Sam Roussev was our sales representative who was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to take us to three other lots. I would recommend Sam to all my friends looking for a vehicle.
I traded in my car and they gave me a new Toyota with an additional 2000$ down payment. Everything seemed good to go with financing the new vehicle. A week later they ask me for an additional 7000$ down payment on the vehicle or I have to return it. Scam Ruined my credit score. 7 banks ran my credit score.
Hey! just bought my first Toyota from Coggin of the Avenues. Jim Miller was the best. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely recommend Coggin and please see Jim Miller.
Went for detailing on my RAV4 and she came out sparkling. David is my service rep and I can't say enough about him. Everyone at Coggins at The Avenues are so kind. They run a tight ship. Bravo.
This is the 3rd time Jacob takes care of me. He always does an exceptional job by making sure my car is in perfect conditions before leaving the service department. I appreciate him going out of his way to answer some questions I had about a lease, he also made sure my car way nice and clean before taking it with me. Jacob is nice, attentive, knowledgeable and very efficient!
We were fortunate to have Karim El-Amin handle our vehicle purchase from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
His diligence and professional working demeanor engaging with the service department was key to finally resolving an issue with the vehicle that we identified as part of our purchase agreement!
Now that we have the vehicle as promised, we are very pleased with the purchase -- Kudos for Karim for taking the initiative to get us past the challenges and unexpected delays. Karim deserves the lion share of the credit and we are grateful for his job well done!
I was looking for a vehicle and wanted to keep the price within my budget. The first person to greet was Joanna Jackson. I showed her the car I wanted and she immediately went into action. In spite of the rain, she worked diligently to help me purchase my vehicle. She was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. She even drove my vehicle home for me! Thank you Joanna for an excellent experience!
Adrian was the best and quickest last minute sales man in history. Came in Sunday one hour before closing he showed me both trim of CHR decided on the premium. He quickly got to the number payment I needed and the rest is history. Best sales man!!!!
David and his manager were awesome!! I had a budget and they did everything in their power to work with me. Being a young woman and looking for my first car, they did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. Highly recommend!
I've been taking my Camry to them since I bought it from their old location back in 2004 and it is rare that I have a bad time. They are thorough about checking my car, good at fixing things, and they always have friendly staff too. The coffee flows freely and they have a very comfortable waiting area. In the past when my car has suffered needing heavier repairs they've even offered a loaner without much issue. I appreciate them.
A little update! Today I've bought a new Camry from here and the service has been excellent! I worked with Daniel and he was excellent to let us know all the options, helped in our test drive, and provided very friendly service too and a good respect for our time. Thank you Daniel and Coggin Toyota for a great new ride!
Never thought i would come to a dealership and actually leave with the car i wanted at an amazing price!! Thomas Richard was super friendly and helpful and worked with our budget and got us the best deal. Literally the best deal!!! This is my first real car (2016 Corolla) and I m absolutely in love. The manager/owner Dmitry was very understanding. Amazing experience with a dealership I ve ever had.
Came in to look at possibility of buying 2017 Corolla and bought 2018 Corolla instead. Got an excellent price for my trade in and a great deal on the car. Sales and support staff (Julia Long and Thomas Richard) were terrific . . . knowledgeable and helpful and serious about making the sale without being pushy.
This service team went above and beyond to troubleshoot and properly fix my vehicle. It's important to me to be able to trust a service department, and these guys are great! Ron took special care of our needs, and as a mother I feel very safe driving my vehicle after this service. Thank you!
Go see Mike Hicks! He and Coggin Toyota at the Avenues made the car buying process easy and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. We already know our next vehicle purchase will be with Mike and Coggin Toyota!
Hubby went up and traded our 13 flex for a 17 Camry and no payments until Feb 2021. Gave us great trade in value and got us what we needed. A week later it smelled of gas and they took it and found a loose gas hose or something and fixed it right away, no charge at all. We will be buying from them again. Great experience and honest
Besides the process taking longer than I had expected, Thomas and Ryan were extremely helpful! I didn't think I'd be walking out with a brand new car but they made it possible. And Ryan did an excellent job of getting my payment to one that I was more comfortable with. Even though my car doesn't have the comfort of an arm rest lol, I still love it and the fact that it saves on gas. Also shouts out to the polite gentleman who called to check and make sure everything has been going for me with my new car. I think his name was Tyler .. don't quote me on that! But, thanks to you all who were a part of my process!
Amazing customer support by John from service and Tom as mechanic. They took care of me when I was in a very bad position and returned my car as promised.
It is deceptive that the company uses Pennzoil for oil changes instead of the Mobil 1 oil that Toyota recommends for their vehicles. Inform the customers of this from the out-start. For some people, this is not important, but there is a reason that Toyota uses this brand of oil in their vehicles.
I bought a Prius from Coggin at the Avenues in 2006 and have taken the car there for service every time it's needed! They have always been courteous and informative. Just a few days ago the car was ready for it's oil change and two new tires (steel belts showing through). They took care of everything with the usual smile. I also had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and enjoyable conversation with the baker while waiting. When I found out it would take longer than I had anticipated the shuttle bus took me home and I returned the following day to pick up the car. They had even washed the exterior!! The experience was like a broken drum, it couldn't be beat. (LOL)
Rakif and the rest of the team at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues were very easy to work with as usual. This is our third vehicle purchased there and will not be the last.
