I have a Dodge Charger I purchased from Orange Park Dodge off of Blanding Blvd, which is much closer for me to get my car serviced, but because of their VERY POOR customer service and service in the service department, I take my car to Coggin Toyota, where we purchased our 1st car from. Great service and customer service. Should have gotten my car there as well, but I love my Charger besides the manufacturers service. Lol

Do not go here. Mark the finance guy will lie to you and tell you your loan amount is one thing then you get your paperwork comes in and it is something else. Don t ever go there. They are crooks

Typical experience with the nice salesman and then ...Oh I have to get my manager. All of you notice this, there is no different MSRP other than what the manufacturer suggests. They added $7,000 dollars in crap and advertised a "Coggin MSRP" and had the balls to act happy about it. The Manager Chris is sly and cocky. He is all calm, but will call you and say, "oh someone is coming to buy it in the next 15 minutes, you better get in here." Then he dumps the bad stuff on his salesman.

Prices are horrible. Their salespeople are worked to the bone. They Lie.

It was awful. I was guaranteed a car in 5-10 days and Paid my deposit, only to find out 5 days later that there had been a rookie mistake made and that I would not be able to have any car for less than 60 days. I m now awaiting a refund.

Great experience. Was able to get the car I wanted thanks to Fred our fantastic sales person. He is informed about all the vehicles in addition to being very friendly and extremely professional. What can be an extremely exhausting all day ordeal was amazingly easy and pleasant and efficient. Our finance person, Dan was also very friendly and extremely thorough with his explanations while we signed our paperwork. This is our second car from Coggins and we have been very pleased with the experience both times. Thank you Fred, Dan and Coggins Toyota. I love my Rav.

My vehicle was serviced promptly and I am very pleased with all aspects of your dealership's performance. All of your service department personnel are top notch, both in level of attention to the customer and their technical expertise.

Let me start by saying how nice of a dealership this is, just walking inside you get the feeling that anything your thinking about buying is going to be high quality and the best price around. Even the lobby eclipses any of the dealerships I have visited, you can tell they are here to stay! My salesman was David Mato, and right from the start he was doing everything he could to help he got me the deal I was happy with and got the vehicle clean as a whistle before i got there. Before I headed out I asked David to personally drive and look over the used vehicle I was interested in, before I made the 3.5 hour trip to Jacksonville. I put all of my trust into this salesman's judgement and honesty, and boy am I glad I did. The car was 10x better than i was expecting and David was there from start to finish even staying after closing time (9p.m) to make sure I was a satisfied customer. In fact he even followed up with me this morning to make sure my long trip home went OK This to me is something completely different than the usual car buying experience I'm used to. David and the Coggin Family alike went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a great deal and happy with the purchase! Thanks again guys!! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality vehicle that you can trust NO one is going to beat the price and the customer service!

Nicklas was the salesman that I enjoyed purchasing a vehicle from. Nick beckoned back to the approach of no pressure, which I haven't seen since brought my CV-R from Coggin Fort Pearce 5 years ago. That talent must run through the Coggin Corp/Family. He reminded me of the time when I last purchased a new vehicle 31years ago where the salesman's character and concern for customer service was more important than the sale. What a shame for most salespeople in the industry today. Oh, what a loss for our commercial/merchandising society. We need more people like Nick in the business world.

Have to wait 3hour for just an oil change even with an appointment scheduled. They never ever even mentioned the estimated time to you. Not everyone has 3hours to wait for that. If it is busy you better set an appointment a little bit far apart from each other. Not the jam all the appointment together and let the customer wait forever.

I made an appointment to have an oil change and my tire looked at (low tire pressure light) and after 1.5 hours, a young lady approached me and stated that my car hadn't even been pulled into the bay yet. She stated that they were busy but my oil change would be quick. After another 45 minutes, I was told that they conducted a dip test and a bubble test to look for holes in my tire. They found nothing wrong with my tire, yet I was told I needed two new tires at a quoted price of $282! What??? I literally burst out laughing and declined to have the tires put on. They tried to charge almost $60 for an oil change and I had to remind the service girl that the online coupon was for $24.99. Today, I went somewhere else because within a week, my tire lost air several times and I was scared to drive on it. I went to my local tire shop, who I trust, and imagine that, a nail was in the tire. They fixed it, no charge, within 45 minutes, without an appointment. The gentleman at the local shop even stated that he was shocked that no one saw the nail. Laziness perhaps? Was the tests even conducted? Anyway, I'm incredibly disappointed in Coggins service department. I've even considered buying a new camry in March of 2018 from you. I surely don't think I'd ever have any major service done here. I finally rolled out of your dealership 2.5 hours later! What a waste of a saturday.

