I had not visited Colder's for several years but was told by a neighbor that Colder's had some pretty nice bedroom furniture at reasonable prices. I was looking only for nightstands but had not been able to find anything I liked. I went to their website to see what they had and found a nightstand I liked and placed my order. The website said a sales rep would get back to me to let me know when I could pick it up. Two days went by with no call so I called them. When they looked up my order I was told that those nightstands were a special order item so they do not know when they will arrive and that is why no one called me. The website did not say special order so I asked to cancel the order. The order was not going to be placed with the company until Monday so it should not have been a problem.The rep looked at the website and agreed it did not say special order but then said the manager would get back to me the next day. He called Friday (next day) and said his supervisor was not in until Monday and he would have an answer then. On Monday he said his supervisor told him to talk to another person who was not in until Tuesday and the manager was out Tuesday so he would call me back on Wed. - a week after I placed the order. I called again to cancel but directed to the manager again. He was very short with me and assured me he would get back to me but so no problem in cancelling the order. I have yet to get a call back from him and it has now been 2.5 weeks since I placed the order. I will never go back to Colder's and would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is is horrible!
