Not good. Plastic part on sofa broke just over a year. Bad design part should have been replaced for free. No in store customer service. Three phone calls and still no replacement part. Also part can't be shipped to my house?? Why? Have to pick up in store. Still waiting to hear that part has arrived 15 days after intial contact.
