What a great place! Nick, Sean and the other Nick ...

What a great place! Nick, Sean and the other Nick ( finance) were the most professional people I ever met. They took time for my questions (in which I had tons), stayed late, and really put on the dog . These guys don t just want your business they want you to be truly happy. If they ever leave, I will shop wherever they are. They are just that good. As far as the dealership goes, I just bought yesterday so it s hard to really tell. But some of the service programs, like picking up your car for routine services is more than other Infiniti dealers do. So I have to say so far so great!

Made a deal on a vehicle online with Caitlin, who then passed me off to Chris. Someone at the dealership then sold the vehicle I had put a down payment on. Chris was good at finding me another vehicle from another location, however they failed to get both keys for the vehicle during the transfer. I was promised every which way that the key would be mailed to me, and reluctantly accepted the vehicle. Both sales representatives stopped responding to contact attempts. I reached out to the GM Greg Black who informed me that they never received the key, after I was told it had be sent out, ultimately it was lost. Greg made and agreement with me to get another key made at a location close to me, and he would reimburse me once I sent him the invoice. After sending Greg the invoice/receipt, he has stopped responding to all attempts to contact him. I m now stuck here with a $350 bill.

Very professional , they won't judge you when you enter the showroom.. I like the way they deal and I was satisfied when I came out of the showroom.

I bought a car yesterday and they answered me all the questions and concerns I had. Kevin and Ko malley was very patient and they heard me. Thank you boyh.

Called to inquire about a used 15 Mercedes that had sold. Sales manager, Ashley, was so nice and went over other vehicles in inventory that were similar to see if there was anything else that would interest me. Very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the MB is what we are looking to get my daughter, but I will definitely consider Ardmore and Ashley when my lease is up next year!!

My service manager Charlie Curran and the mechanic Tom provided excellent service. Everything was shown and explained to me in great detail. Every staff member that I came in contact with treated me as if I were their only customer. I highly recommend this dealership for service for your Infiniti.

Kudos to Mike! This was my first visit & I must admit that my 1st experience with dealerships service centers are barely pleasant but Mike shattered the mold ... He made me feel welcomed & at ease in trusting them to service my baby, QX80, of which I call Tytan ... The service was prompt & accurate ... Service actually cleaned up the mess inside Tytan which my Family, so comfortably christened ... You guys are the best & to the young lady that guided me to the service center over the phone, I am that challenged in following directions ... Thank you Ardmore Infiniti for making my 1st visit a pleasantly memorable occasion ... I was smiling from beginning to end ... see you in 6 months ... Stay Blessed!

Daniel and the rest of the team were very courteous and made the entire process pleasant. I also appreciate not being hassled in financing to purchase more products and services. Overall I appreciated the experience and my wife is extremely excited about her new QX60.

Infiniti of Ardmore Service dept is absolutely great!!! I have been taking my vehicle to them for everything for the last 9 years and it is always a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone for service even if you don't drive Nissan or Infiniti.

I just purchased a used Toyota Sequoia at Infiniti of Ardmore and had an excellent experience with them. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and professional. I dealt w/Jimmy Sciarra and he was awesome! Very personable and straight-forward and he worked to get me a deal I was very happy with. Nick on the finance side was great - efficient and gave clear understandable explanations of exactly what I was getting. Overall, a pretty low stress car buying experience!! Thanks All!!

Our purchasing experience at the dealership was great. Our salesman was courteous and professional and respectful of our time. The staff was welcoming and friendly, unlike our experience at the other Infiniti dealership. The finance manager was also very professional and personable. Would definitely go back. Love my new QX60!

Update to this review. After multiple attempts to reach the General Manager, Mark Harrington, he finally got back to me. He basically told me they won't do anything and they took the car to Volvo to have it fixed for any issues prior which can't be true as I went to Volvo for 5+ issues in the weeks after first getting the car. If I could give this crappy dealership 0 stars I would. All I wanted was to get the $895 charged for an inspection fee, that clearly was not done thoroughly.

I was in the market for a lightly used Volvo S60 T6 and they had one that was really nice that I liked. The salesmen had no idea about the car or any details on it. He also charged me $895 for a "safety check" which I got to get $200 off. When I asked where the spare key was he told me it came with only one. I get home with the car and look in the vehicle's settings and there are two keys assigned to the car. A couple of days later I had to pull over to inflate the tires in 3/4 tires. I also had to go to Volvo to get a new battery (car still under factory warranty) because a low battery warning was coming on if the car was on without the engine running for as little as 2 minutes or so. Basically, nobody checked anything on the car and charged almost $900 to do so. If I didn't love the car I would have never bought it, but its the price you pay sometimes when you're looking for something used... I asked again about the key and they said they can't help. I won't be recommending this dealer to anybody.

I would like to add to this that the Volvo dealer found water and glass inside the keyless entry harness and my "new car." The car has now had a battery replaced, the keyless entry system replaced which looks due to some sort of damage, the climate control unit replaced due to out lights, the lighting panel replaced and some steering wheel controls. Hopefully this is the end of the repairs on a car that is okay two years old with 25k miles. Oh and I had to put more air in the tires in the first week. Not a big deal but for a dealer inspection fee of 900 dollars it seems to me they didn't actually inspect anything.

Never buy a car from Infiniti of Ardmore. I will be contacting them about getting something for the headache of being without my car for about a week.

Overall very happy with the vehical that I purchased from Infiniti of Ardmore. They were able to work with me on the price and offered me a 30 day/1000 mile warrenty with my used car. They also found the best financing option for me and offered their opinion on a lender to go with.

