Ryan Plant was awesome! He took his time with me as I made this very important decision. He was very knowledgeable and tried to move things along in a timely manner. I appreciated all the assistance that Ty Jones gave me as well. He was very helpful, and I felt he had my best interests in mind. No pressure here at all! I would definitely recommend Exton Nissan to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle! Thank you!!!

With our very specific needs of size, equipment and affordability, Mel was equal to the task, and worked tirelessly (and patiently!) and found the perfect car for our family. (loved the late evening phone message from her, "I found your car!"). Mel and the entire team at Exton Nissan were great to work with - friendly and very accommodating. We will not hesitate to buy our next car from Melanie and this dealership!!

This visit could and should have been avoided. If the work done in June and then July oil change had noted battery erosion I would not have broken down and necessitated this visit and additional cost
Perhaps 10 point inspections and thorough evaluations need to be re educated to the technicians

Ryan Plant is the absolute BEST salesman I have ever met! Ryan is an honest, genuine, for the customer salesman . He kept us in the loop with every aspect of buying a vehicle from Exton Nissan! He called us, texted us , and even wanted us to contact him after the purchase was done to let him know that we made it home safely! Ryan understood that my daughter was purchasing her first vehicle , and he was so EXCITED for her! We will definitely see Ryan Plant at Exton Nissan for ANY of our vehicle needs in years to come!

I can t say enough about this place. I just purchased my 4th vehicle yesterday. The whole process is consistently seamless. Not only have I loved each of the cars I ve gotten here, but the incentives are unbeatable. Our sales person Bryan is great! He really helps you out, and takes the time to get you set up.

My salesperson was great and the rest of the staff were great. I just was not really happy with somethings after I took possession. Like I had to go to the gas station immediately after I left because my tank was only a quarter full and the floor mats were missing. Minor things of that nature.

Excellent experience! I was in the market for a new car after mine was totalled in an accident, and I was not pressured into anything at all. They worked with me and held the car while I got all my affairs in order from the insurance company. The buying process was simple, and we were very satisfied. We took home a 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport SV AWD with 30,750 miles on it, and it feels, smells, and drives like new! Matt Fitzgerald was our salesman, and he was very patient, understanding, and personable. He worked closely with me over the course of the week, understood and helped with my situation, and was very personable. He wasn't pushy at all, and allowed us to look at multiple cars and make our own decisions on what we were looking for. I'd recommend Matt Fitzgerald to anyone in the market for a Nissan, and I'd highly recommend Exton Nissan.

So I got a new car for Christmas...a Nissan Murano...

So I got a new car for Christmas...a Nissan Murano! A few days after I got it, I noticed a continuous warning: 'Unavailable Front Radar Obstruction' so I called Exton Nissan's Service Dep't. and explained my issue.

The Service Rep scheduled me for the next business day where I dropped my car off and got a ride home via Exton Nissan's shuttle service. Within a couple of hours, I got a call from the Nissan Service Rep who informed me the sensor was bad and needed replacing, however, they did not have the part in stock and had to order it. She offered to keep my car there, or I could come get it and bring it back the next day. I decided to keep it there. She asked what time I would like to pick up my car the next day and I hesitantly said "around noon".

I got a call from the Service Rep by 9:00 am the following morning saying my car was done and ready for pickup! I picked up my car, no hassle, under warrantee, signed a document and off I went. I've not had the indicator warning appear since.

It's always great doing business with Exton Nissan...I've actually bought quite a few cars there...they are very pleasant and helpful, and always wearing a smile. :)

Staff is courteous, helpful, respectful, knowledgable, and is willing to work with customers. The Customer Service here is top notch and they have very polite associates. Only complaint, it should have went much faster. I waited over an hour for a simple oil change, because they didn't have my oil filter in stock, even though I scheduled over a week ahead. They had my make, model, and the year of my vehicle, so this is NOT acceptable to me, but since I purchased my vehicle there it was free (even though they tried to charge me for it). My regular/trusted mechanic has me in and out in 15-20 mins for an oil change.

I came into Nissan, wanting to get a Nissan Sentra, that was manual. Elizabeth helped me get everything I wanted, and made sure to tint it before I took delivery. It was very quick and easy to get the car. As I was talking to her about the car she was getting the car cleaned, so by the time I was done my paperwork my car was ready to go! Elizabeth was very understanding, and I m going to make sure everyone knows to go to her if they ever need a car! Thank you Nissan for my new car!

Exton Nissan made car-buying a snap. The folks there brought in a truck I was interested in from their sister dealer in Limerick. Saved me a significant drive.

Put forth a good price for the truck, gave me a fair trade-in for my vehicle, and the Pro-4X is in my driveway now.

The service and professionalism of Doug and team were just what I needed this Saturday morning. The services were clearly explained and performed in a timely manner and at the conclusion of the work being done, the service manager even escorted me out to my car to carry belongings. Class act through and through. Everything was transparent in the quote and reflected as such at check out. If you are looking to purchase a car, be sure to seek out Frank the sales manager and tell him Cindy sent you.

