Well I purchased a specially ordered full/full bunk bed with ladder and drawers. After waiting about 4-5 for delivery the person that was sent out to put it together did a HORRIBLE JOB. The screws a were poking through the wood and it was loose. I called them back out and I received another half done job. I am now waiting on another person to come out and who knows how long that'll take. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE

They actually have appliances in stock, so you can pick them up right away. You don't have to wait a week like at Sears, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. I bought a dishwasher here and was very happy with the service and price.
Have shopped around a couple times, both times went back to Colder. Some say the buy a item get another items free, is because they're over priced. But the bottom line is total price of what your looking for. Colder was my best deal more than once, and will go back.
Scooter pointed be in the right direction and got me set up with a Gallery gas range.

5yrs ago I purchased my entire living room set, mattress & box spring along with a washer & dryer. Excellent service and prices!
I recently needed to replace a love seat that fell apart and peeled from Ashley Furniture. Swearing I'd never purchase there again, I went back to your store on 9-26-16 convinced my previous experience would be matched or outdone. Needless to say I have been shown otherwise. My father and I walked in, was ignored by a sales person right away, all the while being judged for our attire, and yes we could tell. We walked by the front desk and Peter was sitting there with an uninviting expression on his face like he felt obligated to get up and greet us. This young man had zero drive for making sales and seemed to have never obsorbed any information that his training may have supplied him with. We reluctantly followed him to the few non-learher loveseats that were offered and inquired on basic information. The answers we were given were, "I have no idea and I'm not sure". My father learned more on his own by looking at all the tags and using your website all the while we were being "helped" by Peter. At one point I was going to ask for a different salesman until I noticed Peter coming back our way laughing and looking in our direction with the other male salesman from before. That was the final straw. Shame on me for even suggesting your store to my father and having to endure such disrespect.
On 9-27-16 we ventured out again for a loveseat, but this time we went back to Ashley Furniture. We were greeted with a smile and this salesman was genuine from start to finish. Not once was I made to feel out of place or unwelcome. Within 20mins, no exaggeration, I picked out my loveseat and my father paid cash.
Moral of this story... never again will I put myself out there and ever mention shopping at your store. I myself have never treated my guests the way we were treated by your employees. They all would benefit from a customer service seminar. I've been to a few for my profession. Try it!!
Walked in around 330pm on Sunday. We were greeted promptly by Greg. I asked where I could find reclining furniture. He walked me to that area. He told me about their current 60% off sale and gave me an actual example. The example he gave was very helpful. He asked if I had questions, and at that point, I did not. He told me I could browse in peace and if I had any questions he showed me where he would be sitting. Finally, a sales person who understands. I don t need someone in my face while I m testing out furniture. Tested out a lot of furniture. Decided to buy a couch. They have very good customer service.
My boyfriend and I bought a couch from the Oak Creek location. The couch we bought took 8 WEEKS to be made. Once the couch came in they scheduled a time for it to be delivered. When the day came to get our couch they couldn't get it up our stairs. Delivery drivers said that they could take it back and we get a store credit. Needless today we were very sad that the couch we picked out and waited so long for we ended up not being able to get. I was DREADING going back to the store to find something that would work for the very limited space we have to work with. Also we didn't want to wait another 8 WEEKS for another couch to show up and we didn't want to settle for something we didn't like. We went into the store on HWY 100 to look to see what our options were and a sales rep that goes by Pinto greeted us and we explained our issue. We stressed that we couldn't wait for something to arrive that we need something ASAP for a couch. He was SO INCREDIBLY helpful, he walked us around and showed us the type of couches that would be best to make sure that we can get it our house. We ended up finding something similar to what we originally purchased and they are delivering it tomorrow! Pinto made a super stressful situation into a very easy process, we were in and out of the store in an hour.
Just bought all the appliances for our new construction home in Delafield. Nobody else compared to the great prices at Colder's and their service has been outstanding. We'll be buying additional furniture in the near future, and it will all be from Colder's.
The short puggy sales guy was just an awful, unpleasant inpatient employee I've ever dealt with at colders in west allis, I left and went to bust buy and got a better experience and purchase! Will never go to colders again with employees such as him