If I could rate my experience to below 0 I would. In 2007, I bought a brand new Camry. Since then, the only service that touches my vehicle was Coggin Service, which was the worst decision I have probably made. I was charged for 3 different parts until they found the actual part that was bad and I was charged for that part as well. I ask for a tire rotation with every oil change and that wasnt done. Now I have to pay to get my tires replaced because they told me that I "declined" tire rotations. I have enough cars to know that rotations are done every 5,000 miles. So the last time I went in, I specifically asked for a print out of my service before they do it and it stated that I want a tire rotation. They call me, I go to pick it up and the tires are in the same place. I was livid. Wait... It gets worse. The car blows out black smoke when we turn it on and they told us pistons, but they wanted to do an oil consumption test first. Ok no big deal! We went in to find out the results and they tell us they are valve stem seals now that would cost me a pretty good amount. Wair for it.. After they told me that, they also told me that the car has been losing oil for a while but no one brought it to my attention. If only they would know how angry I am. I brought it to the service managers attention and he said that had nothing to do with their service. Okay!!! At this point, if you could imagine a really pissed off cartoon with steam howling out of its head, well that was me. Right now, I am stuck with the decision of either fixing my paid off vehicle with 77,000 miles on it, or getting rid of it and putting that money towards another car. The service advisors dont seem to know about cars and neither does anyone else in that service. They throw these different part names at me and I asked plenty of times what that part does or why its happening and they have no idea, so then I turn to my next source, my dad. I just dont understand what those people are doing at that service. I have never recieved worse service than I did at this dealership. This service is another reason why I will never purchase a Toyota again!
Rakif Waters was very helpful from the beginning to the end of my process of buying my new car. I had a very specific car that I was looking for and he did all the search for me. He made this nice and easy. I Highly recommend Rakif Waters, thank you all from Coggin Toyota.
My service writer was excellent, took care of me quickly. The issue I have is that your tech damaged 2 of the black rims on my truck. The service manager said that they could be refinished which required me to come back another day. I arrived and they finished 1/2 hour later, on inspection of the "repair" all that happened is they dabbed touch up paint on the scratches. THIS IS NOT REFINISHED. I'm sure if I were to trade in the truck I would get less due to the damage that your company caused. Additionally, the checklist I was emailed showed that the tire pressure was adjusted, it was not, it was 35 psi on arrival and 35 psi on departure. What else wasn't checked?? Very disheartened about the experience. I would like someone to contact me about this situation. thank you
Clearly Coggin Toyota does not actually read the review itself. I would rather pay for service than have my truck damaged by the dealership's free service....
STAY AWAY!!!! I had asked this dealer to reserve a highlander for me and requested the colors, considering the fact that I had business with them before. With limited stock of the highlander 2020 I went to another dealer and got a quote. I went back since they had reserved the highlander for me so a guy named Brian refused to match the price and said "I can match the price but I won't match it because I can sell it and win extra $4000 from someone else those SUVs are selling like hot cakes" and now they wont release that reserved SUV to another dealer. I have no more respect for that dealer because I have to wait another month to get the request colors now.
Great Service! Jonathan Masanto and Jennifer Franke helped me today. I ve managed automotive service facilities for more than 20 years. It is extremely difficult to exceed my expectations. I can assure you that these two individuals have done that! Thank you!
I understand that every vehicle is different and every repair or service has it's time frame. Unfortunately I went in for a routine oil change. They of course did a routine inspection and came back to me with multiple items they wanted approval on to service the vehicle. I approved most of them. I was there for and unexpected 3 hours with my 2 year old which I was fine with and had no issues. Walked out paying $560+ for the extra recommended services when I went in for a $65 oil change. In the next 24 hours my vehicle overheated twice and urged me to turn off vehicle and have it serviced. It hasn't done this to me EVER in the 4 years I have had it and maintained it at another servicing company. I took it back to Toyota and all they had to say was it was a coincidence and I had to pay another $695 for this now new repair. I spent 7 [SEVEN] hours in their waiting room with my 2 year old yet again at which time I had to make arrangements for all my other kids since I couldn't get to them after promised a "couple hour" turn around time. At the end of the day they were nearly closing and said they would comp me a one day rental just so they could finish it the next morning. I've waited very long time frames for vehicle service and repaired before and never had an issue with it until now. The communication was poor- they have a text service which they advertise when you check in but they never responded. I had to seek out our service manager multiple times for updates. Taking a shuttle of there's wasn't a possibility because I would have needed a carseat which they don't provide and the ones I had in my vehicle were in an already being serviced situation. And overall, I am just the most disappointed that they refused to take any responsibility in a major repair issue 24 hours after mt car was in their hands. I was given no deals, no discounts, not assistance or explanation except it was a coincidence and "these things happen" along with a lot of blank stares. The people there are very nice. I have nothing poor to say about their attitudes or behavior. They were very professional and helpful to me and my 2 year old stuck there for 7 hours. Always polite. So I appreciate that. I appreciated a sales associate who allowed me to charge my phone in her personal office because mine died after being there so long. And I'm so glad they have a small cafe there so I was able to purchase a couple meals for my 2yo. They also have a kids table and coloring sheets. The staff were very nice, so I thank them for that for sure and don't take that for granted. The technical aspects of running a service and repair business was disappointing to say the least when having to come back for repairs never needed before they had their hands on my vehicle. Just disappointing. I have no doubts on their service skills, but the fact that they might not be able to own up to a mistake a recognition could have made to put me in this situation really sucks.
The Sales Person was beyond Professional he gave me the Best experience buy this vehicle, shoot he could have Sold me a House that day.... Thanks for the Experience :-)