I enjoyed the experience and the sense that my car was being well taken care of, I will be returning in the future for all my car needs except oil changes.

I was having some problems and concerns with my car but as fate had it I met Anthony Saunders at INFINITI of Ardmore. He listened to my complaints and concerns. I am really impressed because he resolved each and every one of them. I could not have had a better experience and as we all know getting your car serviced is not an experience that you look forward to. When I went to pick up my car everything was explained to me in detail. I am so impressed with Anthony and INFINITI of Ardmore that you guys have a customer for life. Thank you and keep up the outstanding work.

The experience with Infiniti of Ardmore was better...

The experience with Infiniti of Ardmore was better than I could have expected from the initial contact through signing the paperwork. I purchased a used car from them and drove up from Washington, DC to do it. It was the exact vehicle I was looking for and they described it perfectly. The sales staff was great and customer service was even better (they even took some paint off of my wife's vehicle from being hit while we were inside signing paperwork).

I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, even if you have to drive over 2 hours to get there.

Great service on a great car. Rob was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing unlike a lot of other places. They really worked hard to get me to the monthly payments I was comfortable with. I purchased a used vehicle and did not notice all the small dents until a day later when I could see it in different lighting. I knew it was used but asked the dealer if there was anything they could do. Literally that morning they told me to bring my car up and they would take care of me. I could not be happier with the service here. I didn't feel like I was in an assembly line like most dealers out there and they explained everything that was going on in full detail. It was a very personable experience. Would highly recommend!!!

If I wrote this review the day I purchased my CPO Infiniti, I would have given Infiniti of Ardmore 5 stars. However, my satisfaction quickly deflated after the purchase. Within the first 2 days of purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that my rear windshield defroster was not working 100% and the lock on one of my rear doors was also faulty. Both issues were resolved, but it took nearly two weeks to resolve. When they replaced the rear windshield, they said they would not be paying for the re-tinting. I found this to be quite frustrating because when I purchased the vehicle, it was already tinted. My expectation is that they would have fully compensated me for the cost to return the car to its original purchased condition.

At the time of my purchase, I surrendered the lease on a Nissan Maxima that I was currently driving. Infiniti offered to cover 2 of my remaining 8 payments if I purchased the vehicle. The remaining 6 payments were rolled into the price of the vehicle I purchased. Long story short, Infiniti didn't pay for either of these 2 payments. I ended up calling Nissan Financing and they waived one of the two, but I still had to make a payment for the Maxima after I already surrendered my lease! I must have called at least 20 times and they essentially ignored every one of my calls or voicemails. The one time I actually did speak to someone, they said they d get back to me the next day. Still waiting for that call back ..

Best part is, I purchased my car from this dealership in October of 2017. If it took me 5 months to make a payment on my car, it would have been repossessed by now. I m extremely displeased with the unprofessional service from this dealership and have no intentions of purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. From what I can see on other 1 star reviews, posting a Google review actually looks like the best way to get their attention

If anyone go to this facility to have their car serviced, do not, I say, do not allow Darius to help you with your problems. I took my car there for one thing and when I got it back, my drivers seat wouldn t move and my controls for the side view mirrors wouldn t work. I spoke to both, Darius and his Supervisor, they both treated me with no compassion. I then contacted Infiniti Corporate Office and still couldn t get any help. I ll rather have a crackhead work on my car and save money, then have Ardmore Infiniti charge me an arm and a leg to mess my car up. They re horrible at that facility. My opinion!!

This dealership would love to waste your time if you let it. We spent a lot of time recently looking for a car. What confused us the most at this particular dealership was why to waste our time with all the unnecessary motions and questions that sound like interrogations when all we want to do is to test-drive a car. Think about it! We might not be even interested to go into any further questions or pricing if we hate how the car performs on the road. This dealership wasted 2 hours of our valuable time asking us questions when we made it extremely clear that we wanted nothing more but to test drive a car! Further, why waste even more time by giving a price that just makes you wanna leave right away? This dealership doesn t like selling cars.

Thank you Kelson, they had sold the car I went in for but we were able to get an Infiniti from their sister store. The wait to sign my papers and stuff was awfully long but I was able to leave happy. Overall service was a good experience!

I m disappointed with the sales team this time aro...

I m disappointed with the sales team this time around at the Ardmore location. 3 years ago I had a great experience and decided to come back. This time the sales rep gave up on me and the sales manager could not even return my call to work out a deal. We were so close and a follow up and willingness to work with me would have meant a lot and earned them the business but I wasn t important.

Luckily the team at Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove took great care of me and worked with me to earn my business. They truly valued me as a repeat customer and have earned my business.

If you re going to give someone your business please make sure they care enough to earn it and appreciate you as a customer.

When I called to tell him I was coming to see he had it ready and got straight to point. When I decided I was going with it same thing. Everything was ready, to go, sign and deliver. I can't say enough good things about Mike, Vince and the whole team at Infiniti of Ardmore.

Great experience. Have bought a lot of cars over the years. This experience was amongst the best. My wife and I worked with Dan McCray who was great. He found the car we wanted at the right price. Also, dealership really worked with us. We had two vehicles to trade in and one was not drivable. They took both in trade and ended up giving me $500 more than the total trade in amount I asked for (most dealerships would have simply given me what I asked for and pocketed the additional amount). Also, got me a better interest rate than I expected. Cannot say enough about Dan McCray and Infiniti of Ardmore. Great job and highly recommend!
