Terrible service. I waited 2 hours for an oil change. I finally had to ask some one where my car was and why it was taking so long for an oil change. Will go to jiffy lube next time.

When buying a car, there are 3 primary things I look and hope for.
I want a great car. I ve always had great cars from Toyota!
I want to get the purchase done promptly without pressure. I was in and out with our new car in just about 2 hours!
I want a knowledgeable salesman who assists, answers questions, knows the product and doesn t sell us what he wants but helps us buy what we want. Fred Shiroka fits that description perfectly. Even my wife, who really doesn t like the car buying process, enjoyed our time with Fred. I m a pastor and I can honestly and completely recommend both Coggin and Fred.

David Mato was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and understanding. He listened attentively and did everything I asked. I left very pleased and with keys to a new car! He was also very expeditious and efficient through the entire process.

I had a terrible experience. I had a 2:40 pm appointment and left the dealership at 6:55pm. The service was to rotate the tires. Upon review, I was told my car needed a battery service, new air filter and a wheel alignment. I said Ok to the air filter and wheel alignment. About 6:30pm I asked what was taking so long. I was told the alignment rack was busy and the were now going to do it. About 10 minutes later I was told my car was ready. I asked how they could have possibly done an alignment in 10 minutes. I was given an unsatisfactory answer. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with my experience. Mike Harhai.

Charlie was very nice. I was give recommendations for things that will need taken care of soon, I was not pressured to have things done at that time.

Be prepared to wait 3 hours for a regular service on your vehicle. Take it somewhere else. Sales team is very friendly and the cage is delicious. They do provide a shuttle that will take you within 15 miles; however, they let me know this after 2 hours of waiting. Clean place as well.

Doesn't break any speed records. Even with an appointment, vehicle will sit waiting to go in, sit on the lift and then sit 30 min in the parking lot before they bring you the keys. No one in the entire service department has any sense of urgency whatsoever. Had an appointment and still took nearly two hours for a simple oil change. For a premium price, I would expect premium service. Wasn't the case here.

Carl my service advisor was amazing. Treated me like family. It was his first day and it was busy - he explained what needed to be done and had confidence in his team to get my big repairs done right the first time.
This was my first time at Coggin and I must say, I was quite impressed.

Gary was amazing, the shop and waiting area was clean and respectful of new social distancing requirements and I was in and out with only necessary recommendations!

The service department at Coggin Toyota is the best. The service is excellent, fast and the people are very friendly. What I like best about Coggin Toyota is the honesty of the service representatives and technicians because they will never try to sell you something that you don't need nor will they claim that your vehicle is in need of a repair when it isn't. I will not take my Toyota Tundra anywhere else for service because in my opinion Coggin Toyota is the best.

Met Sam this weekend. Outstanding guy! He was brutally honest and loves the product he sells. Toyotas and Hondas last forever. We all know it. Toyota had some major hiccups with defects several years ago, but have since fixed those issues. They get flying colors from me for that. Toyota, a trusted brand that had some defects, but took that time as an opportunity to address those defects.

I went to this dealership to turn in my Lease and buy a new vehicle. Bakhram Bazarov helped me find the vehicle I wanted, was very knowledgeable of the product, worked the numbers with me and made me a great deal! The process was quick and easy. If you're considering a Toyota, you definitely need to go to this Toyota Dealership for your purchase and ask for Bakhram, he will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

I was there yesterday for a service. I was looking at new cars and i walked past Numerous salesmen. NOT ONE ASKED me was I looking to buy or greeted me. After a couple of hours I see a Group of people get out of a car (Different ethnic background,)and They were greeted professionally and they were ready to assist them. They need people training! You never know who people are related to or friends with that are willing to spend Money. (Referrals)

Good overall experience. They try to squeeze the balloon like all dealerships, but they honored their word and are much mote transparent than other dealers in my opinion.

my appointment was at 8:20. I arrived at 8:00. I was there to get 4 tires. I was told it would be approximately 1hour and 30 minutes. Two hours later I was told they did not have the tires. I was told that they would give me a rental and the tires would be in between 12 or 1. I could not rent the car because of my insurance. I told them to put my tires back on my car and I would come back. I was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. 30minutes later I was told that the new tires have arrived and it would take about an hour to install. Almost 2hrs later my car is ready. In total I spent 41/2 hrs there. I cannot get that time back.

