My spouse texted me an said I m going to look at a car today after work. We showed up here at concordville Nissan, and from the time we walked in we were greeted, seen right away. We had the pleasure of working with Greg Russell. His customer service was excellent! Never missed a beat and he took his time to explain everything about the car.

Wow. Very impressed with Theresa, Zachary in sales. Also got a great deal of help from both Chuck and Greg. I was in a tough situation and they got me into an awesome new Sentra. They all went out of their way to find me a great car. Recommend highly.

I don't have the best credit and didn't think I could get a nice reliable car. After some looking around I came across Concordville Nissan, I met with HANK...he was very personable, friendly and helpful. Hank made sure to keep me update to with everything was happening. At no time did I feel pressured or out of the loop. Hank was able to get me financing and into a great car with no hassle. I would refer all my friends, family and even strangers to Hank. If your in the market for a new or used car...Hank is your guy!!!

My experience with Concordville exceeded my expectations. I purchased a 2019 Outback 2.5i Premium with Eyesight. All levels of the experience was top notch. I want to give a huge thanks to Theresa Boyer for working my sale from start to finish and working above and beyond what I expected. Also want to thank Moe Laraki, Matt Tannery, Ryan Gilroy and Tim Raynor for their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction at all levels of the dealership. We came into Concordville Nissan to look for a reliable vehicle. We were undecided on a vehicle when we walked in and not sure if we were going to even purchase a car. But then we were greeted at the door by 2 great gentleman, ANTHONY the salesman and GREG the Manager. They introduced themselves to me n my wife and asked what can they do to help us purchase a vehicle just for us? We had great service with friendly smiles and they worked everything out to fit our budget. I would TRULY recommend Concordville to family and friends or anyone interested in buying a good reliable vehicle. One thing I truly look for is great customer service and we did indeed get that at this dealership. We love our new vehicle and will never forget the great help we received from ANTHONY C and GREG the manager. We looked at a car here a couple weeks ago. Yesterday, as we were wrapping up our very small, socially distanced outdoor wedding in a pandemic, my wife got this messed up text from Adam, a Concordville sales rep. In it, he tries to insult my wife for not giving him the attention he thinks he deserves, then insults her professionalism. (My wife's a hospital-based doctor going back to work the day after our wedding, in the middle of a pandemic. Adam... tries to sell cars. Badly. Concordville, I'll mention, also was awful on keeping its people masked up while inside when we visited.)

I don't know what's going on at Concordville, but this message was so bizarrely inappropriate and insulting that it can't be the only time this rep. has behaved this way, and Concordville seems to be just fine with it. Part of the culture there?

I have purchased a vehicle here a year ago and had...

I have purchased a vehicle here a year ago and had a good experience with my salesman Hank, the finance person played a lot of games. Well I decided to come back, I asked for Hank I was told he went home. A very nice trainee and the person who was Training him helped me. I explained what I wanted and the payments I was looking for. They went back with the information to the finance department. Long story short, I was given a offer that was $200 more then I wanted, as well as a lease. In 11 month I have driven 15,000 miles. The lease was for 36 months and 36,000 for the term. That didn t make sense to go with this. Well the sales person who was training was so pushy, he would not accept me saying no. No matter what I said he would not let up. I finally asked for my keys, I didn t want any part of this offer or this dealership. The finance person Eddie came over and I explained it to him. Which he said he ll take care of it. I decided it was fine to leave, which they tried to keep me there. The next day the Eddie the finance person told me he had me approved and the Payments were a lot less., When I asked what the terms were, I got the run around, the guy is in the phone with that information, come In and let s talk. I m because if the games and pushiness I had experience I didn t trust it will be an easy process. I called back and asked again what were the terms? Finally Eddy told me I have to be honest it s a lease and the payments are on $50 less. Why couldn t he have been up front

This dealership is very pushy and tells a lot of lies. I Do not recommend them. I like people who are upfront and honest. I have bought vehicles in the past at Scott Honda in West Chester, they were honest, if they couldn t give you what you want they told you. Never did they try and push me into something I thought all dealership were like this. WRONG. I will be buying HONDA s. This dealership has made me never want to get a Nissan and deal with people likes this. Beware of this place. .

Second purchase from Concordville and once again very happy. After totaling my Altima went back to Concordville first. Jon Hamm in internet sales helped me during my initial inquiry. Greg Russell met me when I arrived to view vehicles and test drive. He was very helpful in helping me make my final decision. They didn t have the color vehicle I wanted on there lot but they found one for me! During a stressful time they made the process pretty easy. Josh in finance helped get all the paperwork finalized quick and easy! I ve bought many cars over the years and Concordville has been hands down the best dealership.

Prior to visiting the Concordville Nissan dealersh...

Prior to visiting the Concordville Nissan dealership recently and eventually purchasing a 2020 Nissan Rogue, I must admit that visiting car dealerships much less purchasing a new car were very low on my list of favorite things to do and very high on my list of things to avoid at all costs.

