Very highly recommend. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. The customer service is AMAZING. I had a Prius that I serviced with them for 7 years, and I recently upgraded to the Lexus version. I get 10x the customer service here as I do at the Lexus dealership. My service contact was waiting for me when I got there. The appointment was easy to schedule (although I usually just walk/drive-in). My oil change/rotate and balance took less time than they told me, and the price was literally HALF of what other dealerships quoted. My Lexus purchase included my first two services "FREE", but after a nightmare just trying to schedule an oil change at the Lexus dealership, I decided I would rather pay for the services at Coggin, than deal with the hassle. I read some of the other reviews, saying they quoted them services they didn't need, but I have had the exact opposite experience. I have tried to ask for extra services in the past that another tire place said I needed, and they told me they either weren't necessary yet, or recommended an alternative that would cost less.
