When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a service person who then introduced me to the agent in charge of my car. When speaking with the agent, I was told what needed to be done and what additional things(recall) which needed to be accomplished. I was informed about the projected length of the service and was asked if I was going to wait for my vehicle. During my wait, the agent re-contacted me to tell me the progress being made and the amount of time left until completion. At the appropriate time, I was accompanied by the agent to my car at which time he related what had been done and when the next service would be needed. My car had been washed and was in tip top shape.

I had an appt. to have my car serviced on 12/9/2015. I drove into the service area and was immediately met by an individual who related that a service agent would be with me shortly. Charles arrived almost immediately, asked what I believed was necessary, and then checked under the hood for possible leaks/low fluids. Next, we did a walk around the vehicle to determine if there was any damage that might need repair. I was told that the service would take between one/one and one-half hours including vacuuming and washing the car. He also stated that he would return shortly after an initial inspection by a mechanic. He did return in an appropriate amount of time and informed me of additional service which needed to be done, if I so desired. I agreed and Charles disappeared to inform the mechanic of my decision. When the car was finished, Charles informed me of what had been done and the cost, which was reduced by a $20 coupon. After paying the bill, I was escorted to my car by Charles and he double checked to make sure the interior was clean. Over all, this was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this facility.
