i like the pickup/drop-off service and it's really helpful but we always see the incorrect inspection report. I changed my cabin air filter and Engine air filter just one day before service date but inspection report shows Yellow code for them. I don't understand how come brand new filters in Yellow status. even I didn't drive my car after changing filters. This is just an example so I don't know how can I trust their report and service?
