping my kids 4 and 7 under control he even let my 7 year old play on his ipad.
None of the sales people were pushy and you were treated like everyone else no matter what kind of money you had or make. I really recommend this dealership and Lou Ziegler to help you get a car you want. I will certainly be buying a car from Lou Ziegler in the future hopefully he never leaves this dealership! I live about an hour from this dealership and I would rather travel the distance then buy a car closer to me because of the amazing service and salesman Lou Ziegler. Thank you for being awesome!

The people at the service desk were awesome and kept me updated, the service repair man failed at his job as he lied about what services were performed and I have an issue with that. If they lied about something as simple as filling my washer fluid, what else didn't he really do? How many other corners did he cut?

Excellent experience. Lou Ziegler did a fantastic job selling me the car. I also worked for a short time with Mike Wilkinson who also did a great job. I also would like to thank David Smith for helping through the process and making it work. I would recommend visiting Colonial Hyundai in Downington, PA if your looking for a great price and excellent service.

I bought a Camry today with the help of Mike Wilkinson. I am a first time car buyer and he answered all my questions thoroughly. I am very happy with this purchase and honestly he made it a very smooth transaction. Everyone I met at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable but I specifically recommend doing business with Mike Wilkinson.

$6500 for trade - no way. I went to Colonial Hyundai in Downingtown to get $6500 for my trade (which was probably only worth $2000). I had called beforehand and they said that the $6500 was off of the "window price". I checked the car prices (i.e. window sticker) on the web site prior to going so I had an idea what the car should cost. I knew their offer was too good to be true. When I got there, the "window price" on every car is about $3800 more than the manufacturers sticker price because they add all sorts of extras most people won't use (car washes, dent and chip repair, etc) - especially me since I came from 40 minutes away. Their extras are on a separate window sticker that they don't show online. They do this on every new car. Included in this $3800 in an extra cost to double the manufacturers warranty - so you are paying for this warranty, they are not giving it to you like they advertise.

Their advertising did get me into the dealership and after about 90 minutes at the dealership, they did give me an offer on a car that really wasn't my first choice anyway. This deal included the actual value of my trade - not the $6500. If you are interested in a Hyundai, they are probably a reasonable dealership but they should just avoid the misleading advertising and pricing. If you are interested in something else, you are probably not going to get any better deal there. Go elsewhere which is what I did and gave my business to a more honest dealer closer to home.

I purchased a certified 2013 Hyundai Sonata after I got it home I realized a week later that the rear tires were worn down to 1/32 tread depth on on the middle of one of the tires and down 3/32 a list of the other treads . It took me four trips back to this dealer to get this sorted out. I advise you to stay away

Gives you false advertising to bring you in the door and with standard used car salesmen bravado fales to give you what you won. Has sales man Ace stare me down as he walked by while I put in my navigation home. They are not going to admit to giving you the correct prize just so they can make cheap sales. And switch the flyer for the wrong address they have at the desk. Don t do business with them. I seriously regret ever coming. Since the manager had to tear they flyer in half. They will circle like hunger sharks and want to talk you in a car that you don t want.

Worst dealership ever. They buy cars that no other dealer wants from the auction. "Fix" a.k.a. hide what is majorly wrong with the car and then try to sell it to you above KBB. There service manager is a joke. Your better off going with a craigslist car because at least you what your getting.

I purchased my 2014 Tucson using the AARP Truecar pricing service. The salesman was attentive, polite and did not pressure me. I was not really sure which vehicle I wanted to purchase. I drove both an Elantra GT and a Tucson, really liked the Tucson. I came to Colonial because I knew the dealership from having service on my (now my son's) 2009 Sonata. I had a good car buying experience at Colonial and will continue to put Colonial at the top of my shopping list. I like Hyundai, and Colonial represents Hyundai well.
