The salesperson was knowledgeable and very friendly. I was quite pleased with the young man. But this text I almost didn't open for fear it was some kind of virus or something you should at least put the name Colder's on there so I know what your customers know what it's about thank you bye

Wonderful customer service from sales to delivery. Purchased a dresser on sale as this was totally in our price range. Their furniture is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. My partner and I would definitely shop there again!!
Colders had everything we needed to equip our new home with appliances. The sale we took part in, gave us upgraded appliances at a great price! Our home won t be complete for several months, during that time I m able to make interest free payments while Colders holds my purchase. The staff at Colders is helpful, considerate and knowledgeable.
We receive very good service from Pinto. He answered all our questions and was very patient and courteous. We will definitely shop at Colder s in the future.
If I could give less than one star I would. I don't even know where to begin with my awful experience. I ordered furniture and a mattress and was told 4-6 weeks at the VERY latest for delivery. I am now approaching week 10 with nothing. Made many calls to figure this out and was treated so rude and constantly told someone would call me with an update. I never got that call. They also tried to charge me again for a separate delivery after my items didn't arrive at the same time. Do not buy from Colders. This was an awful experience and I have told everyone I know to not even consider Colders when looking to make a purchase.
Came in looking to see what type of living room sets where available came across six or seven that were ideal was hard to make a choice amongst them found a set that was great the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went back and forth on 3 or 4 sets before I decided on the one that fit me better. The salesman was great can't remember his name sorry for that but I ended up purchasing a living room set and I'm just waiting for it to be delivered so I can enjoy it my experience was great. Thanks

Bought chairs at the location in Oak Creek. Salesman Jesus offered to have them sent to their Delafield store so it was closer to pick up for us. Purchased them Saturday afternoon and were available in Delafield on Sunday after 12 pm. Great customer service! Love the chairs!
I purchased all appliances, bedroom sets, mattresses, kitchen stools, and living room tables from Colders recently.
The service including delivery was exceptional. Each time I had a question or minor concern, my salesperson, Emmanuel, handled it promptly and professionally. The items purchased were of great quality.
The only complaint I have (and it s minor) was the arrival dates of some of my furniture. I had special orders and it seemed to take forever to get to me. However, once the items arrived, I felt they were worth the wait!

Our refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday morning. Do to the current health crisis we had to do all of our research on line rather than go to a showroom and look. Colder's had the model we decided to purchase. We spoke to Tim who walked us through how to make the purchase on line. Buying the unit on line was very easy and Tim called us back to verify he got our order. Rather than make us wait over a week like other dealers, Tim placed a high priority on our order. We got the unit on Tuesday. We were able to track the progress of when our refrigerator was supposed to arrive. We even got a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The two men that delivered the unit were earlier than expected which was a good thing. They also were very efficient and explained how certain features worked. After this experience we would most certainly make another purchase from Colder's.
This place is literally endless. They have so many great quality options to choose from for any type of furniture or appliance. We made our purchase online, went in to pick it up. The one we ordered online was on back order so they let us pick another, pay the difference and we were on our way. It was pretty quick and besides that one bump it was a super smooth process.
Was very easy because i already new what i was getting however would have been easier to order online but that was not an option

My wife and I would like to thank Fred Henry (sales person) at Colder's. He left us to shop around without following us everywhere, not like some salesman. We made a purchase of a power recliner the next day. The warehouse person was exceptional in explaining how unpack and assemble the recliner. Will recommend Colder's furniture to friends and family .

This time we worked with Scooter (Sean) and he was brilliant and helped us out enormously with our needs! Will continue to do business with Colders as both Sales Associates and Quality are both great!
We liked that we were greeted right away coming in the door and were offered immediate assistance. The negatives, the sales rep we worked with Greg was answering calls on his cell phone while he was with us; was going to overcharge for a piece of furniture, and then we signed up for the 5 year protection warranty and he brought us to a different desk to explain it but then never did. Another rep told us we needed to go to the service desk to get a document that we can submit for money back if we don t use the warranty. He said we would get an email about it but found that not to be true. Also, did not provide lead time for us on the custom piece we ordered and was quick to excuse us out of the shop once we made our purchase. I m a fan of colders and many people we worked with were friendly however, I was disappointed in his ability to take care of us properly and would have preferred to work with a different sales rep.
I had previously sent a review detailing my only complaint from our experience. I have received a phone call response offering a gift card to be sent. It was a good, fair, prompt response, though I have not yet received the gift card. It has only been a few days, so I am confident that I will receive it soon.
We went in to browse for a new washer and dryer. Joe one of the salesman approached us about any questions we may have had. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He allowed us to chat and informed us of all the current promotions. The set we had looked at on the website was even cheaper in store as a special buy. We walked out with a new set $400 less then we expected to spend. It was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely come back and buy from Joe. *****
Transaction went so smoothly. Our salesman Emmanuel was terrific. We will be looking to replace our range and will definitely consider returning to Colder s, because Emmanuel was so pleasant to work with. Even though we made a small purchase (microwave oven) we were treated like valued customers.
Patty, my sales person, was a great help. She showed me everything I wanted to see and suggested ideas. I ended up buying one of the first living room sets she suggested.
Wide variety of items. Found exactly what we wanted. Our salesman was complaining the whole time about his job and was not very enthusiastic about selling us anything. We bought a great recliner that my husband loves and a side table that is exactly what I wanted. Didn't have to compromise on value and the products are amazing. We will be back but hopefully we will get a better salesman. Customer service reps were super friendly and the warehouse staff was terrific!!!