Overall my experience was okay. Mr. Carl was very helpful and did everything he could to help lower the price of my service. The only complaint I had is that I was there for almost 5 hours. When I went to inquire as to when it would be done, I was told it had been ready a while ago. I would like for there to be a better system of notifying customers when our vehicles are done being serviced. Other than that, it wasn t so bad.

Carl did a great job. I wish to thank him personally. Coggin has a professional team who show care and respect for their clients. Thank you.

Have bought a car, have not received my licence plate in 6 weeks already. Called the management twice, never received a call back. Would never have taken such an opportunity if only I knew it takes so long. The sales person informed it would only take 8-10 business days, when I called after 2 weeks, it turned out to be 4-6 weeks. I am at 6 weeks now and no one even care to call and tell me to get a NEW TEMPORARY plate that they SHOULD MAIL since it takes them forever to process the orders.

Never again in my life.

I have purchased two vehicles from Coggin in the past several years, the most recent one being a 2007 Scion TC with 125,000 miles on it as a car for our daughter. This is a much older car with much greater miles than I ever thought I would purchase but the price was right and it drove so well that I took the plunge. Recently I went in to do some service falling under the heading of deferred maintenance (the prior owner and/or the dealer should have done this prior to the recent pre-owned sale to us; transmission fluid and coolant flush and fill at 100k and throttle body/fuel injector cleaning). They also suggested a tune up with new spark plugs (due when car was sold but had not been done and I did it a few weeks later). In any event, the total proposed charge was about $1000. I reminded them that I had purchased the car from them and all of these items were due or overdue at that time and should have been done. With that in mind, they basically agreed to charge me about 1/2 for the first three items (I had already done the plugs). Having owned 5 Toyotas over about 20 years and really partial to them and their dealers, I challenge you to find another brand/dealer group that is willing to do something like this to keep a customer loyal. I had a similar experience with a 2009 Sienna that kept eating factory JVC power amps; they replaced two out of warranty at $800 a pop parts and labor. Now the TC runs almost like new and they not only cut the price in 1/2 but had the work done in about 3 hours. (Amazing how much difference the throttle body/injector service makes). I continue to be genuinely quite impressed with the Coggin Service department and am very appreciative for the accommodation they showed me and my family today.

Just got off the phone with the finance manager of coggin toyota and will suggest to anyone out there do not deal with these people. We are motivated buyers looking for a specialty truck that they will be getting into their lot at the beginning of October. We were asking about pricing and of course asked for their best price, even citing an example of a price from another dealer out of town and were told by the finance manager they will not be negotiating and if we can find a better price then we should go somewhere else. There price was almost 3,000 more than what other dealers have the same truck marked at. He had a cocky attitude as well as the salesperson before him. If you want a great customer experience, and good deal, this is NOT the dealer for you.

I had a 2:20 appointment for a maintenance service on my car got there at 1:50 left out at 4:10 they were supposed to change my oil and rotate my tires all they did was change the oil did not rotate my tires

When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a service person who then introduced me to the agent in charge of my car. When speaking with the agent, I was told what needed to be done and what additional things(recall) which needed to be accomplished. I was informed about the projected length of the service and was asked if I was going to wait for my vehicle. During my wait, the agent re-contacted me to tell me the progress being made and the amount of time left until completion. At the appropriate time, I was accompanied by the agent to my car at which time he related what had been done and when the next service would be needed. My car had been washed and was in tip top shape.