However, as my husband and I entered the Concordville Nissan dealership, we experienced a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that we felt was sincere and genuine. Every person working that day greeted us with a hello and a smile, and we were made to feel very comfortable. The manager and assistant managers were very cordial as was everyone else who we met.

Our agent, Shannon Tonra, was especially personable and gracious. She is a very capable young woman who is at the beginning of her career in auto sales. Actually, I might not have even
known that if it hadn't been mentioned to us. She was extremely well prepared and informative . If she was unsure of something, she said so, but then immediately found the information that she needed.

We told Shannon that we were in our mid seventies and not particularly tech savvy so presenting the information about a 2020 vehicle with a lot of "bells and whistles" might prove to be challenging. Shannon did an exemplary job of explaining the unique features of the 2020 Rogue, and she did so in an organized and, for us, in a very understandable way.

We did purchase the car from Shannon, but you need to know what happened when I returned to pick up my new car. I reminded Shannon that I found the technology of the Rogue a bit puzzling and perplexing, and I had forgotten most of what she had told us about the car and its workings. I asked her if she would mind reviewing everything with me again. Well, of course, she did. She explained EVERYTHING to me again and answered all of my questions, and she did so with patience and kindness. She even set up the bluetooth feature for me as well as the navigation system. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Shannon is a wonderful and competent young woman whose pleasantness, graciousness and respectful manner will enable her to become successful in anything that she chooses to do.

Kenny (Hank) Oppel is an amazing salesperson. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the right car that meant my needs and my budget. The sales process was the easiest process I have ever experienced in any of my car buying experiences to date. I cannot recommend Kenny highly enough. I would recommend anyone that wants a great experience and a great deal to go to Kenny (Hank) at Concordville Nissan.

leased a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The only reason I continued with purchasing is because they had already wasted so much of my time. I would not recommend Concordville Nissan to anyone. I had a bad vibe from the moment I walked through the door, and should've known better. I called in about an issue with my paperwork, it was very difficult to get my salesman on the phone. when finally getting him on the phone he was very short said he'd get back to me and I never heard from him again. Initially when I purchased the vehicle a few days later they sent out a survey, I was honest about my experience. I received a call from my salesman highly upset and told me if I don't Have a good things to say, don't say anything at all. How unprofessional!? This was my experience. The website's hours and certain services doesn't match the actual hours of operation. I booked service for 7am online for them to tell me they don't start til 8am. They will not get another penny from me. You're better off going to Videon on west chester pike, They are absolutely amazing. You will not be disappointed.

We came in due to the engaged experiences we had on the phone with Lia and our sales consultant Eddie Conti - attentive and great follow up -customer service is a top priority.

Once here the staff is friendly, welcoming- feels like family. Everyone takes the time to make sure that you are taken care and have your questions answered.

Special shout out to Chuck DeSantis, General Manager who is smart, trustworthy and builds solid relationships. He is customer focused, explains things well and works hard to ensure that the overall experience is easy and makes sense.

We walked out with a wonderful new Rogue and a dealership that we know will service us well.

Go see Farid! I hate buying cars but he made it so easy. He was a pleasure to deal and shared his experiences with the different cars we were looking at. Even if it meant we would spend less, he would rather we be happy with our purchase. He is not your typical sales guy, no offense to sales people but some people don't like the typical person. Yesterday my girl and I got our first car loan in an effort to establish credit. Kenney "Hank" Oppel was excellent in doing so. He was patient, kind and a true negotiator. With his help we were able to get a very low interest rate for first time car buyer with a not so perfect credit. We are grateful to Kenny and to all of the nice dealers at Concordvile Nissan. My wife and I leased a 2017 Nissan Altima. Unfortunately at the end of the lease we decided to purchase the car as we could not get an acceptable deal on a new lease.

We tried to get financing through our credit union for the purchase but Nissan would not allow us to purchase with our own financing, it had to be done through the dealership. (This whole process could have been handled virtually- given we are in a pandemic).

We made an appointment to close on the purchase at 3:30 with Concordville Nissan where we originally leased the car. We arrived and were pawned off on an unsuspecting salesman who began the process for us. Once he entered things in to the computer for a half hour we were told we had to wait for the finance manager to be available. We were told unfortunately if you buy a lease out you are not priority and you get to the back of the line . He estimated at least. 1.5 hr wait and that was if there were no scheduled deliveries. We were welcome to go a restaurant or wherever and wait and they would call us. We spent 3 hrs waiting for finance total. We did go across the street to kill time and when we walked back in were asked if we needed to get this done today? Well no but we had an appointment and had now invested 3 hours. Finally we were able to get in to finance manager. Then an additional half hour to sign all the papers and turn down warranties. A complete waste of our time. We were made to feel like complete 2nd class citizens because we weren t buying a new car.

Given the way we were treated we will never return to Concordville for service or future purchases. We will so spread the word. Very disappointing.