After going to 4 stores before hand with no luck on anything in our price range, we stopped at Colders. We provided the representative with our criteria and found something we loved within 5 minutes. After looking at the pricetag, we fell even more in love. We ended up being able to afford 2 more items as everything was 50% off WITH an additional 10% off the already discounted price. We were in and out within 45 minutes. They also had an incredibly reasonable priced delivery fee. Can't wait to enjoy our new sectional couch, recliner and ottoman.
Don't bother getting any type of warranty on your purchase they consistently find a way to not honor it. Very frustrating!
Went to Colders and found a Kitchen set. Scooter was very nice and very helpful. However when I went to check out I wantew to use my Colder's account through synchrony. There was no one in the store who could access synchrony and I was asked to come back another day. In the meantime I found a set I liked better.
My first experience in colders should have told me what kind of service I was going to get. Was told we would get our sectional in 6-8 weeks. We have called 5-6 times to ask when our sectional would arrive. We were told that it would be on the next truck (most likely) and be here a week and a half later. You would think that a customer that has already waited over the 8 week mark, has called MULTIPLE TIMES to check on the status of their couch, and is not happy you would make it a PRIORITY to get the sectional on the first truck sent out. NOPE. Not colders. I will never ever buy from them again and have never experienced worse service in my life. When they say 6-8 weeks just guarantee you won t see your furniture for 12-14 weeks. What an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!

I had not visited Colder's for several years but was told by a neighbor that Colder's had some pretty nice bedroom furniture at reasonable prices. I was looking only for nightstands but had not been able to find anything I liked. I went to their website to see what they had and found a nightstand I liked and placed my order. The website said a sales rep would get back to me to let me know when I could pick it up. Two days went by with no call so I called them. When they looked up my order I was told that those nightstands were a special order item so they do not know when they will arrive and that is why no one called me. The website did not say special order so I asked to cancel the order. The order was not going to be placed with the company until Monday so it should not have been a problem.The rep looked at the website and agreed it did not say special order but then said the manager would get back to me the next day. He called Friday (next day) and said his supervisor was not in until Monday and he would have an answer then. On Monday he said his supervisor told him to talk to another person who was not in until Tuesday and the manager was out Tuesday so he would call me back on Wed. - a week after I placed the order. I called again to cancel but directed to the manager again. He was very short with me and assured me he would get back to me but so no problem in cancelling the order. I have yet to get a call back from him and it has now been 2.5 weeks since I placed the order. I will never go back to Colder's and would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is is horrible!

I was a long time customer. Freezer went out Saturday. They had only a floor model, but owners won't let them sell it. Rely on it to feed my family, even told them that. I will not give someone my business who doesn't care about me or my family. This was the only freezer I could find in this area of the state.
Bought a bedset from this store. Got it home and upacked it and it was damaged. Called the store and jessica said I could bring it back or wait a week for the store to drop off a replacement. Horrible customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS STORE. STAY AWAY.
Haven't recieved my furniture yet so I can't speak of the quality. However I can say that I went home feeling like I got a deal. I ordered a mattress, sectional and kitchen table and paid a little more than half what the price tag said on the sectional. Sales guy did a good job, although I made it fairly easy since we had everything picked out before I let him assist.
Edit: Recieved my furniture Monday, well what I got of it. The dining set I ordered did not make it on the truck. Delivery guys tried to give me a small round table. When I told them it was wrong they seemed confused. Later that evening I recieved a phone call and text messages from sales guy saying I'd get a refund. I don't want a refund, I want my dining set. I'd also like an explanation as to what happened to the one I bought. Had I not been home and someone else was there I would've had more problems. Now I just feel like I was lied to since I purchased the floor model because that was the only one available and apparently that wasn't the case. Now I still don't have a kitchen table and eat on my new couch. Highly dissatisfied right now.
Edit #2: Upon investigating my paperwork and comparing to the numbers in the photo I took of the table I thought I bought I've figured out why I got the wrong table. It seems my salesman Dale did not ring up the correct table, so thanks for that.
I shopped at Colder's because I would be able to pick up my dryer the same day I bought it. My first choice was not in stock and I was told I would have to wait about a week to get it. The power cord that was sold to me wasn't compatible with my machine. The guys in the warehouse noticed that cord that the salesman ordered didn't go with my machine. I said would prefer to have the right cord. They made a phone call to switch the invoice, no one responded, and they said just take this cord they are all the same. The cord might be the same but the power cord strain relief clamp was different. I had to buy one at Ace hardware since I didn't want to run back to Colders.

This place is horrible I will never buy anything or recommend anybody to shop here. I order a frigidaire chest freezer in MAY I was supposed to have it in 1st week of JULY now I have to wait till end of August 2020 this is Bull$%!+
I used the text message option to talk to my sales associate. He was really friendly, knowledgeable about the products I was looking at, he also suggested similar items to what I was looking at purchasing, he listened to what I was saying and did his absolute very best to assist me, he also never pressured me into buying anything. Overall it turned out to be the best furniture purchase and best customer service experience I ve ever had. And to top it off the sale prices were amazing. I highly recommend. Not good. Plastic part on sofa broke just over a year. Bad design part should have been replaced for free. No in store customer service. Three phone calls and still no replacement part. Also part can't be shipped to my house?? Why? Have to pick up in store. Still waiting to hear that part has arrived 15 days after intial contact.

