DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Do yourself a favor and look closely at the review before trying this company. They will take your money and be non responsive. I lost around 2k in travel arrangement. They will it say it takes 10 days in reality it has been more than 25 day. The biggest problem is that they are not honest.

REAL REVIEW - We planned a trip to China and unfortunately selected this company. We paid 45 days prior to our departure. We mailed all the documents but did not receive a call back as advertised. We then made several daily attempts every single day to reach their "consulate team." It was incredible how you will wait for 20 minutes in the "queue" and then simply receive a busy tone. The supervisor Francesca Harris refused to call us back. It is impossible to get anyone in the HOuston office (or any other office) to answer. Even when they do, they are not from the consultate team. We called them and emailed them so much that they finally mailed us our passports WITH the visa. It is simply not worth it to have the extra stress and anxiety that you will endure with this company.
This company is a scam. I would not do business with this company as they people who work here have irregular business hours. They have a 24 hour cancellation fee so that by the time you want a refund they wont refund you. They wont talk to you unless you pay the upfront cost and at that point if they tell you in the consulting process that you dont need them they will keep $50.00 for a processing fee. I would talk to a notary before you speak with this scam artist.

I would sooner walk to Washington DC next time I need a visa. They don't expedite and they don't make it easier. They are lax, and totally disinterested in the client. Absolutely awful. I'd give no stars but that is not an option.

Please believe in the reviews!! I didn t believe and I just lost $2.000 trip. I requested a Morroco visa and I just called after the businness days period and they said they never submitted my request because the owner of my account is not longer with them so they didn t know about my visa! What?? Is there something more unprofessional than that answer? That means if I don t call I would never know about my passport. My trip is in one week and off course I can t do anything at this point and they only say we apologize. BS!!!!!The worst company in the word, I should know it after I went first day and the two person in the front desk were really rude and they let me go back the next day because was nobody available. I will regret my whole life to don t believe in bad reviews! Hopefully they refund my money and my passport!!!

My US s 8 months child needed a Chinese visa and I paid through the whole express package only to find out that it was denied because it requires both parents to attend in person at the consulate if one of the parent is a Chinese national. The office said they did not know it was a requirement .really? what do we hire you for then?
NO refunds given and the passport was not expedited back. I had to call to find out days later were the documents were returned and ready to be picked up.

My employer uses this service so I was forced too unfortunately. I called because most of the links that I was emailed didn't work. The woman, Zuzel, who answered the phone was disrespectful, and apparently felt like I was wasting her time. That's if you can ever get her on the phone, except a 2-3 week response time. I don't have the time of the patience for this, I ended up having to do most of the research myself and received all my documents weeks late. Except for the passport card, I never received that at all. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I sent my Passport and the paperwork they needed to obtain a Jordan Visa August 03,2018. After multiple calls, emails ( over 25 emails and maybe 35/40 phone calls to Managers/Assistant Managers,customer service etc) which they never answer!!
Just yesterday September 6,2018, received back my Passport with the same paperwork I submitted with NO VISA!!!

Do not use this company. In our desperation to renew our surprisingly expired passports within 30 days of a trip my wife hired this firm. When I found out, I quickly did research on my phone and realized that I could extradite the process easily myself through the government's own site. I also began researching the company to see if I should just let them do it regardless. The more I read about them, the more I found many negative reviews. As such, I called to politely ask for a refund twenty minutes after paying over $540 initially. I was told it would be refunded within 7-8 days with a fee. We are fifteen days removed, no refund, no communication from the company. As such, we had to call our bank to fight it as fraudulent to get our money back. Trust me, do not hire this company. You can do this all yourself through the US Government's expedited system. We got our passports within two weeks start to finish on our own. In my opinion, this company is taking advantage of people in need, quick to take your money in a five minute phone call, and as soon as you ask for a refund for no work performed, they drag their feet and want to charge you a processing fee regardless. There is a reason the US government does not sanction a specific company, let alone this firm. Steer clear. You'll thank me.
My wife needed to renew her passport but wasn't in a hurry and mistakenly went to this website thinking it was a government website. They do say they are not affiliated with the department of state but she failed to see it. Needless to say it made no sense to use their service since they charge you then the government charges you so your paying them to do nothing that you couldn't do on your own. I called them within 24 hours to cancel the service and they still charged me a 50.00 service fee. This seems like a predatory business which relies on unsuspecting consumers to do a google search and end up on their website thinking it is an official government website. Why else wouldn't they refund all of your money if you cancel within 24 hours. They say it was because they reserved a spot for your application. That is a ridiculous excuse, why wouldn't the next person in line fill your spot? Also what is being reserved?
FRAUD!!!! I used this service to help with Visas to Cuba. I got a call from Angela who told me they do not do these services and she would refund my money. That was 3 weeks ago and it has not be done. I've called several times, and Angela is trying, but it still hasn't happened. Save your money and go somewhere else!
Elizabeth Bergamo was perfect! I needed my chinese visa expedited. Time to receive my visa and me getting on the plane for my trip to Sanya, China left zero room for error. I am grateful to Elizabeth for doing everything she could to ensure that I received my Visa within the needed time, which I did!!! My flight was supposed to be in two hours but I just had to cancel my whole trip to China. I sent in my paperwork alongside my parents on the 4th of September for a travel time of October the 3rd. It took 20 days for me to call them to check on status for them to tell me it still wasn't ready and that they were having issues with their accounting office. They told me (after paying 764.00) to send three separate money orders directly to Houston a week out of our planned trip. After multiple emails phone calls and waiting on hold to have a busy tone just come up, I was told by our account manager Zuzy that this was out of her hands and not her problem anymore to just send an email to the owner. I sent an email to the owner the day before our trip and no response either...please please please do not go with this company. all they do is tell you to send more money with false promises of getting you your visas in time. I have spent so far $1,200 on them and I know that based on the previous reviews it's money I won't see back. I had to cancel my trip that was partially refundable so I just lost out on 4.2k and they just shrugged and told me it was out of their hands. I just want our passports back at this point. I did everything right on my side but they are so careless I wouldn't want the next person to go through what I just went through. Please stay away.

I used this service to get passports for our family trip. We had to get passports for our four kids and the paperwork for that is insane. If you are divorced, etc.. you have to get the other parent to sign and notarize a special form and provide photocopy of license. There is no way I could've gotten this done as fast as I did without Adam's (PassportsAndVisa's employee) help. He walked me through the paperwork process and I had his phone number for any questions at the acceptance agent's desk. They made my time deadline and everything went extremely smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

Awful service. Walked in at 4 a very rude lady refused to help us because she was taking her lunch break and refused to ask anyone else to help us. Why would you say you re open until five if you re going to scream at customers that you re on a break at 4? If she had care even a little somebody else would help us but she basically kept playing on the computer while kicked us out.
