I made an appointment to have an oil change and my tire looked at (low tire pressure light) and after 1.5 hours, a young lady approached me and stated that my car hadn't even been pulled into the bay yet. She stated that they were busy but my oil change would be quick. After another 45 minutes, I was told that they conducted a dip test and a bubble test to look for holes in my tire. They found nothing wrong with my tire, yet I was told I needed two new tires at a quoted price of $282! What??? I literally burst out laughing and declined to have the tires put on. They tried to charge almost $60 for an oil change and I had to remind the service girl that the online coupon was for $24.99. Today, I went somewhere else because within a week, my tire lost air several times and I was scared to drive on it. I went to my local tire shop, who I trust, and imagine that, a nail was in the tire. They fixed it, no charge, within 45 minutes, without an appointment. The gentleman at the local shop even stated that he was shocked that no one saw the nail. Laziness perhaps? Was the tests even conducted? Anyway, I'm incredibly disappointed in Coggins service department. I've even considered buying a new camry in March of 2018 from you. I surely don't think I'd ever have any major service done here. I finally rolled out of your dealership 2.5 hours later! What a waste of a saturday.