The Finance guy was straight forward and answered all our questions. We will defiantly be using this dealer for service and future purchases. As someone who has less then perfect credit I was very hesitant about coming here. However Joe made the experience easy and painless. This was without a doubt the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Every part of the process was painless and they got me into a car that I thought would be out of my price range. My name is Anita, I went to three dealerships and I guess because I'm a women most salesmen think they can take advantage of me. Well Hank didn't, When I went to Concordville, I looked around saw most the employees sitting around, and one on the phone. The guy on the phone was named Hank and he was the one who ran up to greet me. I explained my situation and frustrations to him. He spent about 2 days with me going over options. Hank got me $300 more for my trade then any other dealer offered and beat the rate and monthly payment by a lot. Women out there please go to someone who won't try to get over on is. Hank go in and ask for Hank.

Theresa and the folks at the dealership made the purchase of our Murano seamless. The stress of making a major purchase can be daunting, however that wasn't our experience. Naturally there's the normal back and forth but we weren't pressured and I for one like that. We came away with a deal we were very happy with! id recommend them to family and friends without hesitation!

Took my vehicle here for a 60k tune up. Their only recommendation being the fluids was new brakes. Took that work elsewhere because their pricing was terrible. What they didn't mention was my battery was nearly dead. This ended up leaving my mother in law and infant stranded at night. Never go here for service. They cannot be trusted.

The staff member that I dealt with in the service ...

The staff member that I dealt with in the service department was extremely condescending and rude. She repeated herself over and over again, avoiding answering the questions in which I was asking. They are Certainly not interested in helping a customer. If anything, they are completely careless because the issues do not affect their lives.
My family and I have made several purchases from this dealership over the past 10 years. That changes now. I will not be returning for service or purchases. They simply do not care about their customers any longer. They make promises and when it is time to come through, you realize they lied. One example is that my daughter has been waiting almost 3 years for a spare key for her vehicle. They don t follow up. They do NOT care. They just want the sale and then they re done with you.

A M A Z I N G!! You can instantly tell that staff has your best interest at heart. Kenny walked me through my options and was totally patient with me about looking at the different cars I was interested in. We went on two test rides and he shared his honest opinions with me. They also offer snacks and I'm not sure if I was just lucky, but I got some good pizza there as well! As far as financing, they don't sell you dreams and really try to work with you. I would most certainly recommend.

My husband and I just purchased a car from Concordville Nissan and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Kenney Hank Oppel made it happen, when we thought we were in a hopeless situation. The people here are so nice, and friendly. The thing that stood out to me the most was that no one was pushy. Everything was done within our guidelines, and with our best interest in mind. Kenney was patient and down to earth. He took his time with us and explained every single step, and answered all of our questions. We love our new vehicle. It s a pleasure to be a part of the Concordville Nissan family.

Farid you just made my year!!!

I just purchased my second brand Nissan Altima from Farid at Concordville Nissan after my 2016 was totalled due to bad weather. Farid was outstanding and worked his magic with the bank to get me my new financing even with my credit issues. I recommend him as the man to go to to get you in and out and in a new set of wheels. Mark Dawson, sales rep, lied to me about my downpayment. Sold me a car and made me leave it the next day. He was very unprofessional and non-chalant. He was asked if could help us get a ride by the finance team and in-front of my girlfriend and i said it was not his problem. We were stuck there until we were able to get funds for uber an hour and a half later due to miscommunication on funds. All managers are aware of this situation including the GM.

I really really really didn't want to get into a Nissan. And if I did it had to be a Maxima. But life happens and my credit dictated otherwise. Not only did Kenney get me into an Altima that I actually like, but it has all the horsepower and features of some higher end vehicles. I will shop here again

What can I say Hank is the MAN! In 3 mths time hes got us into 2 SUV's when other places denied us or tried to put us in vehicles that were junk or weren't worth what they wanted us to pay for them!

****update****
and now i understand why we were asked to write positive reviews so soon before even leaving the parking lot...we hadn't had a chance to really drive these vehicles yet! My Terrain has been in the shop 3 times and is headed back for a 4th time in the 5 mths we've had it! 1st up a main seal leak that wasn't covered under the 6mth warranty that came with the truck. It makes so much sense now as to why they had us sign a no return on the vehicle because its a lemon and we've put out well over $2k since we've had it just so that we could get some use out of it. So disappointing! To make matters worse we suggested friends go there as well and what do you know, their truck broke down at church the other day. To add insult to injury the referral we were told we'd receive a bonus check in the mail in a few weeks. We have yet to receive that check and after leaving a message and a text still no response...its been 3mths and we're still waiting for that. Perhaps we could use that little bit to go towards all the repairs we've had to make.

We will never purchase from Concordville again!

I worked with Jose, he was great I wasn t sure if I would be approved or not since my credit isn t the best. He worked to find me a new car that fit my budget and needs. Everyone was great and everything took less than 4 hours for everything to process.
