Overall my experience was okay. Mr. Carl was very helpful and did everything he could to help lower the price of my service. The only complaint I had is that I was there for almost 5 hours. When I went to inquire as to when it would be done, I was told it had been ready a while ago. I would like for there to be a better system of notifying customers when our vehicles are done being serviced. Other than that, it wasn t so bad.