I went to this location twice to have minor issues fixed on my 2019 4Runner which is under warranty (blown speaker when purchased & a/c blower motor making noise). Both of these times I was told that nothing was wrong and they couldn t hear what I was talking about. Once I pushed on the issue or even offered to point out the noise to the technician they would then go back and find the problem and replace the part. After the first experience I gave them a second chance and returned when the a/c blower motor started making a humming noise to only be treated the same way. Could improve by listening to the customer the first time instead of having to push for someone to hear the issue.

I love my Coggin Toyota team. They took the time to listen and consult with me and then helped advocate on my behalf for some warranty work I needed done. And I appreciated their excellent communication in keeping me posted on how the work was going on my 4 Runner. Their service is exceptional and they are all so welcoming. Best Toyota dealership in town!

After visiting 3 other dealerships, David M called us back telling us the monthly payments he had for us origionally was almost $100 lower. Not only did we get the car we wanted but he made it very simple. Very professional. He was the original salesman who in the beginning helped up locate the car we wanted and even test drove it with us. Sad part is knowing how dealerships work I know he didn't make much if any commission of it. But that never swayed his professionalism. Next car I get will definitely be from this dealership. Would have been 5 stars but there was no spare key and when asked for one we were pretty much shot down on the spot.

From the moment I drove into the Service Center, I was greeted by the nicest professional staff and all the service was wonderful throughout my visit. Karl, my service manager was professional, friendly and efficient.

I contacted Coggin Toyota as a part of several Toyota dealerships to ask about the availability of a Prius One that was listed for sale on those select dealer's websites.. After describing what I wanted in one to Austin Skinner, my sales person, he said they had a Prius Two that fit the bill but not a Prius One. I was a little disheartened and while waiting for a call back I checked Toyota's website and there weren't any Prius Ones available with the color choices I wanted so that idea went kinda down the drain.

Greg Alderman, their new car sales manager, called me back because Austin got a bit wrapped up with customers in the dealership discussing more about a Prius One and I noted that if the Prius Two was at a good price I'd consider that instead. Greg said he'd put together something and have Austin get back to me when he was free. The offer was fantastic. The price for the Two was pretty amazing (better than other offers I had received at the time) and the trade value of my then-vehicle was also generously above what I had been offered (and haggled for).

I decided to go ahead and make an appointment to be there and suspend my search for the time. Jacksonville is a two hour drive from my location and I've been scorned before for making 100+ mile trips to purchase vehicles. Austin greeted me in the morning and had the car all ready for me, we drove it and chatted a bit then went inside to look over the numbers again. While I'm not a fan of haggling dealer addendum stickers, I feel like some of the price of this was to help offset the steal of a price on the car (even so, it was still better than other offers). I noted a few things that the addendum said were included were not on the vehicle. Speight Williams, a finance manager, came over and discussed those with Austin and myself. We deducted some more cash off of that total to a supposed amount that I'd pay for those goods that were with the car.

We agreed on the price and then we waited for finance to call me in. Mark Wootan, another finance manager, had me do the paperwork. I was in and out in ten minutes, true to his word, and I was off on my way back home with a full tank of gas and a smile on my face.

This was such a pleasant experience and it went over way better than I thought it would. The dealership was faithful to their pricing. Austin, Greg, Speight and Mark were real gentlemen and went above and beyond to make things work out how I needed them too. Kudos to them and the whole team at Coggin Toyota. I'd recommend them to anyone!

The Parts and Service is great. I went there to do what I thought was a routine service for the mileage I had and they told me that it wasn t needed unless specifically told so. I thanked them because any other place would have went with it and take my money for something not needed. Great people, great work!

My experience at this dealership was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a car. Fred took the information I gave him and found the perfect car for me. Fred was honest, knowledgeable and patient with me. I never felt pushed or bullied to buy a car. I will come back to this dealership even though it is a long way from my home, if I ever have to purchase a car.

Thomas Pretty Boy Richard is the man to see, not only was he helpful, he truly enjoys getting to know the customer that he s helping. He also wants to make sure that you re getting the best deal. He made the car buying experience for my mother so pleasant, which means a lot to my husband and I. In the future we will be back, and I hope that Thomas will be there to help us once again.

Christopher Garcia makes all the difference. It used to be that every time I came in for service I had a new service consultant. I have worked with Christopher at least 4 times now. He is at a different level than previous consultants. He seems to be genuinely interested in doing what is right for me and my vehicle.

I ve used this dealership for buying a vehicle and maintenance of it. When I bought it the charge for the dealer was $700 which was the higher I have seen.
