I have a very negative opinion of the company Snowleader.
Once the merchandise is sold, they don't really care about anything.
Ineffective and arrogant after-sales service.

If you know what you want and just come to buy / try a product this store is for you.
On the other hand, if you want advice, customer service, and a merchant in front of you, you can just move on.

The reception is often deplorable, scornful and as nonchalant as possible.
Maybe salespeople are knowledgeable about their sport and look good in the store, but in a physical store customer contact and friendliness are more than essential.
I suggest that some sellers may change their service to avoid damaging your brand, which I once admired.

Obviously this is not the case for all the salespeople, but over a dozen trips to this store, I must have come out disappointed with the reception 7-8 times.

"Disappointed" sums up my experience in the store.

The skis come with a serious grinding lack of sole that I saw on the 2nd day of my ski vacation.
I went to their shop in Annecy to see the defect or the seller was nice. I returned the skis to the SAV with the answer by return of following mail ...
"... the after-sales service technicians of the brand are more concerned with maintaining your sole too much on a grinding machine after purchase and do not accept the support of your pair. the Fischer pro team that surveyed your skis and traces on the sole indicates that it can only be during production that it happened ".. saying that in no case the problem comes from home. It was I who made a "too much talk".

Knowing that I used these skis 7 days in total,
On my part the only "maintenance" consisted of a slight touch of a hand sharpening stone on the front edges of spatula and back on the edges of the heel.
NO "MAINTENANCE TOO PUSHED"

The seller at the store is relieved of its responsability by saying that must contact FISCHER SAV direct .. yet it is Snow leader who cashed my purchase settlement.
They are shown to be very evasive viz to viz recognition of the problem, saying they do that reselling the product.

Are the skis out of FISCHER already defective?
in any case I find the arrogance of FISCHER unacceptable.
Snowleader's attitude of not defending their client is also lamentable.

The skiman has planted himself by adjusting my bindings and my skis are unusable (unless I let myself push my feet and I buy bigger shoes) The customer service gets me out of the sales pitch for not having to send me back new skis. Only giving them a 1 star because 0 stars isn't available. Terrible company. terrible customer service. if im honest think they are trying to rip me off. I order skis at the start of December. First they took ages to dispatch the product, didn't even email to say there would be a delay. Now i still haven't received my order a month later and they refuse to refund even though I am going skiing and will have to pay for rental skis due to there late delivery. They also wont accept a refund if the skis do arrive while we are skiing meaning we run the risk of paying for the skis and rental.
