Had an Apt Aug 1st at 11. Arrive about 1050. Received immediate attention. Advised to talk with John Vanecek whom I made the apt with on July 30. Waited while he finished with another customer. Told John I was his 11 o'clock apt. He new nothing of my apt. Gave him my drivers license. Because he stated he needed my name.Think he found me in your computer system. He stated do you want to wait or do you need a ride. I stated again I have an 11 o'clock apt. How long a wait? He said 2 and half hours. Why have an apt? Iv just drive up and gotten my oil changed and tire rotated in an hour hour and half. I left with out any service.