I had an appt. to have my car serviced on 12/9/2015. I drove into the service area and was immediately met by an individual who related that a service agent would be with me shortly. Charles arrived almost immediately, asked what I believed was necessary, and then checked under the hood for possible leaks/low fluids. Next, we did a walk around the vehicle to determine if there was any damage that might need repair. I was told that the service would take between one/one and one-half hours including vacuuming and washing the car. He also stated that he would return shortly after an initial inspection by a mechanic. He did return in an appropriate amount of time and informed me of additional service which needed to be done, if I so desired. I agreed and Charles disappeared to inform the mechanic of my decision. When the car was finished, Charles informed me of what had been done and the cost, which was reduced by a $20 coupon. After paying the bill, I was escorted to my car by Charles and he double checked to make sure the interior was clean. Over all, this was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this facility.

Disappointed with lack of attention to detail. I received oil change, tire rotation & free car wash for my 2016 Highlander. Car was returned not washed even though wash was shown on invoice. This happened previously at Coggins.
I recently purchased new set of chrome tire valve stems caps. After I returned home I noticed one cap missing.
I texted the service advisor about the car wash just as an FYI for future customers. He failed to respond.
Neither issue above is a big deal however if their crew can t handle the little details, can I trust them with a major service issue?

Had an Apt Aug 1st at 11. Arrive about 1050. Received immediate attention. Advised to talk with John Vanecek whom I made the apt with on July 30. Waited while he finished with another customer. Told John I was his 11 o'clock apt. He new nothing of my apt. Gave him my drivers license. Because he stated he needed my name.Think he found me in your computer system. He stated do you want to wait or do you need a ride. I stated again I have an 11 o'clock apt. How long a wait? He said 2 and half hours. Why have an apt? Iv just drive up and gotten my oil changed and tire rotated in an hour hour and half. I left with out any service.

Very highly recommend. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. The customer service is AMAZING. I had a Prius that I serviced with them for 7 years, and I recently upgraded to the Lexus version. I get 10x the customer service here as I do at the Lexus dealership. My service contact was waiting for me when I got there. The appointment was easy to schedule (although I usually just walk/drive-in). My oil change/rotate and balance took less time than they told me, and the price was literally HALF of what other dealerships quoted. My Lexus purchase included my first two services "FREE", but after a nightmare just trying to schedule an oil change at the Lexus dealership, I decided I would rather pay for the services at Coggin, than deal with the hassle. I read some of the other reviews, saying they quoted them services they didn't need, but I have had the exact opposite experience. I have tried to ask for extra services in the past that another tire place said I needed, and they told me they either weren't necessary yet, or recommended an alternative that would cost less.

I mentioned wipers are not cleaning windshield some times as a problem, after service it is more worse than earlier. Some how I checked after a day of my service.

Awesome experience!!! My salesman Philip was so patient in getting me just what I needed for my daughter. He even drove over to get my vehicle from another one and of their dealerships. One of the best car purchasing experiences I've had in a while.

Filter and oil change done because I had a coupon. Toyota recommended other services do be done, but I had them done within the last year, so I didnt do them.

Got a car here. They told us it was financing at community first and then we got a letter in the mail from Wells fargo... not cool.

Over half the life is still left in my brakes. Rotors are fine. 46k miles on a tundra. These jokers try to tell me I need all new brake pads and to resurface all 4 rotors..... there was a little bit of vibration at high speeds because the the tires needed to be rebalanced...... that's it...I wanted to see what these people would say since I bought my truck from them. Straight up crooks. Will try to make money off you in a heartbeat. I will never do business with this dealership again. Greedy liars is all they are.

I was very pleased with the excellent service I received. The wait for service was short and Gary my service advisor was outstanding.

The dealership is clean and well organized. I had oil and filter change and it was done properly. Only problem is that even with an appointment this simple procedure took 90 minutes. I'm ok with 30 to40 minutes.BUT. 90 minutes is just too much. Forces me to shop around.

i like the pickup/drop-off service and it's really helpful but we always see the incorrect inspection report. I changed my cabin air filter and Engine air filter just one day before service date but inspection report shows Yellow code for them. I don't understand how come brand new filters in Yellow status. even I didn't drive my car after changing filters. This is just an example so I don't know how can I trust their report and service?

The worst service departments I have ever been to. They wouldn't honor my Toyota prepaid maintenance plane just because I didn't buy it from a different Toyota dealership.
