I used the text message option to talk to my sales associate. He was really friendly, knowledgeable about the products I was looking at, he also suggested similar items to what I was looking at purchasing, he listened to what I was saying and did his absolute very best to assist me, he also never pressured me into buying anything. Overall it turned out to be the best furniture purchase and best customer service experience I ve ever had. And to top it off the sale prices were amazing. I highly recommend. Thanks guys for the easy and great experience.