I went in to get a hideaway couch and recliner and salesman Mr. Kennedy found me exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The furniture is great quality and very pleased with my purchase!
Trish O'Hara was patient and gracious. She helped us find high quality appliances in white, which most manufacturers don't offer any more. And we got a great deal without any difficult bargaining. The price was so much better than at Best Buy. I'll go back.

I needed to call every other day to make sure they stayed on schedule. I honestly felt like I was the ordering manager.... Now that I say that, I should have got paid to buy furniture.
If you do buy something from them, take the floor model and deliver it yourself...

Bought a new fridge for $1600, had it delivered, worked great for 1 day then stopped working. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. They told me to call Samsung to have a repair man come out. I call Samsung and they say that I have to call Colder's about the issue. I keep getting the run around and now I have a fridge that does not work. On top of that the sales man was a complete shyster. I pray this place goes out of business.

I like the fact that the sales staff leave you alone to wander the store. They offer suggestions but there's no pressure. However, I wish the delivery fee was a little less. Perhaps based on miles.
I have had a great experience purchasing furniture from Colder's. Our salesperson Armando is the absolute best salesperson to work with. And everyone else we have dealt with from the delivery personnel to customer service have been outstanding!

Collin was extremely helpful and the whole furniture buying experience was surprisingly quick and easy. They had an awesome deal going on for Memorial Day weekend too! Only downside was that there was a pretty long wait for the purchased furniture to become available (about 6 weeks). Regardless, I'll definitely be recommending Colder's to friends and family looking to buy new furniture.
We had to buy all new appliances for the kitchen. Did a lot of research, Colder's had best price. Wonderful Salesman, (Willy) very informative, kind and knowledgeable. Very nice and professional after sale service as well. I was and still am very pleased with my purchase and the Colder's operation.
I could not have been more please to have walked in and met Maxine- she was just what I needed after having a horrible experience at Ashley furniture!! Maxine was so pleasant and helpful and able to ensure that our new condo would indeed have furniture in it despite the pandemic- unlike the story I received from the other store!! I will be back
Everyone was very helpful. The only bad thing I can say is that my furniture is on back order which I don't think they have any control over.
I was very surprised and impressed with my Colders shopping experience. Our salesman, Pinto, was very helpful without being aggressive at all. I would definitely recommend Colders to friends, and we will certainly be going back in the future.

Knowledgeable and friendly service. Fred was never pushy but sent us in the right direction. We ended up with a pit that we love and would definitely come back. This was also my very first Colders purchase.
I will never, ever purchase from Colders. I went in to look for a new mattress. Made it clear to the salesman that I was not purchasing today and was going to many stores. He showed me one bed, and when I explained what type of bed I was looking for he said well lets try this other one that is a step down from this one. He acted like I was wasting his time by not buying that day. I guess its not all about customer service when I need to find a mattress that best fits my needs and its all about the sale or you get treated badly.
We were very pleased with Greg, who obviously had a lot of experience, understood our needs and budget, and was able to find for us exactly what we needed and wanted.

Every employee we encountered from the initial phone call to confirm our choice was in stock and available for pick up, to the cashier who took our payment, even the delivery bay workers...every single one was genuinely kind, respectful and expressed gratitude for our business. In comparison to experiences with other vendors, this was our best purchase experience yet. We are now loyal Colders customers!

Bought furniture12 yrs. ago. Time to update ! Went to folders last to give someone else a chance. Bought from colders again. Went with delivery. They told me to expect the furniture mid Jan. Had it delivered on the second of Jan. Everything from our salesman through the delivery and set up was everything I could have asked for. The only thing that could have been done to make it a better experience would have to delivered the next day, dut you can't deliver what you don't have. Going back now for tables.

I purchased two new power recliners here on Feb 10th 2017. I checked them out in the pick-up area, and they looked good. Then the young men put them back out the boxes. One of the guys looked like he knew what he was doing, the other not so much! This guy wasn't very careful with how he handled the furniture. When I got the recliners home I found that one had a tear in the armrest! I called immediately, only to get bounced around from accociate to accociate over the following two weeks! Today I finally get an answer! Sorry Sir we can't fix your damage because you picked it up and delivered them, so we're not responsible!!! I was planning to purchase the rest of my living room set here, but not now! I paid $2700 for the recliners, and they can't fix a tear?!!

Been waiting for my furniture for 2 months. These guys are a joke. No follow up. The salesman and the sales manager didn t even call to let me know that my stuff is late. I have to call every week and get my own update. I m sick of sleeping on the floor while these jokers have thousands of my money!
For about as long as I can remember my parents got all furniture from here. So when I needed something if course I came here. Maxine is fantastic!! I showed her the picture if what I wanted and she led me right to it. To know where an exact thing is in that place is amazing to me at least. Can't wait for my new couch to arrive!!