Had a great first experience at Exton Nissan! First, the waiting room is pretty sweet, nice comfy overstuffed chairs, and free coffee and snacks like peanut butter crackers. I was having my transmission checked and was planning on staying but Brandon my service rep said they'd drive me home and then pick me up when it's ready. Awesome!! I live on the east side of 202 on Rt 3 so it's not like I'm right around the corner! I have only ever been to Concordville Nissan and I must say that Exton Nissan leaves them in the dust

Melanie was my saleswoman, and she was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying, and was able to answer every question I asked her. They didn't have the car in stock that I was looking for, but they found the exact one, very quickly. Besides Melanie being such a polite,professional,saleswoman, the rest of the employees that I dealt with were also very kind. Nice, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but, they add $850 to all their advertised used car prices just for handling them. Something to consider when comparison shopping. After all, you're buying a car, not moving in!

I haven't been to a dealership in ages, so I didn't know what to expect and was a bit nervous. The team at Exton Nissan, especially my Sales Consultant Matt Rhibal, did a great job of making me feel comfortable, and simplified a lot of the processes that I thougt were going to be difficult. Matt Hribal spent the time to get me the deal I wanted, even when I had a loan balance on the car I traded in. Overall it was a great experience! Thanks Matt Hribal and the rest of the Exton Nissan team.

What a great experience . If you need a car this is the place as it's like you have family in the business. Covid safe and supper friendly. John McGettigan and Michael Lutman as well as the whole staff (everyone from the entire team that peeped my new car to financing and front desk)

About six months ago I purchased a 08 Cadillac srx, the first day.I had the vehicle it broke down in front of my house .jeff peca towed the vehicle back to the dealership...jeff assured me that a new transmission was being put.in the car..a month goes by and I get the vehicle back again im told I have a new transmission in the vehicle 2 months after on my way to work the transmission goes out while im doing eighty on the expressway...I almost lost my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!... I called jeff peca and told him, he towed the car back to the dealership..that day I told them I didnt want the vehicle no more but they still sent it to there mechanics ...fast forward to yesterday I was told my car is only worth 8 grand and I would have to bring 24838 to get a different vehicle ..basically they dont care about me almost losing my life in that vehicle and all that matters is money not the welfare of there customers..im very disappointed in the service I received and for a first time experience of going to.exton nissan I would not recommend no one there..also people are not the friendliest there ..when I was getting the rental I was told bring it back with half a tank because if you have more than half in there I aint got no money for you ..so professional..that was.told to me.by.mark the rental guy I guess..like I said I feel taken advantage of and I will call the.better business bureau and my lawyer to check out Pennsylvania lemon laws..this is not right and people should know.about there seedy practice

My experience with Exton Nissan is buyer beware.

The point of this review isn t that I didn t get what I wanted, but to let anyone who reads this know that after the contract is signed and Exton Nissan receives your money they do not care about you or your concerns. If you are purchasing a used car you are better off going to a buy here pay here dealership because at least they will tell you up front that they will not care after they received your money.
Twenty days after my purchasing my 25,000 BMW from Exton Nissan it became un-drivable. It was overheating and ultimately needed a new water pump and had a faulty exhaust vanos solendiod. I brought the car back to the dealership, seeing that I hadn t owned the car for even a month and was lead to believe it was a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle and that it was fully inspected for any safety issues. The mechanic looked at but did not have/nor never had the equipment to decipher the problems that could be safety hazards for a BMW. I am sure this not limited to just Exton Nissan, but to the entire family of Bush dealerships as I called the owner and asked for some help. His response was I don t want to sell a car that breaks down 3 weeks later, but what do you not get about an As Is purchase? Their advertisement of 100% customer satisfaction is simply a gimmick from the owner down to the management team. The owner stated his intention was to help me get a discount from the dealership that repaired my car, but his margin on the sale was not big enough to cover the $1,700 worth of repairs needed on the car. His own service department could not even diagnose the problem let alone fixes it. It seems a reputable dealer would sell the car at auction rather than take money for something that they don t know about or how to fix if it is broken. This isn t about me trying to get something for nothing; I wanted it to be fair. I would have been happy with sharing cost, but when I asked that the answer was no. I was offered the opportunity to refinance and purchase a warranty which was not offered at the time of purchase. Please beware when purchasing from this dealership or any of the Bush owned dealerships. I believe they are Infiniti and Nissan in the greater Philadelphia area.

Never told me to bring my car with me to get a key replacement. Since it won't start without the new key, I wasted time and money to rush there for an appointment today. They said just bring your registration and ID.

My sales associate Mikey Perry was extremely helpful. They didn't end up having the vehicle i needed but Mikey kept in touch during my entire buying process and was very easy to work with, and i also appreciated the no-pressure approach.

John, thank you for an excellent experience. My family and I enjoy the Nissan Sentra. I would like to make sure your company knows that how the sales force interacts with potential buyers is extremely important. Although we were looking at several different spots your friendly, respectful and NON- HIgh pressured sales tactics make a difference. We are loyal customers with someone in our household buying a new car every 2-3 years. I believe you may have converted us to Nissan Exton. The price was fair and there was no high pressure to buy extras. Yes the extras were explained, but no high pressure to buy them. We ultimately extended our warranty a little. But that was totally based on my decision and the fact that we will most likely keep our vehicle for a long time. We will definitely be back in 2 years, to give you guys a chance to earn more business, when it is time for our next vehicle. Thanks for a great experience and to your grandfather for his service to our country. GO ARMY!!
